Atkins has been the biggest help during what is my first 13b rebuild experience. From balancing/porting, instructional videos for noobs like me, to next-day delivery of crucial components, and even a complementary tour of the facility. Nobody has the inventory or experience these guys have. There aren't many places like this anymore, let alone locally. I'm happy to help support their business and keep the rotary spirit alive!

Great customer service, ordered a rebuild kit. Was missing one of the contents, sent a email got a reply within a hour and the problem was perfectly resolved.

It is truly AMAZING how dedicated these people are! I got my First Fd back in February and I can't tell you how many tiny little things have worn out due to age and every time Atkins comes through to save the day. So thankful that they ship their order fast too! Every part brings me closer to completing my dream restoration thank you Atkins!

Recently had an RX8 in our shop that needed a rear main seal. I had sourced one already and it arrived as a steel version with only a single lip. I needed the proper rubber clad dual lip seal. I called at 3pm on Thursday and the woman I talked to said UPS hadn't been by yet. She was able to ship it out that night so I could get it the next day in Spokane and finish the job by Friday. What a horrible place bought master rebuild kit got shorted a tip for my seal. Called was told its my fault they don't ever short people. Had to spend more money with this worthless company to finish this build. Don't waste your time or money with this company go elsewhere were customers matter.

Great service for me. International order for a seal and gasket kit and a clutch from them (essentially 13B rebuild kit) and took just over a week to arrive as promised (and also in this Covid climate) which was even faster than stuff we ordered from Japan coming from a shorter distance. Realized I left out a part in my order the day after ordering and messaged them to add it to my order and Josh just threw it into my order free of charge.

Very poor customer service!!! Nothing but attitude when there is an issue. I ordered a seal kit it was lost or stolen by the post office. Of course that's not Atkins problem, so I reordered and payed again plus an additional part. I recieved the new seal kit but not the other part. When I called they shipping guy knew exactly what part it was cause he knew he didnt put it in the box. He said he would ship it, called 3 days later, more attitude and still not shipped. The ladies I delt with were very kind and helpful, the two guys need to be terminated. To the owner these guys are lazy and detrimental to your business. I read the other reviews and many have had the same experience as I have. When more people continue to write bad reviews it is simply costing you customers and money!!!

Definitely stressful to order from Atkins. Ive had issues the last few times I've ordered from them. Given not entirely their fault but still stressful non the less.

Bought a clutch kit through them. After ten days, it wasn t shipped, so I emailed them inquiring why it hasn t been shipped, as it was 2 day UPS shipping. They didn t get back to me, so a few days later I sent a follow up email, and of course waited another couple of days with no response. So I called them, and explained that I ve been waiting for a clutch and have emailed a couple times, and that if it s on back order, (it said the item was in stock on their website), then I would rather just have the money refunded. They said they would call back. Never did, and a week later I saw the money was refunded to my account. So pretty much, it took 20 days just to find out they didn t have the clutch I ordered, and was huge waste my time, as my car is just sitting in the driveway with a bad clutch.

Atkins is a go-to supplier for RX-8 parts. Good prices, everything always exactly as advertised, and super-quick turnaround with no gouging on shipping & handling fees. What more could I ask for? Nothing, so five stars for you!

I purchased a o ring seal and the package was broken lucky didn't got lost. Then purchased a seal kit pay for 2 day's delivery and got it in 4 days. To be honest as i always say Is better to pay extra for a item but you get the better service and better quality the trying to save money and have issues. NEVER AGAIN.

I bought a backup light switch from Adkins on Ebay. They sent the wrong part. I called to work out the problem and got an attitude instead. I had to pay shipping to send it back for an exchange. Not even a "we're sorry."A week later still no part and I live 250 miles away. I do not recommend this business. Customer service is not their concern. Buy elsewhere. Shipping costs are outrageous.

Very poor customer service. I initially ordered a few months back and paid for a specific shipping but instead received a longer shipping date and didn't get any explanation other than a refund back maybe 8 dollars. Joshua was rude as all could be about why it was changed and told me to shop elsewhere. And then I order today just going to get the cheapest delivery option so I don't deal with hassle and this fool calls me and tells me he's canceling my order.

Josh Cook, I take it back. Thanks for being a stand up guy and apologizing and admitting you just wanted to get even .But don t take things personal, you should never try to make the customer feel how you feel, especially if you feel upset. Make the customer feel good and your reviews will be better. As you can see below the negative reviews are all about your customer service skills.

High shipping costs and basically non-existent customer service. Since RX-7 OEM parts are the same price regardless of vendor I'd take your business elsewhere. That I've had exclusively better experiences buying things via the honor system on forums should be embarrassing for an actual business.

Absolutely awesome! Went in just to grab a few parts for my engine rebuild and was given a full tour of there shop and all kinds of tips and tricks to help on my engine rebuild! Couldn't recommend these guys more.

Bought 2 parts small in size, 3lbs in weight. Shipping costs were ludicrous 1/3 of total. Then I still have to pay import fees. This is basically like highway robbery.

Have bought parts multiple times before and had good experiences, but last purchase was a headache, received an incorrect part and provided details and pictures of old and received part and was told it was correct, then they finally let me return it and then admitted it was incorrect, but I was still left with paying for the shipping and when asked about getting refunded the return shipping, I was ignored and got a message saying my email couldn't be received anymore even though I replied back though our messages.
