They were quick to fix a hood issue that I had with my RAV4. I went to 2 other places first and neither place could fix my problem. I m new in town and didn t know about Abra/R&R Auto Body until someone recommended them or I would have gone their first. They are 5 stars all the way. I highly recommend them.

Excellent all the way around! Customer service top notch! They did exactly what they said they would do to repair my Jetta, and even detailed the inside! Feels like a brand new ride! Can t say enough good things

Everyone at ABRA was so helpful to me! They communicated with me every step of the way, dealt with my insurance company well, and really made the process easy. They even cleaned my car afterwards which was such a nice touch! McKenzie was very on top of things through out the process and Jodi was a big help when I was getting my rental set up. I would 100% recommend them to anyone.

ABRA did an amazing job with fixing my car. I am grateful that I ended up going through them. I had just swapped my insurance companies and wasn t quite sure what to do after wrecking my car. McKenzie at ABRA took matters into her own hands and took care of everything for me. She made sure to communicate in the process and never left me wondering what the next step would be. They even went as far and washing my car inside and out, so I picked up a freshly cleaned car after being without for over a month. I will definitely be using them for future services!

I ve gone to Abra/R&R several times over the years, for minor scratches up to major body work after a collision. They ve always done a fantastic job on my vehicles, and their customer service is top notch. Cannot recommend these folks enough!

The team at Abra auto body are great! Their work is very thorough and the customer service is excellent. I was kept informed of progress all the way through the project and they found ways to take care of other small issues than what I had originally brought my truck in for without adding additional time or excessive cost to my project.

If you're in the market for a quality, professional, efficient, and friendly auto body repair business, look no further than Abra Auto Body and Glass. The staff of McKenzie, Jody, Talley, kept us well-informed on progress from beginning to end of the repair process. Our insurance company was difficult to deal with at the best of times. In spite of this, Abra proved that they are reliable and tenacious when working with insurance delays. They handled every step of the repairs with class. When our Subaru SUV repairs were finished, I couldn't be more pleased. What a pleasant surprise to see that the interior was detailed. Abra does exceptional work in a timely manner. If the need arises, we'll definitely use their expertise in future. Many thanks, Abra Auto!

Well worth the 75-mile drive. Work complete in one week from drop off, great color and parts alignment match. Silver lining to the fact no shop close to my home could take a car before mid December: I found a great shop not too far away. Highly recommend!

Wow! After getting in an accident on the pass, I was worried about who to have repair my pickup front end and how long I may be out of my vehicle. ABRA of ellensburg was recommended, and they did not disappoint!!!!!!Tremendous communication, customer service, and speedy repair! Tally and Mackenzie were helpful and very responaive. When I picked it up, it was so clean, spotless, and shiny! Thank you!!!!

Abra/R&R auto body did such a good job on my car! I dropped it off on Monday and it was ready to be picked up on Thursday! I was very impressed by how quick and how good my car looks! They even vacuumed it and washed it! I definitely recommend them! 10/10!

They let me know ahead of time how long it would take to complete the repairs on my car. I felt like they were very organized and worked efficiently with my insurance. There were no surprises and repairs were completed within a week. They explained the whole process to me. They gave me back my car cleaner than it was when they got it. It was washed and ready for me to pick up. They were always respectful and polite to me through this whole process that generally can be a stressful experience to go through...My parked Toyota prius had been hit by a truck and that is how I ended up using their car repair services.

Jodi was able to fix my car and answer all my questions thoroughly. She was very nice and kind to work with, and very responsive. Also she truly cared about my situation and helped every way she could. Staff was great and friendly also. Outstanding service! My vehicle got t-boned and I had never needed body work before so this was all a first for me. Jody, Riley and their team were amazing with keeping me up to date and the repair only took a couple days and it looks brand new! I was sent here for a repair through an insurance claim. Riley oversaw my project and they did great work on my car, he called me and updated me multiple times on the status of my vehicle, and coordinated everything with insurance. So 1st of all everyone here at Abra was very nice and helpful.Even guided us out of towers to a great breakfast experience.I have to mention there gem of an employee, Mckenzie. Very fast,knowledgeable, great customer service, I would highly recommend everyone take there vehicle here.

Abra cadabra - like magic!Worth the 1.5 hour drive from Wenatchee. Service was fast and friendly. The repair looks like it came from the factory. Even got an unexpected treat of the floors and seats cleaned up. 10/10 recommend from this happy customer.
