Messed up a windshield job and didn't even put in the same OEM glass ( after I sat around for 2 hours to ask why the hour job is taking so long and I get told he didn't call because he was waiting kn the glass to show up...) after 4 phone calls and 2 mobile visits and now my heads up display is double visioned. I can't find a reason to justify any of this other then laziness and non professional planning.And now after taking the vehicle to university audi of Lynnwood they showed me a scratch on my windshield that can only be caused through "sloppy" windshield removal because the" location in length of the scratch is it possible to create with the windshield on" highly disappointed and do not recommend

Referred from a friend for a windshield replacement. Couldn't believe how great the price was! Service tech came out to my house and finished in an hour. Unfortunately, he broke the sensor behind my rearview mirror when removing the damaged glass. I contacted the owner about this and he was very easy to work with in regards to making it right. I had the sensor fixed at my local mechanic and handed him the receipt. He wrote me a check and that was that! Easy.Overall, I would recommend this business. Stuff happens but the quality of the glass, price, and professionalism of the owner speak for themselves.

Awesome service from these guys. They were able to replace sunroof glass very quickly, on a short notice, and for thousands less than other places quoted. It was a pleasant experience, I would recommend them.

My truck window was smashed in a parking deck in downtown Seattle, and I needed a same-day replacement to get back on the road. I called around to a bunch of places, and these guys were the only ones who could fit me in and also had the lowest price. They were very professional and did a great job. It was worth the drive to Edmonds - highly recommend!

Had the driver side window completely smashed out. Glass everywhere! I was able to get same day service at a completely affordable price. In and out in less than two hours. I would highly recommend this locally owned family business to anyone in need of auto glass. Thanks guys!!

Great service from Junior, Rene, and their crew. Replaced a crack windshield on my Lexus IS350! Very professional, even helped me install a sun strip! I was in and out in about 1 hour with a scheduled appointment. Would recommend to anyone that needs tint, glass replacement, or a windshield. Customer for life!

Originally set my appointment for just a driver window replacement, but decided to see if they can also do my windshield the same day. They were able to replace both windows the same day. They were friendly and professional. Great team!

They are very professional. I was a auto body tech for 18yrs. Alberto use to be one of the glass tech take care all the glass related work for our shop then he open his own business. So Alberto and his son JR along with their staffs have exceptional long history working on glass related work. Now I m no longer a autobody tech but I still send anyone who need glass replacement or repair even window tint to their shop.I am totally have confidence of their work. Price are very reasonable. You wont find many shop like this. I have 4 of my personal cars windshield replaced by them last xouple years. Always professional and get it done quick without an problem. I always tell myself I'm going to write reviews so this time I immediately came in and sat down to. This snows been wretched and I had a prior rock chip repaired by Lexus in Bellevue. Regardless if your chip has been repaired.. it's still at high risk for breaking -- between trying to heat the interior, the temperature difference outside of the car and essentially a snowball -- cracked across the entire RX. I thought it was going to cost a fortune, but it didn't, not at all what I was expecting, and mine had the rain sensing glass or whatever. *Not sure what the rules are about posting pricing, so I won't.. but it WAS NOT anywhere even close to my $500 deductible, if I had gone through insurance.Anyway -- called a few days ago, could have had it scheduled sooner, so good availability, but had it scheduled a few days out for work reasons.Junior showed up to my place and waited for 5 or so minutes as I was getting a car wash at the time (better to get it beforehand). Very polite and understanding. Knows what he is doing.I went inside and emptied the dishwasher, texted a few friends, and got a call that he was done. Looks great. Lifetime warranty on leaks.It was easy as this:Call >> Whens good for you? >> Ok we'll be at your place then >> They're there at the scheduled time >> open the door for them >> 20 - 30 mins (he estimated 30 - 45) and you've got a new window at a legit price.Rules afterwards were to leave the couple pieces of large blue tape on for about an hour, don't have a vigorous car wash for a day or so, that's it. Also of note, it was lightly drizzling, no biggie.Totally satisfied. Gonna post the same review on Yelp too. Good & honest work deserves good word of cyber-mouth.SJT

