Nina and crew did a wonderful job on making my 22 year old nicked up wheels look brand new. Excellent customer service and friendly staff. I am thrilled with the results.

Nina is super nice. She helped me squeeze in for a quick alignment. This place is not big but clean and tidy. Staffs are nice. They put all my info into their system for later use. I would recommend everyone to come here for a car service.

Unfortunately not very good service. No one was out right rude but I see major flaws in their business model. I took my car to get aligned, which they did do but it turns out my tie rods were rusted out so all the work they did was for nothing. They didn't call before they continued the job to suggest I fix the part first. Now I have paid full price for an alignment when nothing was really accomplished, and I have to fix the part and bring it back. No call to even tell me my car was ready, I just showed up because it was minutes before they closed. I had asked the person at the front desk about any sort of 30 day guarantee or something for my alignment and they just gave me some nonsense about "you don't need it, we the best". And now here I am $150 out of my pocket with nothing to show. And I still need to spend another $150 once I fix my car to have it done properly. I hate saying this about a small business, but I could go to Firestone and they'll do it for less and give you a guarantee and not dodge questions.

I ordered some forgiato"s from Nash and they are so dope everybody loves my rims you should go ordered some too and they helped me ship them to the Dominican Republic I'm gonna be the only one out there with these wheels

They gave me a fast quote for powder coating my rims and were able to fit me in quickly and had the job finished when promised. Their powder coating tech takes pride in his work. Thanks for slick new wheels!

I ordered a set of custom 3 piece wheels and Factory Direct was willing to work with them when many other places would not. They did a fantastic job mounting tires and even helped me out when we discovered that one of the rims had not been sealed properly and wouldn't hold air. I'm still trying to resolve that but I will absolutely be returning here for any and all future wheel needs. Thanks to Fernando and the team for being so great!

I brought my Truck back there for 6in lift, different size rims & tires,got the fold out steps & the Chase rack all installed there,I went pick when it was finished it looked nice but a week later the lights on the fold out steps quit working and was hanging low on both sides My check engine light came on ,my steering wheel was not straight, I told them about it they said bring it back but now I was skeptic I'm bringing it back to them, so I don't know why all that happened so shortly after picking it up,I had to rewire the fold down steps cause driver's side was stuck down week later passenger side did same thing so I checked the wiring and it honestly liked a little kid did it so I fixed that but most importantly my check engine light is my main concern and now it's gonna cost me to fix that.No recommend to anyone,wiring was sloppy along with customer service*Update this place is well equipped and well knowledgeable on upgrades for your Truck they fixed up on my problems i had awhile ago, well come back for more business

They were very good to me and talked me through my tire options and I bought all 6 of my tires here. When they couldn't completely align my front end due to a part failure in the steering box they referred me to another shop that did an amazing job too! Thank you for all your hard work and patience with my questions.

I have no complaints. Service was great, staff was friendly, product seems good- the ride is definitely smoother. The mounting/balancing fee seemed a bit high at $120 for four but not that far off from what I'd estimated. They got me in the same day and were finished in about 45 minutes.

I cannot even describe how amazing this place is.The lady I spoke to help me out so much.Snap finance had troubles.But she was very patient and quick to help me figure it out.I m case people are having trouble with that same issue rest assured they can make it happen here.Please give these people your business.Very knowledgeable on lift juts as well.Nice selection on tires and wheels.I m just blown away with how amazing everyone is here.

Quoted me $85 per tire to mount my new tire? $340 just to install the tires? I would have had more respect for you if you d just said you were not interested. Update the going rate for this service in our area is $25-$45, I hade mine installed for $35 per tire ($140),I was in and out of the shop in 45 mins, so $340 would have been an absolute ripoff. Your competition treated me fairly and they ve gain a customer, an opportunity you missed.

Scam on warrantee's! Please be aware folks ! Bailed me off with work that cost me $1150 and turn back few months later issue came back! refused to take action and shut the door on my face with no choice

I give alister 5 stars for his excellent customer service, but The lady at the front desk and Nash(owner) are very unprofessional. The lady sounded like I was bothering her and Nash seems to only care for folks he chooses. He never once gave me a warm welcome and always ignores me even though I ve been going there for tires. Also, the cost of their service and tires are expensive compare to other places.* I just read their response.. and everything they said was a lie. It s actually really funny that they had to come with a fake story to hide their poor customer service, very unprofessional. I just wanted to write a review and share to everybody what I experienced, that s all.

These guys really went out of their way to help get some new Cooper AT3's on my Denali. Not only was the price right but they even fit me in to install even though they didn't really have the time as it was approaching closing time. Their customer service is off the charts, would recommend to anyone looking for new tires or wheel repair. Oh, and they powder coat too!!

I can t stress enough how happy I am with their service. First of all, their recommendation was genuine and honest. Most places are always looking at how to make money off you. I highly recommend this place for your wheel repair, refinish and tires purchase!Instead of selling me an aftermarket wheels, Nina and Nash gave me all the pros and cons and I ended up repairing my OEM wheels and painting them gloss black. They then gave me the lowest price on Tires, believe you me, I shopped around.

