I drove from the westside of Washington to get my truck worked on by Crossroad Garage and was met with professionalism, punctuality and guys who were proud of their job/work! There were different issues that came about when installing a leveling kit and new wheels to my truck in which the team was quick to call me and keep open communication on the process. Last minute I decided to get new tires and they were great at helping me out with this when choosing the right ones. They were honest and had a lot of integrity in their work, even offered to drive me home if my truck was not completed on time. Love this place, will definitely be back and recommend to everyone!Service: Tires

Had some engine issues and was not established in the area with a repair team. Went to CR and was comfortable they could fix it, just at what $$. These guys were amazing. Looked at a lot of things, settled in on the problem, quickly fixed and they were very reasonable with price vs quotes from other places. Professional, great communication, detailed and quick. This is the 2nd time I've used CRG and they are definitely worth the 2-hour drive (one way) over the mountains to have them take care of my truck! I live in Western Washington north of Seattle and people ask me why I drive all the way to Ellensburg for service on my 2015 GMC 2500HD? My response is always the same, b/c I trust Jake & Eli and their crew to properly take care of my truck when I need something significant done and not gouge me in the process. My first trip to their shop was to get a tuner module & FASS fuel filtration system installed. The truck has always pulled hard, but after Jake installed the new tuner module (w/5 settings from mild to wild), I was amazed at how much unused power was sitting dormant under the hood!!On this second trip (March 2022) was for new wheels, tires, shocks, leveling kit, and alignment. In December I visited a 'off road' shop in Marysville to get a price on a leveling kit & shocks. Those guys told me I should get the Kryptonite suspension gear and his guy inspecting the front suspension said I would need ball joints, tie rods, etc. They quoted me ~$4,700 and that didn't include wheels & tires! I called Eli and as soon as I mentioned the Kryptonite front end parts he jumped in and asked me if I was planning to jump the truck, or go rock crawling with it?! Of course I said 'no' and that's when Eli explained to me why I should NOT be buying Kryptonite parts, that those parts are for people who are going to do extreme things with their vehicle, not guys like me who are not.To make a long story short, we had to wait 2-months to get the new shocks and the leveling keys; the tires & wheels shipped to his shop and were waiting. As it turned out, Eli didn't need the leveling keys b/c my truck has a large bolt & cam on each side that allow for a certain amount of travel without the need for leveling keys, so Eli sent the keys back and took them off the bill. Oh yeah, there was no need to replace any other suspension parts like ball joints or tie rod ends that they guys in Marysville claimed were needed.Eli's advice proved to be spot on and allowed me to level the truck, upgrade the shocks and bolt on a new pair of shoes for a lot less than what they other guys were quoting me just for suspension parts! I love the new wheels, tires and shocks! The ride is smooth and very quiet for a large All Terrain tire (that have a snow rating), but if I didn't like the tires, Eli told me that he'd swap them out for something else. Fortunately that won't be necessary, but to even to offer it was amazing and that's why I will always make the 2-hour drive over the mountains (4x) to have Eli & Jake take care of my truck!The team at CRG has my thanks and my trust!Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine tuning, Wheel alignment

Above and beyond the call of duty! Both brothers who own this company have taken the time to help my husband and I with our jeep rubicon. From giving us a ride to the u-haul store and lending us really expensive chains to tow our truck back home, to staying after hours - I just can't say enough amazing things about them. Stand up guys that I would wholeheartedly trust to get service on my vehicles (unfortunately, we don't live in Ellensburg.)Best,Kamelia

Jake and his crew went above and beyond to get my Duramax dialed in, and quickly back on the road. They also had Edge monitors and other goodies in stock, so I didn't even have to shop around. Had our 2008 dodge 3500 blow a head gasket, diagnosed very quickly and precisely. They have been nothing but easy and extremely kind to work with. Very knowledgeable about everything we asked them and made sure the job was done correct with several test drives. Top to bottom this place whether getting an engine rebuild or a set of tires is awesome. I've never been treated better. One of the owners stayed late to mount a set of tires for me. Not to mention all the work they did on my wife's suv. Pick home town. These guys rock and will take care you.

