We had a wonderful experience buying our Bronco at Kelleher`s. Matt and Andy made the experience fun and quick. We were given a more than fair trade in on our used car. It was greatly appreciated that they removed all stickers and glue from the windows, filled the gas tank and gave the truck an overall cleaning before we departed.We will be returning to buy our next Ford from Kelleher`s.

Our experience with Kelleher Ford was great from the beginning. Anna saw us in the parking lot dropping off our Ford Explorer with our dogs and offered to help find us a hotel and personally called around and finally after finding a place dropped all of us off at our motel. The service was great at Ford. They promised our car would be ready in two days after the weekend . And they came through. We appreciate all the hard work to get us back on the road.

We just bought our new F250 Tremor. My gratitude goes beyond words.... The owner Philip, his brother Patrick and the whole staff were amazing. We felt part of a family and we got the best deal ever!They don't sell just cars. I purchased my 2011 F150 used from kelleher in spring of 2021. Truck initially had seized brakes. Kelleher took care of that right away while giving me a loaner vehicle. I purchased an extended warranty through them with vehicle purchase. My transmission had issues shortly after and I continued to drive it. We were thinking this could be adaptive shifting issue and programming. Eventually the issue got worse. I contacted Andy the sales manager and he did all the work to contact warranty. Get everything lined up for diagnostics. I brought my truck up to them on a tuesday. Andy had loaner vehicle keys waiting for me. They diagnosed repairs quickly and were able to replace the transmission in a week and fixed some other issues and made sure everything that could go on the warranty did! It was a process that had great customer service from the service team all the way up to the sales team! Truck is in great shape and I appreciate the extra effort they put in to doing what was right! Also after the purchase i put aftermarket wheels and tires on and Andy offered to purchase my take-offs! Wouldn't go anywhere else! They know what it takes to take care of a community and customers!

I had the best car experience with Kelleher. Everyone at the dealership followed through on quotes and what they said. I was even able to do paperwork digitally so picking up the car was super simple and fast. The team was very nice and I'm thrilled with my new car (my first Ford). It's so pretty and super fun to drive!

In 2020 I was looking for an overstock Shelby GT350 all across the US, luckily found one at Keller Ford, this Shelby was an 18 over stock with 8 miles on it, corresponded with Jim via email, was able to secure a good price and picked the car up a week later! Sitting down with them at the dealer and listening to the history of their family business was awesome, one of the best new/used vehicle experience I ve had! Keep up the outstanding work!!!

Can t speak highly enough about Kelleher Ford. Our Expedition broke down about 10 miles north of town and we were towed in almost no-notice. The Service team was amazing. From start to finish they helped us quickly get back on the road. Highly recommended for service and support!

Not so happy with Ford right now because the major issue we had with our F250 SD diesel (metal contamination in the fuel) appears to be a well-documented, long-known issue on Ford's part so it should be a recall. Setting that aside, the Kelleher service dept was quick to diagnose the problem and fix it. Very pleased there's a 2-year parts and labor warranty on the fix. We were travelling out of state when the truck failed; we feel lucky Kelleher. is where our truck was towed.

After receiving a coupon in the mail from Kelleher, I called and scheduled an oil change. The coupon had my make and model of car and said that I was due for an oil change. They mentioned on the phone to just make sure I brought it in. After getting the oil change and going to pay for it, I was told that it was going to be $30 dollars more then what the coupon was saying. I asked the lady that was charging me about it and she told me I would need to talk to the service department. In speaking with the service department, I was told that my vehicle took full synthetic oil and that that was more expensive. I explained that I was confused as to why I would get a coupon in the mail with information about my exact make and model of car. If you know the car I drive, why would you send me a coupon that I can't even use? At the time, I didn't know what kind of oil it took because I always just take it in. I didn't think twice about it not being able to be used because on the coupon it had my cars information. I was told that I should have known that the coupon didn't apply to my car because of the oil type. I asked with they would even send me a coupon with my vehicle information on it, if they knew I couldn't use it because of the oil type. The service desk guy told me that I should have known better and to take my car to Yakima the next time I want my oil changed and that I should never bring it to them again. I was dumbfounded after he said that. He got his wish. I will never buy a vehicle from here and you can bet that I will tell people this story every chance I get. I went in just wanting them to honor the coupon they sent and ended up never wanting to go there again.They ended up refunding me for the entire cost of the oil change. I am still confused as to why when I only every asked to pay the advertised rate I was sent. I never once asked for a free oil change.After all of this, they are still sending me coupons. At least this one is a generic 15% off instead of for a specific oil change. Although mine went straight to the trash, hopefully it will help the next person avoid all these problems.

