AWESOME! I had to get windshield replaced for my Volvo SUV which has all camera safety features attached to it, They were referred to me my Volvo dealer and I am glad I went with Car Tech. I received a great service from Car Tech. Right from the first call they helped me with my insurance claim, explained to me what work is needed and why, the timeline estimates. They called back as soon as my insurance ok-ed the work.They called a day prior to go over the checklist for drop off.On the day of - they greeted us, went over everything again, and completed the work in the time frame they estimated. Great Service Great People.

The whole shop is a top notch in customer service/care and the work they perform. They just really care about the work they do. I m thankful that somehow I found and ended up at their shop even though it s a bit far for me. The front desk ladies are outstanding in their customer service skills. So rare these days. They explained everything to me & were so kind. Once at the shop the tech that worked on my car also took great care of the windshield replacement. But he also went above in double checking everything else and explained everything to me. I see why they are so highly rated. And no, they didn t ask me to write a review (and pretty sure others wrote theirs because the shop is that good and carrying). Keep up the great work, it pays off at the end. Thank you!

They have helped with two vehicles now. 1 being a newer (2020) Lexus which required OEM glass and sensor recalibration and all that fun stuff. And the other being an older Lexus (2002) which required a much simpler replacement. Both times they were amazingly easy to work with, accommodating, fast, and did great work.The first Lexus they were able to work with dealership ( Lexus of Seattle who I also highly recommend) . I had service scheduled for the same day as the glass replacement and Car Tech worked directly with the service manager who had my appointment. Glass and service were all done the same day within hours of me dropping my car off at Lexus.Second Lexus we had a scheduling issue but they let us bring the car in the friday before and leave the car with them over the weekend! Car was ready Monday late morning.In both instances they worked with my insurance without issues. They kept me updated and explained everything. I'm moving to Kent but if I need glass again I'll drive back up to Edmonds just to use them.

I paid $550 for a windshield. Ever since, I have been getting full inner windshield condensation. I have to wipe the inner windshield completely before driving every single time. I took it back to this shop and was told that the windshield was installed properly, but it may be a problem with my ventilation box. I took it to the dealership and was told my car is healthy. I call back and was told I need to pay for a completely new windshield if I want to change it. The lady on the phone named Madelyn even has the courage to tell me to call back if I ever need their services in the future. Are you kidding me??? You guys don t deserve to be in business and the techs all deserve to be delicensed. What a waste of my time and my money. This isn t what I expected to get after paying that much money. The problem is the windshield you installed is of poor quality. I do not recommend this place. All the 5 stars are probably bot accounts made by the shop. Trash shop.

Best customer service and Friendly people. I was treated with utmost respect especially by Carmon who kept me updated on the progress all through. They finished my car repairs faster than I expected.Thank you for the amazing service.

I called for a service they don't provide (leaking Jeep roof), but Derricka went to the trouble of asking around, and called me back with the names of a few places that could help me! Who does that?! Outstanding customer service!!! This is the ONLY place I will go for glass repair from now on!

I bought my car a few weeks ago and I hadnt noticed a crack in the window until i made a turned into the sun. Thwre it was. I called the dealer and they told me to go to Car Tech and I did. Made an appointment, they ordered the window, installed it, and it looks awesome. Such a friendly, professional staff. They make you feel at home. I highly recommend Car Tech Auto Glass Inc. Such a great company. God bless you all.

They were able to fix my windshield the next day, and charged much less than the other quotes I got. What was most impressive was the quality of the repair...the ugly starburst became almost invisible. And they told me if the repair didn't hold, the amount I paid would apply to a full replacement. The "after" photo doesn't really show how good the repair is, but the repair is really hard to spot.I am very glad I chose Car Tech for this work. Absolutely wonderful company. I had a window shattered by something unknown and they were able to replace it (and did wonderful work; the replacement window is perfect) and also went above and beyond in getting the insurance company on a three-way call with me and them in order to iron out the payment details and then handled all the paperwork. Getting a window broken is, of course, unfortunate, but they made fixing it absolutely as easy and painless as it could possibly be, and were friendly and professional throughout. I hope I never break another window in another car, but if I do this is absolutely where I'll go. I'd like to single out for praise the lady working the desk who sorted the insurance stuff out, but everyone I dealt with there was wonderful.Service: Auto glass replacement

Had a cracked passenger window since someone unsuccessfully tried to break in my car. Dealership had spare window on backorder, so they referred me to Car Tech. Got my window replaced on the same day, 2hrs later! OEM window even. Was helped by Carmen and she was very helpful in discerning the cause of the damage, the durability of my window even after damage, price quote, talking with my insurance for claims. Definitely recommend!

We highly recommend Car Tech Auto Glass! Our 2023 Corolla developed an 18" crack, needing a full windshield replacement. Our insurance company directed us to Safelite...ugh! After 2-1/2 weeks of run-around with them saying "the part wasn't in stock...just wait", we shopped around for different companies. Some said we would have to pay them up-front and then deal with our insurance company for any overcharges on our own. Then we called Car Tech. :)Derrica knew that the aftermarket windshield was not available because the car was too new. She said OEM was the only way to go AND SHE would work with our insurance company directly! She got it done right away and we only owed our deductible without any balance billing. What great service and know-how!Amy, at Car Tech worked well with our daughter to schedule the the replacement and recallibration to be done at a Toyota dealership near our work. This worked perfectly.Again, we highly recommend them!

