The people at Village Transmission & Auto Clinic are fantastic. They are quick to fix your car problems. I don t hesitate to bring my Honda Civic there. They are very caring, knowledgeable & honest which are rare qualities currently. I used to bring my car to my nearest dealer but now I am very hesitant since they tore my driver s seat & denied that & placed my passenger s visor upside down which they can t deny. If you have any car problems, bring it to them.

I was not prepared to be as impressed as I was with village auto clinic. From the first phone call onward I was amazed at their honesty and transparency.They were able to get me an appointment relatively quick, and gave a pretty accurate estimate of what the costs and time would be based on the expected work.I LOVE that they sent an electronic copy of the inspection explaining everything they recommended doing, along with photos of why. (Eg here s a sample of your brake fluid compared against clean fluid and dirty fluid). This made it super easy to make an informed decision about whether to proceed with their suggestions.Pricing wasn t cheap, but it was fair, and considering the stellar service, it was definitely worth it. I hope I never need a mechanic, but if I ever do, I ll definitely be going back.

I found Village Transmission and Auto Clinic on Google and they were wonderful. I appreciated how communicative and transparent (emailed report with photos and videos of what they found in diagnostic testing) they were with the work that needed to be done on my Toyota. Quick turnaround time, nice people- will be going back.

I was impressed with the service I received. Everyone was professional and courteous, the facility was clean, and I was very happy with there services provided for my vehicle. I especially liked getting updates with photos of all issues and non-issues. I will definitely return even though it is 50 miles from my home.

Great experience! The staff are very thorough and knowledgeable. I was provided options to resolve some issues. Brian took the time to talk me through it and answered all my questions. Would absolutely recommend and will be returning.

I went to Village Transmission & Auto Clinic because of two friends' recommendations, after a GM dealer had failed to repair the A/C of my 1996 Buick Roadmaster Wagon.� The� wagon also had engine noise which, I� mistakenly thought, was caused by pinging.� The same dealer also failed to identify what caused the engine noise.� Luckily,� I came to the true repair shop. Within a day after the car was dropped off,� Technician Mike performed a Level�1 Test and found� all problems, A/C and exhaust manifold leaking, that need repair.� Service Adviser,� Brian,� kept me informed on the progress and the parts need to be replaced by sending pictures and videos.� The� processes were very transparent.� These people are professional, honest,� and quick to get the problems diagnosed and fixed.I am so happy about the work they have done on my wagon. Outstanding!

We went to the car repair shop linked to the warranty website. After inspection, they said: Either we will work together to repair other problems that are not covered by the warranty, or they will not repair the gearbox problems covered by the warranty. Then they offered me a repair price of US$1,918 for my 2013 old Ford. We really couldn't afford this price, so we had to pay a US$199 inspection fee and drive the problem car home.

I have been going to Village for years. All of our repairs have been completed timely, accurately and competitively priced. The entire office is so friendly, hard working and extremely honest. I appreciate that they look over my vehicles to determine if anything that could be completed while ranking repairs so I know what is most important. Mike Skipworth is a phenomenal mechanic that not only clearly explains the repairs but he also shows you! My experience at Village has always been stellar. Thank you for all you do!

Overall very happy with my service.I came in with a slight understanding of the cause of my differential leak on my truck. Their skilled technicians figured out what was going on, and they quickly sourced a part locally for day of install. What impressed me most was that they ended up charging me less than the original quote, after they found the repair to go quicker than expected. It's not common for mechanics to pass that savings in to the customer- this earned them a returning customer and good review! I also liked that they did a once over on my vehicle, but did not pressure me on anything that I did not want to do.

They were able to get me in quickly, and address the problem I had.Best if all they gave me straightforward answers to my questions and didn't charge me for "extras".I recommend them to anyone looking for a quality mechanic!

I brought them my Chevy rear end in pieces. It had been assembled wrong and was starting to fail. They rebuilt everything for a fair price, and took good care of us through the process!

Dropping off my car was smooth and the service was timely. The mechanics made sure that they checked the overall maintenance of the car and didn't come up with a bogus maintenance emergency afterward. I didn't feel discriminated or taken advantage for being a woman and the workers were honest and the price was fair. Thank you for your great work!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Very professional, helpful with the options I needed for my son's auto. Gave realistic estimate and time frame to fix the auto. Awaiting the final finished work and will update if things change but right now a solid 5 star experience with them.