Came over to the Burg for our son's Baseball tournament. Truck was shifting a little odd on the pass. Called Kelleher Ford and spoke with Danny in service. He said to get it here and we will take a look. The truck was in the shop in less than 5 minutes. Danny has exceptional communication skills and very friendly. I was traveling through the area about 2000 miles from home and and had a concern about my truck. I called and asked if they could check it out. They told me they was two weeks out on service work but they would look at it. They pulled it in right away and discovered it wasn't something I need to address right away and would be good to travel home with it. I had called other shops and they told me it could be at least a week before they would even look at it. I am so appreciative they did this for me saved a lot of stress on me. The guys there was extremely nice and helpful .

Shopping for a vehicle and found a great deal here. I had a wonderful experience here. The sales staff was excellent. With customer service being a lost art I was relieved that they have not lost it but set the standard. If I ever buy another vehicle I will look here first, and I live 3 hours away.Trent and Anna are awesome!

I just bought my bronco sport from Kelleher Ford and it was the best experience! My salesman, Matt, was helpful yet no pressure and also provided good info to help make my decision. The finance process was also smooth! Also thanks to Anna for walking me through the buying process. she had everything ready to go and answered all my questions and no pressure to buy warranty. Will definitely go back even though I have a long drive to get there. Thanks again!!

Horrible experience. The Manager I think his name is Fredrick? horrible to his employees and doesn t know how to engage in conversation without being a condescending bigot! He also acts like he s uninterested in his job moral of the story. Will not be coming back I took my car and left. If you re looking to be belittled with the services of your car feel free to come here. Smh do better

The folks at Kelleher were very nice and fixed the major problems in our F-50 (engine failure, brake failure) immediately after the required parts arrived from Seattle, even though the garage looked quite busy. They fixed the truck in the morning and we were able to drive away by noon. Excellent experience that I hope we never have to repeat.

The sales support on the day of the sale was fine. The followup from the parts department for a promised part was lacking. This is the first car i have ever bought that i was not called to come in and they would install the license plates. I had to recieve them by mail and install myself.

Bought my '15 Focus in April from Andy at Kelleher Ford; I had an amazing experience, everyone was so warm, welcoming, and helped me with any questions I had. Today, I had to bring my car in for a recall and they were able to loan me a car for FREE! Amazing people, awesome support when you're in a pinch and still need to get places.

Overall this was the best experience I've ever had buying a truck. Matt is the perfect salesman: very polite, very helpful and never pushy. We hit a minor snag and he went above and beyond to straighten it out for us. As a busy guy who works out of town, I can't overstate how much I appreciate working with people who are able to schedule and actually be at appointments. My wife and I were both treated like our time was important to everyone involved. We got a fair trade-in value on an older rig and had no problems making a deal. Jackson in their finance department made the money stuff a breeze with none of the stress I've experienced at other places. I'd happily recommend these guys to anyone.

I started looking for a car right before the pandemic. From the beginning I never felt pressured or misled by any member of the Kelleher Motor Company. I had to test drive the car a couple of times to make sure I made the right choice and I am so glad I did. I love my car. I love also that when I go to have it serviced everyone I see checks in and asks if I need anything. Amazing customer service before, during, and after that sale.

I have a 2016 Escape that the turbo went out in, the SUV only has 54,500 miles but we are past on the time of warranty. I went in to the service department and asked about it. Fred the service Manager told me to bad its out of warranty on time. I took it to another shop and asked they plugged it into their computer and found that Ford knows of the problem and there is a service bulletin out for this. I called Fred back and asked he said It's out of warranty and there was nothing they would do. I could call Ford and start a claim but other then that they couldn't do anything. He told me good luck was very rude and upset I went to another shop. What do you expect Fred? I brought the same car to you about the brakes and to this day we still have very noisy brakes. You Fred said that you wouldn't do anything else to the car's brakes and I would have to live with it.

I visited this Ford service center on a trip that was most recently, and I had a breakdown and called the dealer. They were able to schedule and complete my repair quickly to give me back on the road. Fred, the service manager, went above and beyond to ensure that I was informed of the repair and the time it would take. I highly recommend visiting this Ford service center if you re In the area.