They were very understanding when I needed to reschedule, and when I came in for a crack repair it was done in less than 30 minutes. I cannot even see where the crack is anymore.

Service itself was good (did leave a couple footprints on the seats in the back), but trying to get someone to answer the phone or call back in a timely manner after leaving a voicemail was a bit of a challenge. This place was recommended by a dealership I take my car to for servicing so expectations may have been too high. I had called in and left messages a couple of times and didn't get a call back until a few days later?However, once communication was established things seemed to have gone pretty smoothly and everyone I did talk to seemed very nice and knowledgeable.Only other thing to mention is the location. The facilities are located at the corner of a very busy highway 99 with not much of a parking area. The depth of the parking area isn't much more than the length of an SUV with the highway directly in front of it. It can definitely be a little tricky (scary) getting out of their parking area, but the staff there seemed to be more than comfortable with the tight maneuvering.

Its only been a day since complete but so far so good. Complete windshield replacement of original manufacturer glass since its nearly new car. They did the calibration after install and provided the results showing all passed and explained it to me. They kept in good communication with me throughout the process. It did take a very long time to get the glass, like months, but that was not there fault from what i can tell. Would use them again and recommend them.

Best car repair shop experience ever.The reception lady was professional and so kind. The mechanic was also very informative and did an awesome job.I had to wait for 1+month for an appointment but it was worth to wait for good service.I ll def come back.

I was driving on I-5 when a big pebble hit my windshield and the crack started rapidly spreading. Because I was up north, I stopped by another auto glass shop and they gave me a huge quote for the replacement shield. I decided to drive down to Car Tech and they fit me in quickly and replaced my front windshield for significantly less than the price I received at the other shop. Car Tech and it s staff are professional, speedy, friendly, and their work product is amazing! I highly recommend Car Tech and will continue to come here for my auto glass needs!!Service: Auto windshield replacement

A great experience! They got me in quick for a chip in my windshield. I appreciated the care they took to explain the process. They did a phenomenal job. They were also very helpful with insurance. Everyone was so kind. Will definitely return if I need to and will recommend.

It is my 2nd time using their service. The first time, they replaced a side-door glass after someone had broken into my vehicle. They found me the OEM replacement part with the matching window tint. It only took a few hours, and they vacuumed the interior of the vehicle to get rid of all the micro glass shards.The 2nd time, was for a windshield replacement.They found the OEM part and installed it within a few hours.They are courteous, kind and very helpful in guiding you through the insurance process if you have glass coverage.They answered all my questions.Finally, they are one of the preferred contractors for my insurance company, so that was a plus.Thank you for doing an amazing job and being so kind to your customers.I am not planning on being back (i don t want a rock to crack my windshield again lol) but if I am to come back, Im coming back to you.Thanks againServices: Installation, Auto windshield replacement, Auto glass replacement

The folks at Car Tech Auto Glass provided some of the best customer service I've experienced. At a time when it has been difficult to find a replacement windshield for my vehicle due to the auto glass shortage, Car Tech was able to find the glass at a very reasonable price and get me scheduled quickly to get it installed.When I was first calling around to find a shop to replace my windshield, the staff at Car Tech let me know about the current supply-chain challenges and said they would set a reminder to periodically check the availability of the glass I needed and let me know when they could order it in. They were true to their word and called me a few weeks later to say they had found the glass I needed. Then, several days before my actual appointment, they called me to say an earlier slot had opened up and they could fit me in that day if I was available. They did a great job and even gave me a better price on the glass than they had originally quoted me. I'd highly recommend these folks.Service: Auto windshield replacement

If it was possible I would give more than 5 stars! Wow I was blown away by the Amazing Customer Service!! Everyone was so helpful in getting my windshield fixed. The front desk was sooo friendly and extremely helpful in getting my insurance all figured out. 100% recommend Car Tech to anyone needing windshield work!

Extremely friendly group. Was able to get an appointment real easy for the time that worked best for me. Windshield replacement itself was complete in a timely manor even with them being very busy at the time. Absolutely no mess left behind. Highly recommend using this company.Edit: I have now had 3 separate windshields replaced on multiple vehicles by Car Tech, service remains excellent.

My car was broken into late Friday night and my passenger window broken. Car Tech was able to quickly fit me into their schedule and were fantastic to work with. They gave me two appointment slots until they were able to confirm they could get me in that week. My insurance hadn't sent the claim information over yet, but they were able to get all the details sorted out that day. Friendly, fast, and super helpful!Service: Auto glass repair

The owner Mr. Hoffa is a true glass technician of the highest caliber. He takes the time to do the job correctly and uses the best adhesive materials. This is my second time using Car Tech Auto Glass and if I could give them 10 stars I would! They did a wonderful job replacing and calibrating my windshield. All other auto glass companies I've spoken with do not calibrate and I would have had to make an additional trip to the dealership to get this done. I work very long hours and they were able to accommodate me dropping off my car before hours and picking up after hours. Additionally, Erica has always been amazing and Haffo too!
