These guys particularly Darryl were lifesavers. On the start of a long road trip in 90+ degree weather we realized the AC was going out in our car. We called them based on the reviews and he said yeah we can see what we can do. Every though they were clearly busy he said come on it. It looks like someone s garage but super professional place. He got us up and going and fixed super fast and at a fair price. Can t recommend them enough.

Darrel saved our road trip from disaster, as our AC stopped working in 106 degree heat. It was last minute on a Friday and he was kind, helpful, and efficient. I m very grateful for this shop and their willingness to help us out. It really made a difference for our entire trip, which is an important one. Daryl went above and beyond. Towed into his shop after hours. Diagnosed problem, took 4 upset women into town as vehicle not repairable. Spent much time next morning trying to locate engine.Could not find engine but helped find someone to tow to Spokane.

Darrel saved our day and vacation! We had truck trouble when passing through on our way to the coast. He came highly recommended from a local and proved to be the right man for the job. My husband met him at 7am and he worked hard to diagnose and repair our truck. If we lived in the area he would be our new mechanic for sure. We highly recommend Darrel for your automotive needs. Darryl helped immensely when AAA picked us up off hwy 90 just shy of exit 70 after a 6 hour wait and deposited us in his driveway to which he arrived at 6:30am to find us "camped" there awaiting his help. We were headed to medical lake to camp for a few days coming from Sumas, WA when our AC Pump went out to which froze the serpentine belt and we lost power when it broke too. Darryl and his crew changed their plans and had us fixed up and on our way by 10:30am following thorough service and a true guarentee. The highest quality of care. I had a set of chains that flew off the vehicle infront of me hit my jeep and wrap around my front drivers side tire and axel while coming over the pass. Severed my brake line and a few sensors on my jeep. Darrel Haines ordered in new parts and had them installed and put me back on the road in less than 24 hours. He called me and explained what the problem was, gave me an estimate on price and time, and kept me updated during the process. Superior quality work, unmatched customer service and awesome pricing. To say im extremely happy would be quite the understatement. For anyone localnor anyone passing through who needs some work done, I'd highly recommend stopping in here. You won't be disappointed!

This garage is the best! We broke down during our vacation and they took really great care of us! I would say that they went the extra mile but from talking to others-THIS IS THEIR NORM! They took care of us as customers to the highest level, were thorough, prices were good, garage was clean and staff was friendly and hard working. I wish they were in Olympia! Lost a cylinder on a Cummins diesel coming up the Vantage grade a few weeks back. Picked this shop at random and limped the truck in for repairs. Repairs and service were top notch. Everything from diagnosis to cylinder and wiring replacements were conducted on a tight turnaround and with expert hands. Owner is very conscientious about keeping costs as low as possible and offering a full range of options to the customer. If you need a mechanic in the Ellensburg area, this is the guy.

Blew the clutch in my VW Camper driving over the Snoqualmie Pass on the Memorial Day long weekend. Found Daryl by checking online. His is the only shop open weekends in that area (Ellensburg). Daryl was awesome! He has a strong network of people that he works with and the cost of the repair was super reasonable (no tourist gouging). The work was done fast and he got us on our way as quickly as possible. As far as break downs go this one was as good as it gets, thanks Daryl you are highly recommended.

Good fresh food, fast friendly service, great setting!Not certain where the original review came from - but I would say that they provide excellent and timely repair services and are very responsive. I've used them for years and it's the only place I go to in town now.However... if they did serve food... it would be excellent I'm certain!!CSS

My grandparents were headed for a long trip to Wyoming, right after they left town they had a carrier bearing go, once they got to Ellensburg, I called up these guys. They were right on it, and got him back on the road the same day! He was great to deal with, and did a great job.Thanks man!

Quick and friendly service, and I was offered a chair multiple times. The mechanics made sure to help me save as much money as possible. Great location especially if you're out in Kittitas.

We just came in because the front end of our Jeep was falling off, as we get there the dude was in a hurry to leave to go n do sumn instead of working until the time his business said they would be closing. Honestly poor businessman