I had an awesome experience with Crossroads, they had my car in and out within a matter of hours, despite having so many other vehicles to take care of. They were able to let me know exactly what needed to be done, and were so quick to help out. Everyone there was so sweet and willing to help - definitely a 10/10 experience and would recommend to anyone!Services: Tires, Oil change

I recently had gotten a new truck, and the check engine light was on among other things. I went to crossroads garage because I had heard good things about them. I didn't call ahead, however when I went there I was greeted by their service manager Eli.Eli was quick to help me diagnose the problem and personally picked up a diagnostic tablet and plugged it into my truck. Before I know it he had all the engine codes pulled up and were able to find out exactly what was wrong with my truck.Their price for doing this was very affordable and I'm sure probably varies per vehicle. And I was very happy with the service I received and would go there for future issues.Service: Auto engine tuning

Excellent experience here (even tho I got some bad news about my engine). Easy booking, and Eli took the time to fully explain what was wrong, what could be wrong, and how they figured it out (I don t know much about cars, so I appreciate how he laid out the info and taught me the basics). They were even kind enough to undercharge me as consolation for the bad news. Didn t end up getting repair work done here, but if I need it in the future, I ll definitely come to Crossroads!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

We re a full-time tiny living family and were headed across country for a move when our truck entered limp mode with a check engine light. We knew the issues and it was easy to get into crossroads after some local recommendations. We couldn t be happier with communication, pricing, and quick timing. Great people and great service!ETA: a lot of garages around quoted us wait times and had to order parts, we were so grateful Crossroads saw us right away and had the part on hand.

Crossroads is amazing! I called the shop before they opened on a Monday morning, Jake not only answered but immediatley ordered parts and was able to get my 7.3l diesel excursion in that same day! He did a great job and fixed everything that needed done in a timely manner and he was very affordable. I would definitely recommend Crossroads to anyone!Services: Engine repair, Brakes, Oil change

These guys are the best! Broke down on the highway while pulling a travel trailer.. everywhere was booked out including them.. even still they fit me in right away for a diagnostic to give me better idea of what was going on. Managed to get myself back on the road took their advise for a fix and the fixed worked! I can not recommend them enough. If you on the fence don't be dumb give them a try, the reviews are definitely true from what I have seen. If I was a local I would happily go back anytime. Thanks again Crossroads you saved my bacon!

Crossroad Garage is one of the few garages I would trust to recommend to friends and family who do not know as much about auto repair.I have taken my vehicles to Crossroad three times now, for both tires and maintenance. The person I worked with in most circumstances, Eli, has always treated me fairly and has not attempted to upsell me on unneeded services, even though the opportunity was there.The tire work was done exceptionally, with red dot indexing being done as standard operating procedure. One wheel/tire combo was balanced perfectly without weights!It is the detail, professionalism, and pleasant disposition of everyone working at Crossroads that brings me back. Couldn't possibly go anywhere else now.Services: Transmission, Tires

The owners (and crew) are all knowledgeable, honest, and friendly--I would highly recommend this place to anyone.A week ago, I had my car checked out at another place. They recommended a brake fluid flush but I wanted a second opinion. So I took my car to Crossroad Garage and Eli explained everything to me AND gave me a better price. I was able to drop off my car day of and even though they were busy, they stayed late to make sure I got my car back the same day. The other place wasn't bad per se but Crossroad Garage just went above and beyond what I could have expected. I plan on coming back for all my car needs.

Outstanding shop! I experienced vehicle issues on a recent trip traveling through the Ellensburg area. As a stranger passing through the area I didn't know any local mechanics, but I had Crossroads recommended and they were fantastic! Despite a busy day ahead of the Christmas holidays, the Crossroads team carved out time to check my vehicle and helped get me back on the road as quickly as possible. Eli in particular went out of his way to provide great customer service - he even forwent a hot lunch and ate it cold later to accommodate my unexpected arrival! I would wholeheartedly take my vehicle back to Crossroads and highly recommend them for mechanic services in the Ellensburg area. Thanks guys!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Crossroads Garage did me right! I was broke down passing through. They were able to get my truck in and out someday when others were 2 weeks out. They also diagnosed my truck properly when another local shop diagnosed it wrong. They saved me over $5k. I have my dealings with many diesel mechanics shops across the country and These guys where by far the most Honest, Friendly, and Cleanest Shop ive ever had the pleasure of doing buisness with!

We were stranded with a coolant leak // overheating issue. I called and Eli said that they would be happy to work us in. They were able to diagnose the issue within minutes and pretty much start working on it immediately. We are so so thankful for Eli and his crew. Very kind, honest, and genuine. He even gave us a ride downtown so we could bounce around and get coffee or food while we waited (it was going to take a while to repair). They even had the repair done quicker than the book time. Definitely recommend these guys. Thanks Eli and crew!

