Jims Glass is where to go. You want affordable then they got you. They are the nicest people and will set you right. Easy to get a fast quote and they are very understandable people who are definitely here to help in a friendly fashion. 10/10 would recommend!

Great people. I brought in an issue and turned out they couldn't fix it. Then BRANDI spent her time finding me someone who could fix it. Very helpful and I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

Jims Glass took on a community project of replacing a citizens R/V window that had been broken for a year. Brandi, Adam and the entire company were gracious enough to do the work at no cost to the owner. On behalf of the Downtown Rotary and Kittitas Health Care we want to thank you for your community donation to help a citizen feel secure in their home.

Gave Mandy the Jim s Glass office women my phone number twice to call first before showing up. They did not call, luckily I was home. Michael the window installer took my slider window off while replacing the fixed window so I could clean the track and kindly offered to come back if I needed help getting it back on. I called Jim s and spoke with the office manager Mandy who was abrupt and rude both times I talked to her. She didn t want to send Michael back. I ll be asking for Johnson s after dealing with them.

This small town family ran business is top notch. I am with Davis Garage Doors and know a good small business when I see one. They replaced both of our truck windows and helped us get a s all glass section for a garage door and all around the glass they provided is perfect. I highly recommend Jim's glass!

Wanted to get new windows installed in house, Called and set up app, They were a no show, no call! Tried again called they said they were busy, So setup another app, Once again a No Show! My wife had day off, and i got home early that day! Once again a no show! Called the business and spoke to their office person, she said the guy came by and no one was home when front and back doors were open, and all the blinds were open! The bad part is their installer lives across the street from us! So she said she would call and setup another app! So after i hung up with her i called McKinney's Glass in Yakima! Set up a app, they came up on time when they said they would be here,measured windows, sent us a email with cost and installation fee! The next morning, We went with them, once again when windows came in they called and said they would be here at 9:30 am, they were early! Did a awesome job putting windows in! Jims glass called after we had our new windows in to set up app! Needless to say didn't even bother calling them back! When you live in town you try to stay local, But when you can't get service! You go elsewhere! McKinney's got my business and will again,when i get the rest of my windows replaced!

Todd seemed to be a nice enough guy but when I called to ask him about getting windows the woman who answered snapped at me, said 'he never comes in, what can I help you with? My reply of course was 'absolutely nothing now' and I hung up..I refuse to do business with rude people....

We would like to give an enormous thank you to Jim's Glass.We had a disastrous installation of all the windows in our house, completed incorrectly by a big box store. The owner and the office manager helped us resolve the issues with the box store and re-installed our windows in time for winter. Their professionalism and expertise is unparalleled.They went above and beyond in all aspects of the job - from going to bat with the box store, fitting us in their already packed schedule, and listening patiently to our panicked phone calls as each day was raining and our home was unprotected. It is refreshing to see a business that takes such pride in their craft. Many thanks!

Awful customer service and zero communication, which sucks because I really wanted to give my service to a local business. Our money will be going to Mckinney glass out of Yakima.

What an amazing crew! I called to get a window replaced in a commercial building and in less then a week the window was ordered and installed! I highly recommend this local business, from the great customer service in the office to the field crew I would give them a call!! Thank you for the help!

Poor People skills! Dropped of an rv window, and the old guy that works there gave me a blank stare and seemed very unappreciative that I had dropped such a "small" job for him to do. Seemed like he was annoyed by my presence. He only exchanged a few words with me while giving me ugly stares. It's been 2 weeks and my window is still not fixed. I called Jims glass and the same old man answered, he asked for my name and hung up on me, called a couple of times and got ignored. Very unsatisfied with this place. Now I don't know if I'm getting it fixed or if I have to go in there to solve this personally.

They have done some good work and some that never really worked out for me. They are local and somewhat reasonable for price if you are looking to support our local businesses. Don't be in a hurry, they are not fast.