I called asking for a quote after I was given an outrageously high estimate for a 30k servicing. Village took great care of me. They were honest and only did the work that needed to be done. I do not quite understand why people rant and rave over this place. Their diagnostic cost is outrageous & they charge per area of the car being looked at. I was charged $200 for parts and $900 for labor for 2 HVAC cord replacements and my heat and ac was still not fully fixed. They informed the parts needed to complete the repair were outdated and not available anymore - so essentially I was screwed. I will not be coming back, and I do not recommend this shop to anyone with less than $2,000 to spend on a repair.

Was having an issue with the trans on my Dakota. The technician at Village arrived at the same conclusion I had based on using my own diagnostic app.More importantly, Brian was able to get me in on short notice and I was up and running in less than two days.I was impressed with the friendly and knowledgeable staff, the cleanliness of the shop, and the price quote was competitive with a couple other places.I've been looking for a new business for my mechanical needs and will definitely use Village again and highly recommend them.Bill MaserService: Transmission

Village has always done an excellent job with my oil changes. I was in a crash that required work to be done and Village was prompt to get me in their schedule and complete the work. I don t know about you but I m skeptical about taking my vehicle to an unfamiliar auto shop. This place is legit and made me feel confident of what they can do. It made me feel better when I observed they help maintain local Edmonds police vehicles.They are busy people and as customers/clients, we must be more patient to clearly communicate what we need and expect in the repair. Ask for more information if you must. Concern about the price, just ask to be sure and in detail. They will listen. Courtesy should be reciprocal. Try it.Great service so far: I have an older 4runner and give it the TLC it needs; I feel they got my personal sentiment and love for my vehicle. I spoke directly with the mechanic doing the work and he understood the standard of care I provide and how intimate I am with my Toyota. That message came across. He gave me confidence he will treat my vehicle with personal care. Don t be afraid to express this importance and your sensitivity. They re good listeners, great customer service.Thanks VTA.

Awesome service as always. Friendly and helpful staff. Love the complete overview of vehicle status, things to keep eye on, and current needs to get done on visit. Needed extra part (not normal wear) and they got it to get job done same day. Like that shop recommends what can be defered for later and let's you know when parts expected life is.Always recommend to my best friends (and even some I only just like)

Very friendly service, unfortunately several thousand overpriced. Told us $164 for transmission diagnosis, when we decided to not have work done there the bill went up to $193. When I questioned them about this I was told difference was tax. I knew the tax wasn't this high and when I paid it and got invoice it was for $193 and said "there was NO tax charged for this service".?.?.?..?

I had my truck towed in after it had been stolen and recovered. It was not drivable and they did a number on the interior. Curt and his team got right on and it did a great job in communicating with me and the insurance company. Truck looks good as new and I will definitely be using Village Transmission for all my future auto repairs. I found my new car care professionals. Due to some technical issues in my 2000 Ford F-150, I allowed it to sit in my driveway for years. Wanting to get it back up and running, I decided to get a full comprehensive inspection in order to pinpoint any major issues my truck may have. Their car care technician Joe H. Was able to deliver a full written comprehensive report with pictures & video detailing the problems needing to be addressed, which I found to be very helpful in understanding the complexity of my vehicles problems. On top of that, Brain, the office tech, reached out to explain even further what the cars issues were. Having a budget to work with, he went over the items that were most severe to the least severe, which helped me tackle what needed to be done first. Not only was Brain a pleasure to speak with, but he was quick to get my car serviced. Great service is hard to come by, but these guys got it.Services: Vehicle Inspection, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

The best in the business; better than the best, honestly!! By far the most honest and adept auto shop I have ever taken any of my cars to-I highly recommend them!! Our whole family has trusted their cars to Village Transmission for a few years now, and we love their diagnostic reports with pictures and an urgency rating scale on their findings with a quote at the end-they are totally transparent on their work!!

Listen this shop is amazing.My truck a rear differential blew apart on a Sunday.I had it towed the same day in their parking lot.They have a very nicely done drop box with envelopes,& Pens etc.Left my name and number.They called me on Monday had my truck ready and driving Thursday evening.Fairly priced but I value quality any day.You get what you pay for.If you want it done right step up and pay for that convenience.I m so impressed with them that I will later get a better transmission installed by them in the future.They also offer snap finance which is a help for those who can t afford high prices you have 100 days to pay it off and a zero credit check.I owe collections and they approved me.Do yourselves a favor and get your work done by these people.They will fix you up right!Thanks Village Transmission for saving me!