On the afternoon of July 11th we were pulling our 5th wheel back from Blue Lake and the turbo on my 08 Duramax started to go. Limped it up the Vantage hill and into Crossroad Garage for some diagnostics. Jake came right out and started trouble shooting. Here I am 2 weeks later pulling the same 5th wheel out to Cody, WY. The new turbo works great, sounds great, and I am fully confident in their work. Eli, Jake, Noe, and Chrissy are a great honest team doing high quality work. Before I wrote my review I wanted to read others to see what their experiences were like. Reading them made me feel like my situation was very similar to the stranded traveller's broke down on the I-90, feeling helpless, in the dark hours of night! The first company to shed some light on our situation was Dean's Towing who were there within 30 min to assist in getting my truck, boat and family to a safe location, University Auto Center with a Hampton Inn next door. Could go on about their professionalism but this review is about CRG.UAC was not able to work me into their schedule for a few days so I called CRG and Eli found a way to squeeze me into a schedule with no end in sight! They are busy because Jake has put together a team that works very well together in going above and beyond for every customer that comes through that door! They made me feel like my family and I were their main priority! They diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts needed and had us back on the road towards home (Stanwood) in no time! Eli even called an hour into our commute, to make sure we were rolling safely down the road, who does that anymore? 5 stars aren't enough to describe this team and not sure there are enough stars on a crystal clear night to offer them, as they made me feel like a very close friend or even family!!! My only regret is that I didn't buy one of their hats or hoodies as a constant reminder of the CRG Team.Can't thank them enough!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

This is a clean professional hard working garage with great customer service. Give these guys your business.While driving with my daughter back to college across the pass, her radiator cracked.We pulled over and couldn t have been luckier to find these pros at Crossroads. Great experience! I had problems with my car squealing and the fan belt. My car would squeal loudly when the AC was on and squeal softly when I would drive it without AC. I took it to another mechanics twice before and the problem was never fully fixed. My fan belt started smoking so it took to Crossroads. The owner identified the problem within a few minutes. My car was ready for pick up the same day I dropped it off. My AC works great and my car does not squeal AT ALL anymore. The fact that he fixed it so fast makes me question the honesty of my other mechanic. Crossroads is an honestly and reliable business. Would recommend!Service: General repairs & maintenance

I can't say enough about Jake and Eli. I was in town from Oregon and my injector pump went out on my 01 Dodge 2500. Being from out of town I had no idea where to go and just got lucky being referred to these guys. They got the issue diagnosed quickly, found another problem that I was not aware of with they cylinder head, and got me an estimate.I know these guys are super busy, but I felt they worked really hard to get my truck back to me in a reasonable amount of time because I was from out of state and needed my truck back asap.I was going to be back in town on a Friday and I got a text then a call from them at 9:30pm the night before letting me know my truck was finished up. Not many other shops that I know of will work that hard or that late to get a job completed for a customer.When I picked my truck up I also appreciated that they had taken photos along the way so I could see what they saw at different stages of the repair.These guys are honest and hard working and you won't be disappointed with their service. If I lived in Ellensburg this is where me and all my buddies would be taking our rigs.

we broke down on Vantage hill on 3/19/2020. with the help of the tow truck driver we were directed to Crossroad Garage. What a great choice. these guys (Eli and Jake) are top drawer. they had our vehicle up and running the next day. I highly recommend Crossroad to anyone with diesel or gas vehicle repair A+

We have had such bad experience with emergency roadside service on the road in the past that my wife wrote a novel, called "The Mouth the Heat and a Busload of hippies,Our emergency roadside nightmare".We had mechanical trouble Saturday evening and pulled off in Ellensburg. First thing Monday morning I was on the phone. My response from the local dealership was " We can't look at it until Thursday or Friday".Another shop said they were booked out for a week and a half and could look at it Monday afternoon possibly for diagnosis only.Eli one of the owners responded right away with a bring it on over and we'll take a look and see if we can fit you in even though we are booked out approximately 3 weeks. I was in and out of their shop in about 1 hour. They even did a safety check to get me back on the road. In my opinion you can't do any better than that. Yes these guys were great!Stay safe and crossroads, and we hope your business continues to do well!Service: General repairs & maintenance
