Orcas Auto tech is fantastic with reasonable prices and family/community values. My electric car was left on the side of the road by a Turo renter. I called and Trent went and picked it up right away. He even went a step beyond and plugged it in for us so it will have a charge when we get back from Christmas vacation. Thank you Trent!

Our van was malfunctioning, and we called up Auto Tech late on a Thursday in July. They were swamped, but had a hunch that ours was a quick fix so they squeezed us in. Sure enough, 15 mins later we were back on the road. Everyone was super friendly, and Gordon took the time to explain everything to us after he fixed it. Great service, nice folks, five stars for sure.

Sunday morning while in line for the ferry back to Anacortes my car keys got locked in the trunk. I didn t catch his name but they were prompt and so helpful and we didn t miss our ferry. So grateful!!! The customer service - excellent!!!

You know you live in paradise with the local tow company treats you like your their only customer.Trent was responsive, polite and most respectful. A tow is a tow, customer service makes such a difference ! Totally consistent with Orcas Auto - Tech professionalism. Thank you !

While visiting the San Juans, I backed my truck off a steep embankment, teetering partially on the shoulder of the road but mostly hanging off the downhill side. Uzek and his tow truck arrived and saved the day. He was extremely conscientious and his years of experience were abundantly clear. One sign of a true master is when they make something difficult look easy. He arrived, surveyed the situation, and found a way to lift my truck gently out of the ditch and place it back on the road. Then, he surveyed the truck to make sure it was safe to drive. Although I was feeling like an IDIOT for getting myself in this situation, I must say that Uzek actually made me feel like it was no big deal. If we ever need help with towing or auto help, we will definitely call Orcas Towing. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Chad to the rescue! When us Seattle city drivers got our Mini Cooper stuck deep in some mud, we called Orcas Towing and Chad responded to our call. He was so kind, understanding, and helpful and got us out within 30mins of getting stuck. RECORD TIME! Would highly recommend.

We definitely didn t set out on vacation with the intention of locking our keys in the vehicle, but when it happened - Orcas Towing was there to save the day.Thanks to Nick for the punctual, efficient, and friendly service. Faulty gas gauge I fixed last week failed me again, and on a Good Samaritan run for a fellow Human in the ferry line. Called Auto-Tech Towing first, then AAA, because of his speed and kindness, the good deed was achieved before the boat sailed and what was a silly morning continued on to an amusing anecdote because humanity wins again. Thank you for being awesome and thoughtful!

Looked like a nice shop, however, they couldnt find the time to scan my truck. When someone is trying to catch a ferry back home and their car is acting up, A scan could really help them out. 2 minutes of their time could have saved me a missed ferry ride and a nightmare of trying to get back home before work.

Price gouging like you wouldn't believe. I had money to pay whatever but the way they inflate the bill is outstanding. Bravo for that. Go off island to get work done, you'll thank me later.

Orcas Auto-Tech always does an honest, professional, and reasonably priced job. They have a full service mechanic shop and they offer towing services as well. If you haven't already, give Orcas Auto-Tech a call for your mechanic and towing needs.
