Got a large rock chip going over the pass. They repaired it immediately and had me out in less than 15 minutes. Super friendly staff; they even provided me advice on tailoring my auto insurance coverage to better suit my needs

The guys at Johnson's Glass were quick and very helpful in filling a windshield chip. I called before going in and they made sure to stay around to do the work. Since there isn't a guarantee that the fill would work, they said I would get credit toward a new windshield if required in the future from that chip spreading. Although I paid cash, they can also help with insurance claims. Their customer service was top-notch. I would definitely recommend them for your glass needs.

Quick service, flexibility with dropping off the vehicle at a convenient time, prompt and direct communication about what to expect with both price and the windshield repair. I'm not sure what else you could ask for, they do great work here and clearly care about the customer experience.

Great customer service!!!I've never actually paid for anything from them - a couple times they have told me I'd be better going to a body shop for the repair I needed. Honest business folks!Once I needed replacement zipper-pull for soft-top window (on my old Jeep) - they scraped through their supply and gave me two for free!!! They WOULDN'T let me pay for them!Nice to see business that runs this way!

The BEST customer service! My windshield was replaced and it looked great, but there was a worn window seal causing a horrible noise after it was replaced. They replaced the windshield a second time at no charge to see if that would cure the noise issue, when it didn t fix the issue they then helped me to order and replace with a new seal. They do great work! Above and beyond! Highly recommend! Thank you!Service: Glass installation

I want to give Johnson's Glass and Upholstery my heartfelt thanks for the outstanding customer service they gave me when replacing my damaged windshield. They agreed to let me drop off my car at 7:00 A.M. which is much earlier than their opening hours at 8:30 A.M. In addition they gave me a ride to work and pick me up after my work shift back to their store after they completed the needed repair. They were amazing with how quickly they were able to do the repair after I called to make an inquiry. (I got next day service) They also helped me with contacting my insurance to make sure the paperwork was done correctly. I worked in customer service for six years so I understand what good customer service should be. Again I want to say they gave outstanding customer service.

On a roadtrip, we experienced a deep rock chip in our windshield. We stopped in Ellensburg and looked up repair shops. We read the reviews for Johnson's and stopped in. We're so glad we did!! Jeff did an excellent job repairing our windshield. He was personable, efficient and honest. Great customer service all around. Called Johnson s after someone decided to bust out my car window. They got me in the next day, did great work and ended up being cheaper than the original quote I got from Safelight. They even vacuumed up all the glass that had gotten all over my car which was super nice and appreciated. Definitely recommend. I have worked with Johnson's auto glass for years. We have a commercial business that needs upholstery on a regular basis and they do a great job. I have also used them for glass replacement at customers homes and custom shower doors. I can't speak highly enough about Dean and his staff! Great service and friendly staff. I called a few places beforehand to get a quote and timeframe for the replacement. This business by far exceeded my expectations on both the price and ability to instal the window ASAP. I called one morning to inquire about the cost of fixing a rock chip in my windshield the gal who answered my call was helpful and friendly. When I was finally able to come in, it was 20 minutes to close, and I was aware that they might not have time to fix my rock chip. However, Dean got right on it and had me fixed up in a jiffy. He was very kind and personable and their rates very reasonable. I will come to them first for any future issues! Highly recommend!

Last fall I had my windshield replaced. After that was done I had terriblewind noise for the Rt side A pillar. I returned explain the issue, they said2 weeks out to look at it ! Since when do comebacks not take priority ?I had no time to return with work being so busy. A month after that thewindshield moulding came out while on I-90 !! I had to tape it to drive!I had someone else replace windshield no more noise and w/scame with a moulding so problem solved. They said the beading was notseated causing the air noise.Both problems where caused by their installationService: Auto windshield repair

Highly recommended! The staff was super helpful and patient. Johnson's worked with me to replace a hard to find windshield. Went in to get a chipped windshield taken care of. Process went smoothly- great customer service, friendly employees, fair price. The gentleman that fixed my windshield did a great job, they had me in and out in half the time I expected it to take.

My car was broken into while on a road trip. Johnson s Glass fixed it immediately! Originally they said that they could get the car finished by 3:00pm, but on learning that we were on a road trip and had a hotel reservation 6.5 hours away, they expedited and had my car ready by 10:30am! They also charged $65 less than the safelite quote. Friendly staff, good price, quick service: 100% satisfied!!

These guys are great! They were running a little behind but they went out of their way to make sure I would have my Wrangler back same day. I appreciate all the hard work and the glass looks great! Fabulous job!

This place is awesome! These guys are so nice and do a wonderful job. They are honest, hardworking people and I m glad I found them. I just picked up my car and I'm very happy with the work they did. Mack took me to work and picked me up when it was ready. Very friendly people to work with and they handled all of the paperwork for me. Just had to pay my deductible and grab my keys and go. Thanks guys. I will be happy to refer people to you in the future!

After my car was broken into, they got me in the day after I called and had it done 3 hours early. The price was also $80 less than safelite and they referred me to someone in town for tint. I was given a ride to campus and they got me some peace of mind back right away after feeling violated by a thief who broke into my car. Couldnt have done a better job thanks!