Junior was able to get me scheduled for a windshield replacement within the week, and the tech Eddy was efficient and quick with the installation. I had a very pleasant experience throughout the process. Their prices are unbeatable in this area. They're very responsive to communications and thorough professionals. I highly, highly recommend International Auto Glass for your glass needs :)

My insurance deductible is high, so I needed a shop with good prices. International had a large number of reviews and had the highest percentage of customers comment on their low prices. They did give me a great price, worked fast, were personable and the job looks good. I m happy!

Best rates for windshield replacement in the area. Moreover, they had an opening the morning after I had asked for a quote! The guys here really did me a good solid, so I really do owe them the highest of praises. Bring your vehicle in for these guys!

I would give 6 stars if I could.Highly recommend getting your windows done here!!!I've not experienced so much kindness anywhere in the USA on my road trip.The whole process was so positive!Great first impression on the phone, sounded like someone who actually likes his job and is happy to help.Gave me a great price, definitely the cheapest of all the auto glass shops around.They let me stay overnight in my van to have a safe spot to sleep because my window was completely broken.And then they were able to work on my van first thing the next morning. Everything went really fast, they even took apart the door to vacuum all the broken glass in the door and my van.Genuine super nice, good heart, great and fast work!! Thank you so much!!!

My driver side back window was broken into the night before. Was calling around the next day looking for the best rate and had the pleasure of talking to Junior. He was able to quote me a rate that was better than the others and was also able to schedule me in same day. It was raining that day and I am so grateful he was able to replace the glass on short notice. I did not mind making the drive from Renton to Edmonds to have a quality team at International Auto Glass & Window Tint LLC working on replacing my window. A good friend of mine recommended this place to me when I needed a quick and affordable place to get one of my rear side windows on my 2010 Hyundai Genesis coupe. I m so glad I came here! The staff was friendly, professional, and worked quickly without hurting my pockets! I bought the window off of eBay, and Junior did really good work and helped clean the glass that was still in my back seat from my window getting smashed!Service: Auto side window replacement

I've heard great things about this place from others before, I wish they would have tinted the windows on my car but I bought it already tinted. I ended up getting my mom's windows tinted on her new car for her birthday, I prefer dark tint for myself but my mom is older and her vision isn't perfect I wanted to get just the right tint to get some privacy and protection from the sun but not overly dark where it would reduce her ability to see. I talked with one of the very knowledgeable workers and they recommended a tint that worked perfectly I even had them tint the top part of the windshield. It has been almost a year and it is still holding up really well, great quality, lifetime warranty and the best prices around you can't go wrong with them. It was $180 for a sedan and $200 for my mom's Honda CR-V and an additional $25 for the top of the windshield. I have also sent quite a few of my friends and clients here and they were all satisfied.

I am highly impressed with International Auto Glass. They were very responsive through email and was able to replace my front windshield on short notice. Elvin came out and replaced my windshield. He was very professional and kind. Extremely helpful and fair pricing! When Junior discovered they didn t have the part needed for a 100% repair, he offered to let me take the vehicle and come to me after hours to make it right, as well as a discount. I definitely recommend International Auto Glass to anyone!

I ve called international auto glass & windows after reading the reviews. I m so glad I did. After describing how my window slid down and wouldn t come back up Junior told me it could be the window regulator and not the window. He gave me a quote for both and told me he could know for sure if I came by. I was able to get in before closing and he determined it was the window regulator. After covering my window with plastic, he told me which part to purchase at the auto parts store and told me to bring the car back the next day. I was amazed he was able to fit me in right away. I came back the next afternoon with the part and he repaired the window quickly and affordably. Junior goes above and beyond to take care of his customers. I highly recommend this team of professionals. Thank you for everything Junior