All was good until BALANCING. They did balance my wheels twice and still car shakes on highway. Now I have to pay to Les Schwab for third rebalance. Will I go here again, I doubt.

Brought my sons car in to get an alignment after lowering it. They got me in quickly and were able to get the car straightened out. Staff is great, pricing is reasonable. I've been a customer for several years and they didn't disappoint. Thanks!

After an unfortunate run in with a cement barrier thanks to the slushy roads, I found myself in need of a new wheel. My family had used Factory Direct Tire Pros in the past so that s where I headed. Within an hour, they had me set up with everything I needed and headed out the door. Excellent service and fast turn around - highly recommend.

Have been coming here for years. Always great service at prices that are typically lower than anyone else. Nash and his crew never try to oversell or bait and switch. Highly recommended.I just want to update my review of Factory Direct and say again how satisfied I am with their service. They continue to be as fair and reasonable and professional as anyone in the business! They never try to upsell you or pressure you to buy anything that you don't truly need. Thanks again guys; I'll continue to come back.

I found a nail in my tire and since I always buy my tires there I stopped by on a Saturday to see if they could help. Even though they were busy they would not let me to out on the road until it was fixed. They are always great to work with. I love family businesses and if you are their client they treat you like family. I highly recommend them for tires and service. You know you will get great service from a trustworthy business. Love these people.!! Nash and Nina are the best..

Nina, Nash, and their staff are the best! I went in to have a wheel checked and discovered that I needed a complete replacement. They worked with me and got me set up with a complete set of wheels and tires and fit me in to an already busy schedule to get them completed same day.Very open and honest communication. I am so grateful for their help and will highly recommend.

I have been regretting getting tires on my car for a while because I was told it was going to cost me a $850 because they were low profile and for a person that lives paycheck to paycheck it's hard to come up with that kind of money. So a good family friend of my fiance told me about Factory Direct. I asked him to check it out first before I drove all that way because I was coming from Granite Falls. When I got there I met Nash and he walked out to my car, he looked, and told me he had a set of tires for me so I followed him and he showed me some beautiful Pirelli's and offered me an amazing price and said it would be 45 minutes to put them on and it would be almost half of what I was quoted. I was extremely appreciative and so very happy with the whole experience that when I need to do anything else to my vehicle I will be driving my happy self to Factory Direct Tire Pros. They were very friendly and professional. Nash and Nina have a very nice establishment and I would and will recommend them to anyone. Thanks again to Nash & Nina

The best place to get your tire wheel fix ,great job ,friendly service and friendly price...The Owner will take good care of you very sincere n honest. The workers are friendly and does a great job. They know what their doing compare to other places.ive Crack my custom wheel from running into pot holes from road construction. They welded well done

If there was 0 I would do that. They told me that the tire for my car will be 685$ ( mounted and installed after tax)over the phone, when I got there, the price jacked up to790$. The representative was very rude. The representative was rude and impolite. She talk to people like nobody understand anything except her.

We had a tire blow on Friday and come to Monday they squeezed us in and took care of us within just a few hours! Great customer service and very friendly staff. We ve been here before and they never had lead us astray.

Quick and friendly service. Gave me a quote and didn't add any extra side work to it like other tire shops. Definitely going back. They will have my business for years. Super happy with my all year tires. And now that my wife and I are expecting soon I strongly recommend Factory Direct Tire for place you can trust.

My heros!! So in my experience here, everything has been exceptional. High quality of individual attention, direct, HONEST. If you can believe it! And the owners are super nice also! Umm so I went and bought a car knowing absolutely nothing about it, and well the tire light came on so I stopped by chance to have it checked out... Above and beyond quality of service, I cannot say enough. The only thing I'd say is you cannot freak out if your car isn't done in time. You must be flexible. People be getting all grumpy over 30 minutes. You also have to be prepared incase the mail is late if they need to send for a special part. It wasn't for me, and I'll also add that they took care if me when I needed help and my tire exploded on the freeway! Troubleshooting problems and obstacles was exceptional. The work is TOP KNOTCH! Perfect. They told me everything. Even fixed my auxiliary cord and disconnected the blown subwoofer in the back. Simply amazing! My little car is SO happy right now and so am I thanks to Tire Direct Factory Pros. It's so so so great and fun to drive now that they fixed the problems for me. I'm super grateful and also feel a lot more safe driving!!

I love working with Nash. I always send him all my friends and relatives every time someone needs wheels and tires. Factory Direct has the best deals in town no doubt. Just picked up my Tacoma from their shop. They installed a leveling kit, balancing, wheels and tires for me. Very happy with their customer service and prices. Highly recommend!!!

Very easy to work with. Honest and fair. Usually able to get you in the same day you either stop by or call. Great service great prices I have purchased all my personal tires here for years. The business I work for an Edmonds Becks funeral home is brought their entire fleet here for many many years always high levels of integrity and sincerity which is appreciated.
