Terry is thorough and very fair. When my Jeep had a hard-to-diagnose issue, and the recommended repair did not solve the problem, I had to bring the car back for additional diagnosing and repairs. He thoroughly went through the car himself, driving it until the issue was repeatable, and discovered the underlying problem. He credited me back for the work already done, as it may or may not have been part of the root cause. I would highly recommend TDC for their integrity and ethical treatment of their customers.

This car repair shop is great Terry helped to temporarily fix my car right away before the replacement components arrived. Jessica is so nice and helpful to order the components and set up the appointment. She is so patient and helps to accommodate us for our family emergency. My car got repaired timely and in great condition. Terry is an expert and experienced, and even noticed issues I am not aware of. I appreciate all the work done here!

Gone to TDC a few times in the last two years and have been over the moon with the good experiences I've had.The rates are fair, the work is great and both the mechanic and the front desk are genuine, kind and trusthworthy. They don't try to upsell you on anything and do good, honest work.My family only has a single, older, beloved Prius, and they've taken great care with it here at TDC. They are honest and up front about costs, what they recommend needs replacing and what can wait. They've even gone as far to remove certain costs if they didn't find an issue. Can't even begin to tell you what that means to me and my family.Every time I hear someone talk about having car troubles, or even just needing an oil change, I always recommend TDC and send them a link to their page.Most trustworthy mechanic I've been to, and will keep going back. Thanks a ton for all your diligent work!

TDC Automotive is my new go to for auto repairs. Trustworthy and honest combined with excellent technical acumen is a great combination. They have worked on both of my vehicles and have proven themselves to be worthy of praise. This review is from someone who knows. Jessica and Terry were both super helpful and flexible in working around when I needed the car and when it could be in the shop. They kept me informed throughout the diagnosis and repair of an intermittent starting issue, so there were no surprises in what work was being done, how long it would take, or final cost. We had a great experience working with TDC to have our 2009 Toyota Prius repaired after it's 12v battery died. They were able to see us quickly and for a reasonable rate were able to get us back on the road. Communication was clear and timely! I have used Terry as my mechanic for years. I am glad to see he has his own shop now. His work has always been performed to the highest standards and he will not shortcut a job. I lost a wiper arm during the snowstorm and was in a pinch to get it replaced in the rain. Terry gave me a quick fix, and then they searched and found a replacement in 24 hours. Good, good people. They have my business.

Super glad I found TDC! I brought in my older car with a tough to repair, but urgent, wheel-bearing problem. Terry did a little research and quoted me a price.Despite terrible weather, special tool requirements, and the bearing being even worse off than we had expected, Terry got the job done for the amount quoted.Look you in the eye, shake your hand, and keep your promises, is an old-fashioned way to do business, but it will keep me coming back and sending in referrals.Service: General repairs & maintenance
