Everyone was great! The team operated as a well oiled machine. From beginning to end they were knowledgeable, thoughtful, kept me informed about how my repairs were going, answered questions and alleviated all fears. My truck looks great, they did a very nice job. Staff was courteous and kind and I m grateful I brought my truck there. Thank you so much, you re outstanding!!!

My daughter, and I were involved in slight fender bender, where we were hit from behind at a stoplight. The damage was minimal but I love my car and wanted it repaired. Their insurance company recommended Caliber Collision to do the work, which I was a little hesitant at first, but after doing some research I realized what a great group of people they are.From the beginning they kept me in the loop updating the progress along the way. When I had questions they responded within minutes.When the car was finished everything looked perfect! Not only did damaged area look brand new, the interior was cleaned and detailed. Note: this won t last long, I have an 8 & 9 year old but for now I m ecstatic! I highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed!

We had our vehicle in for repair here recently. I hadn't picked this shop it was chosen by my insurance company. I just want to say the insurance company got it right. I've had a number of cars worked on through the years with a number of different shops and can honestly say this was one of the best experiences I've ever had. They supplied almost daily updates on the progress and even detailed the whole car when they were done. The work wasn't major, but they fixed it beautifully. You would never know the car was damaged at all. And even the cost for the repairs was reasonable. I don't generally have great things to say about insurance company or car facilities, but in this case, they got it right. I can very happily recommend this shop to anyone needing work done on their vehicle

The lady I had been dealing with was very rude during the beginning of the process it took them 3 days to even start on an estimate on my car and when I asked why I was met with a we will get to it when we get to it attitude. Car repair promises were not met. I received my car a month and a half after originally promised. My car was dirty when it was returned to me when I was promised it had been cleaned. Found dirty foot prints in my car and my subwoofer that was in my trunk had been moved and laying on its back when the car was returned to me. Someone also felt comfortable enough with my car that they connected their Bluetooth to it without permission. Parts that were repaired or replaced where either still damaged or redamaged after I received my car.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Justin S was our contact at Edmonds Caliber Collision. He and his fellow service advisors were awesome to work with. Our car had been rear ended so the whole hassle to get things sorted out and fixed was an anticipated nightmare. However, once we turned things over to Justin it all just fell into place. He kept us updated on the project and his completion projection time was right on. We were going to be out of the country when our car was to be completed and Justin offered to drop the car off at our house for us. Seriously, GREAT professional to work with.Thanks to the guys in the shop. The car looks perfect! We called our insurance agent and said if you have clients that need repairs send them here!!!E. Caliber Edmonds nerver dissapointed me. They did so at my daughter s car a few years ago. Their job is done beautifully. Justin is really nice and did a excellent job. I recommend this place to anyone who needs a bodyshop. Brought my car in for an insurance claim through Gico. The customer service was great, my car was done ahead of schedule, and the quality of the work was top notch. I was specifically impressed with the paint blending my car is black, and black paint sucks to match. I was so impressed I brought my car back to have the front bumper done out of pocket. Josh K ended up helping me out from start to finish. Working with him you feel like he actually wants to do what s best for the customer and work with you. Very impressed and thanks for the good work

From when I called initially to bring on my truck for service, it took 5 weeks to get the appointment. That was okay. However, currently, Caliber has had my truck trapped at their shop for 9 days AND THEY HAVENT EVEN ORDERED THE PARTS YET. Basically they compound your vehicle for an unlimited amount of time (they told me they don t know when it will be worked on) once you bring it in. This isn t a parts backlog issue (the parts are available). It s an issue of their terrible planning. Their business location is jammed packed with cars and trucks they are behind on. My car was broken into over Christmas. The back window as well as the body frame of my Subaru /Crosstrek was severely damaged. The weather in store for the region was a huge snow storm and a following ice storm. Justin Salvadalena greeted me right away and put my mind at ease. He let me know how long the repair of my vehicle would take and that he would keep me informed via text, email or whatever was best for me. He followed through with everything he said. Justin set me up with a rental right away and assured me everything would. be ok. Justin is one of those employees who goes above and beyond. I really appreciated his professionalism and his genuine care and concern. Please give this guy a raise. The service at Caliber Collision was exemplary and Ivan assisted me with my car repair. He was exceptionally with his customer service and his knowledge of the whole process of getting my car repaired. His team at Caliber Collision were professional, knowledgeable and very great at what they do. I hope to never have an accident again but if I do I will use only Caliber Collision for my repair of my car. This place was great from start to finish. Caliber worked with my insurance (Progressive) to make the process much easier and smoother than I thought it would be. Communication was very courteous and great to the point that they updated me throughout the repair on when it would be finished. They organized my rental with Enterprise. And I couldn't be happier with the results. I picked up the car and was surprised that they even cleaned the entire interior. Thank you!

I utilized the website to upload information about my car damage and also sent photos of the damage. I sent the same information to my insurance company. From then on Caliber and the insurance company handled everything. I just dropped off the Audi and Caliber helped me arrange for a car rental. I was kept informed on a daily basis by text on how the repairs were going. Caliber also arranged that my car rental could be dropped off at their site instead of me happy to drive it back to Enterprise Rental. It was an excellent coordinated service. Done on time and within the estimate given. The repairs were well done and the paint job matched perfectly. I would definitely recommend them to everyone.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
