CarStar in Edmonds, WA, repaired my 2022 Subaru Forester after getting rear ended. The work was excellent and our car looks new again. They detailed the car after all the repairs. Car Star is recommended by Subaru for repairs and they did not disappoint. Pete the lead mechanic was excellent to work with. A big thank you to this shop.

Just picked up my car from CARSTAR in Edmonds and couldn t be more happy with the results! They resprayed the whole bumper and did some other small cosmetic work and everything looks good as new. I was a little afraid that the paint on the bumper wouldn t match the paint on the hood/fender but they did a great job with the color match. Big thanks to the whole team and Courtney for staying in touch with me throughout the whole process. Very efficient work and turnaround time. Highly recommend them for your auto repairs!

Friendly and professional -- couldn't have asked for a better experience with my car repair. They arranged for a rental car when I dropped my car off, and they took care of its return when I picked up my car. Everything was easy and straightforward, with great communications throughout.

It took a while to get my car into the shop, but it was well worth the wait. They did an excellent repair job and even detailed my car inside and out before I picked it up. They finished 2 days before it was scheduled to be completed! That was a nice surprise.

What an Amazing body shop! They did an excellent job to my car! This body shop fixed my car like a new car. Customers service are very professional and know what to do. I recommend this body shop for my family, friends and co-workers.

They are pleasant to talk to and deal with, but if you decide to not use their shop to fix your car after they did an estimate for you, they will then revise the estimate without event looking at your car for another time and lower the estimate so that your payout is lower. Smells like retaliation.

Said a ton of things were wrong with my car when it was just fine. Random things too like a window motor when my door had a tiny dent at the bottom ? Like what? Decided to take my car elsewhere. They also had my car for a week while it sat in the back until I asked to pick it up until they were ready.

Really nice shop! A great experience overall loved how I received a text for updates what was currently happening with my vehicle start to finish the ladies at front desk friendly helpful if ever (lets hope not) I need an Auto Body Shop i will definitely take my car here!

The work is done great. However, not customer service. Have a question regarding to the personal tool has been used without been notified and has been left over at the passenger seat. Got the response that I signed the paper so that they do whatever they want to fix the car with no apology and been blamed for not picking up the car on their estimated time because I was on vacation.Service: Body & Trim

I took my car to them and we had a rocky start but I appreciate them stepping in and making things right and now my car looks brand new! Amazing customer service and care for your car. Olivia was so helpful arranging for the rental car and repairs through insurance; she made my day on more than one occasion with her clear communication and compassion. Paying the labor rate difference from insurance was worth it! They even cleaned my car inside and out and when I tell you that was a big job I mean it. Thank you!

The service was great. I looked at a couple other shops they just wanted me to leave my car with them for the whole process estimate and repair with no ETA. Here I was in for 30 min. Work is slow to get the car fixed. But this shop was able to fix the 2017 RAV4 lift issues. Which is caused by the technician at Switckard Toyota. They never admitted the fault and the service advisor at this dealership is not honest. The total cost repair comes out of my pocket. Thank you C. Clinic!
