My husband and I purchased a side by side from Central Powersports recently and let me tell you we will be forever customers. We have been looking for a side by side for 8 months and finally found exactly what we wanted with an unbeatable price. Having to do most of our transaction over the phone due to them being almost 2 hours away, they made that process seem less and easy. We had excellent service even with this being a phone transaction at the beginning. The day arrived to take possession of our new side by side and Jack Philip our Salesman was just as great in person as he had been on the phone. We got the red carpet experience; we were taken to meet everyone through the entire store/in every dept, including one of the owners. What an exceptional and unique experience that makes you feel important and valued. We loved our experience so much that we have boughten parts from their Parts department to continue to support them as we have received great service from their Parts Manager as well, Morgan. We will make the 2 hour journey to stay customers!

I had a great experience with Jack the salesman at this shop. He was knowledgeable and to the point with his pricing. He was transparent throughout the whole transaction which I appreciate. I d buy from Jack again based on the experience I had with him.

I ve bought a lot of different things from a lot of different places and people over the years, this was by far the most pleasurable purchase I ve made! Jack was the salesman who assisted me with my new KTM 500 EXC-F Six Days. I couldn t be happier with the bike or the experience as a whole. Jack was extremely knowledgeable and a true professional. He answered all the questions I had and even questions I didn t know to ask. At no point did I feel pressured or uncomfortable and to me that is priceless. I highly recommend Central Powersports. Ask for Jack, you will not be disappointed. The dude is phenomenal at his job. Thanks again to everyone at Central Powersports for an enjoyable purchasing experience.

We drove from Edmonds to Yakima and would do it again in a heartbeat. I called Alina looking for a price on a CF Moto for my brother-in-law. I told Alina that we had had a bad experience here locally, and that we wanted to verify the price out the door. She was terrific sent us a quote and honored that quote when we got there. My brother-in-law purchased the CF Moto. We Were so impressed With Alina that we ask if their service department would work on a Yamaha that my brother in law had Purchase years before. They agreed to do take a look at it. Things went terrific in service department, found the problem fix the problem, also mentioned that the work that was done previously was questionable. Appreciated that! I was very happy with CPS so much that I purchased a small quad for my granddaughter 70 Renegade! Lastly Alina took the time to introduce me to some of the staff and the owner also. Kudos to Central Powersports. I m sure it won t be the last time I m there purchasing.

I purchased a new snowmobile from Central Powersports. The crew there is amazing! April and Jack really went all out. Jack's knowledge of the equipment they sell was impressive! Purchased a new sled for my wife and the process from start to finish was fantastic. I sent them a message since I was not local and Jack responded almost immediately and we discussed the sled we were interested in as well as options primarily via email. We also worked through the trade in this way as well. On the day we arrived, everything was ready and the process was smooth and fast. He did an excellent job doing the new sled overview, which was great as we were switching brands. We met most of the staff that day, and every person was friendly and created a welcoming atmosphere. Overall excellent customer service and I would gladly do business with them again.

Best customer experience I've ever had, all the staff was very friendly and highly professional. Also didn't spend hrs dealing with paperwork to purchase my brand new KTM Super Duke. I highly recommend them for any of your power sports needs, plus getting to meet the owners adds to the experience, your definitely in good hands when you deal with anyone at Central Powersports. I typically would do the maintenance myself after purchasing yet I'll be back for every service, just to visit as well with new friends.

Stopped in to look at an 2023 Maverick X3 XRC. Talked to Jack Philip. Nice guy, very knowledgeable about these vehicle's. Actually very knowledgeable about the limits of these x3's and the parts you put on them. Check out his x3 when you visit. ;) Very nice inventory of all your powersports needs. I ended up buying the x3 and some parts. All-around great experience. Will definitely go back.

