I m a very nervous anxiety ridden lady and Waqas was extremely professional and sweet the entire time he towed me and my car to the auto shop. Highly recommend. Very fast and again made me feel safe! Which is very important to me! 10 out of 10 :)

I wrecked my car back on Jan 6th 2024. She was my baby and I was pretty distraught. Secure Towing Service was very quick to respond to my Triple A request for a tow. I needed to be towed from Yelm, WA to Edmonds, WA so it was quite the haul and it was AFTER midnight. Mario showed up and pushed my car out of the covered parking (it had died) and loaded it onto his truck without complaint. He then drove me and my wrecked car to Edmonds, WA and he was so very personable and helpful that the time just flew by and he helped ease my frustration at wrecking my baby. We arrived in Edmonds at 2 AM and again he was nothing but courteous and friendly through the entire ordeal. I highly recommend Secure Towing Services, and Mario if he is available as he went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant experience. He even let me use his personal phone since mine was not working.

Timothy was an absolute doll and what a pro! Every but of his service was with a smile and light hearted sweet sense of humor. He brightened my day, which I really needed and he is so good at what he does!!! Highly recommend this company and this tow pro.

Waqas with STS helped make a bad depressing day much better. My car broke down and needed a tow. Waqas not only towed my car to the auto shop but gave me a ride home. It was a rainy, cold and foggy day. He even gave me some recommendations on good places to get good Pakistani food in Washington and BC. Totally awesome. Thanks Waqas!!

Daniel showed up to tow my car to the repair shop, he's a great dude. I'm not sure if STS was the only towing available in the entire South Sound because it took almost 4 hours from the call to AAA before he arrived though.

I was headed back to Portland and got a flat tire about 1.5 hours away, late in the evening off the side of the highway. I was not going to be able to make the length of that drive on my little spare tire. Through AAA, Mario from Secure Towing Services came to pick me up. He was willing to make the drive all the way back to Portland and was super efficient + friendly and really turned around my evening and saved the day. Thanks so much!

We used Secure Towing Services through AAA and had a wonderful experience. Our driver, Waqas, towed our car and drove my husband and I from Lacey, WA to Grays Harbor. We would recommend STS and Waqas!

Was referred by AAA, to pick up my car and tow it to the dealer. The man on the phone was rude, disrespectful and had 0 people skills. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This was a referral from AAA there driver got to me and refused to tow me because he said, my truck was to heavy with my work tools in the bed of my truck mostly shovel,s and pitch forks and rakes the most idiotic thing I've ever heard literally probably 200 lbs of items in the bed of my work truck which is a F350 they are sadly the worst company to ever come out to give me service and I've been a member since 1984