These guys went above and beyond any dealer I've ever dealt with!Absolutely fantastic people I can't say enough good about them.I live in Alaska they actually went to six hardware stores to find me a bolt for my machine because I couldn't find one locally on top of that they sent it to me absolutely free. I mean nobody does that nowadays that's like old school type people. PS forgot to mention we also love the super wide track we bought off them in 2022. Couldn't buy one in Alaska that year so we bought one from these guys and they crated it up and shipped it up!Mike & ValerieRuby Alaska

Service crew was amazing. Changed the rear tire on my Harley Davidson (something they normally don't work on), but got it done, and the only place in town that would. Tech had no problems make the final adjustments that I requested. Whole staff extremely friendly. A+

Tony at Central was awesome from the very first phone call. Our club was stuck in need of a new Skandic but none could be found on the east coast. I took a chance and called Tony at Central based on their website inventory. I was shocked after many dealership sites phishing with false inventory that Tony did in fact have dozens of Skandics in stock! We needed board approval and a grant was pending but Tony worked with our club to tailor the purchase to our needs, even if we had to back out! When it came time to get that sled from coast to coast Tony was right there with a referral to a shipper who was reliable, courteous, professional, under promised and over delivered! Our first snow is hours away and we have our new groomer getting outfitted for the trails. HUGE THANKS TO TONY AND THE FOLKS AT CENTRAL!!!

Great guys. Very friendly. I called early in the am and they checked for a specific part and fitment of the part and for back to me a short while later. I showed up very close to closing time and the guys were still helpful and a genuine pleasure to speak to. I will definitely be returning. My local shop should take a page out of these guy's book.

Bought my CanAm Commander from Central and it was a great experience. Definitely worth the drive from Yakima. Everything was simple and straight forward, I even met the owner s husband as he introduced himself. Lol

I m not sure what to do. I bought a Defender utv cab model from Webb less than a year ago. I have brought it in several times for small issues which never were resolved. Recently, we started having some very concerning motor noises(internal bell ringing until motor reaches operational temperature) in addition to coolant leaks, more cab water leaks (puddles on the floor after a night in the rain) and brake issues. I dropped the unit off on 5/16, so that they had it for our scheduled appointment on 5/19. When I dropped the machine off, two staff members from the service department agreed that there was definitely a serious motor issue after hearing it for themselves. I called on the afternoon of 5/21 to get an update and I was told I would get a call back. I did not hear back and tried again on 5/22. Once again, I was told someone would call me back, but I did not hear back. Saturday 5/23, I called again, but no answer. Tuesday 5/26 at 2:00, I still hadn t heard back from anyone and called again and finally talked to service.I am now being told that the internal ringing bell noise which started about two months ago is normal, the cab leak is okay because it s not a sealed cab , there is no visible coolant leak even though you can clearly smell coolant from inside the cab, and the squealing of the brakes is normal as well. Essentially, I was told there is nothing wrong with the machine and I m at a complete loss. I purchased this very expensive machine locally that I desperately need for use on my property in good faith that I would be taken care of if there was ever an issue. If anyone out there has any good advice here, I would love to hear it. I m thinking my next step is to contact the manufacturer.

I have visited their service shop on two occasions and each time the customer service has been excellent. The service manager, Shane has been very helpful and I appreciate their repair shops quick turnaround. Our small town has good people and Central Powersports is good people.

Customer service is awesome, Mechanics do great work, and the sales department actually cares about what you want and do their best to accommodate what your needs are, opposed to pushing products on you.overall I ve had a positive experience with every department I ve dealt with. They are under new ownership and would highly recommend these guys even if it includes a drive to get to them, it pays to buy from a dealership that sincerely cares about you and their product after they make the initial sale.

Tony and the whole team were very helpful in selling me the bike I was looking for at a competitive price! These guys use a honest and non pushy approach that makes the experience much more relaxed. Highly recommend Tony "salesman" and this shop to anyone involved in motorsports

These folks saved my bacon during a road trip through Washington. My rear tire was destroyed and they got me back on the road with a replacement when no other shop could help me. Very fast service and gave me a report of other the maintenance I needed with zero judgement. Thanks again Central Powersports!

I went to the parts department for just a couple little items for a tune up and to toss around ideas for possible upgrades to my snowmobile. They were knowledgeable and friendly regardless of how much I was spending. I had some basic repairs I am wanting to do myself and they were happy to advise me on what to do and help me get it done myself. I will certainly return to these guys. If you need help or ideas give these guys a shot at your business. You'll be pleased you did.

I have stopped a few times and always had great service. The staff in the parts department are very personable and helpful. I recently had a warranty claim on my snowmobile and they were immediately on the phone to determine if the issue was covered and parts were ordered in a matter of minutes. I've never had a poor experience here.
