We have stayed at thislocation several times and are never disappointed. The facility is very clean and comfortable, the location is within walking distance to several eateries and easily located from freeway and JBLM. But most importantly ALL the staff exemplify hospitality at its finest! Friendly, efficient and always ready with a kind word, hellos and smiles for their guests. (Pretty area too)Rooms: Very large rooms and well appointed.Safety: Have never felt unsafe here or in surrounding area.Walkability: Close to many restaurants, pubs, ice cream Food & drinks: Good food nearby. Also fast food.

Very reasonable price for a very decent accommodation. Staff are outstanding and professional. The room was clean and comfortable. Internet access is adequate but not great. Outside my rooms window there was an intermittent noise that sounded like something (a loose piece of exterior molding perhaps) was vibrating in the wind against the wall. Not a real issue but odd and somewhat noticeable on occasion. Overall a good stay. Thank you, would come back.Update: the noise was coming from the window itself which was buffeting from the wind. Wedged a creamer packet between it and the slide, problem solved.

Clean and friendly! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The whole place seemed clean, which after we ve stayed in some nasty places. This made us feel comfortable and helped to keep us relaxed. They have a pretty large breakfast setup and seating area. They have good amenities and the hours of those amenities make them easy to use.Rooms: Rooms are clean and comfortable. Plenty of space.Walkability: Definitely a short walk to the downtown area.Food & drinks: Lots of local food options nearby. All within a walkable distance.

Very impressed by this hotel and its staff! From the moment we walked through the door the staff was welcoming and did everything they could to make sure our stay was enjoyable and that we were comfortable! The room was perfect for our big family! We will definitely be back!Rooms: The room was large and very comfortableSafety: The hotel is very secure and in a perfect locationFood & drinks: Breakfast was wonderful!

I stay at this hotel, nearly weekly, for work. The staff is always extremely pleasant and helpful.The rooms are always clean.Check in/out is an easy process.It's near JBLM main gate and is close to lots of amenities!They even offer use of the gym located in the same building as them. (They give guest passes to the gym.)I absolutely love the staff at this place!

Great place to stay for business or pleasure. I have attended many events, seminars, and workshops in their meeting room. It accommodates large groups comfortably with plenty of workable space. There s a pool so it s a fun place for the family to stay.Nearby activities: Restaurants, Nisqually area, great for outdoor activities, historic sites, small businessesWalkability: Near a main strip of food, shopping, and other amenitiesFood & drinks: Lots of food and drink options near by, easy to walk or drive to with family friendly options

I ve stayed multiple times at Liberty Inn, and I will continue to choose this hotel any time I m staying in the area. Chalon and all the rest of the staff are great to work with. The rooms and facilities are clean and well-kept. The staff is caring, friendly and professional, always taking good care of you. And the continental breakfast is tasty. I d recommend you stay!

My wife and I have done at least 10+ events in the conference room at the Best Western Liberty Inn DuPont over the past couple years now.Chalon and her team go the extra mile to make sure that all my needs are met. They do an awesome job setting up, communicating with me, and have the best attitudes while providing a great space for the price.I highly recommend Chalon and the Best Western Liberty Inn for your next meeting space.

I stay here atleast once a month for work. I am a state employee and they always priotize folks using the military/corporate/state employee patrons. I enjoy the staff, they're all amazing and very friendly and welcoming! Thank you so much for a great time!Food & drinks: Great restaurants nearby and in walking distance

I had the wonderful experience of using the conference room services and it was great! The room was quiet, comfortable with adequate space, and set up perfectly with cords, surge bars, and outlets. The staff (Chalon) checked to make sure our needs were met and that the room temperature was appropriate. It was my first experience there. It was excellent and I'll use them again!

This place was perfect! I needed somewhere to rest for the night and it was definitely up to par. We reserved a queen suite to have enough sleeping room for our family of 5. The room itself was beautiful and well kept. The beds were comfy. Plenty of quality pillows. Fireplace.Breakfast was awesome. Selection of hot foods as well as the usual continental breakfast fare.The real shining star of our experience however was the front desk attendant when we checked in, Anna. Anna was smiling and so friendly when we arrived! She did her job efficiently, and answered my questions. After we got to the room, she called up to ask if we needed bedding for the pull out sofa bed, and promptly brought it up. My daughter asked her if they had a charger she could borrow for the night, and she had returned to our door with one in a couple minutes. Truly service at its best. Thank you so much Anna!

One of the best stays we ve ever had! We stayed here for 5 nights and everything was great while we stayed here. Great, friendly staff, clean rooms and facilities and a very comfortable, spacious room. The full breakfast was great and stocked with lots of different options. Would absolutely stay here again and are planning to do so next time we are in the area. Great place to stay with kids. We were pleasantly surprised to find a high chair for our infant in the breakfast area.

I ve been to the Liberty Inn for multiple events. It s clean, cost effective & the staff is super helpful. I recommend this space.Walkability: You can walk to multiple restaurants. It s a great location for talking a walk. I feel safe.Food & drinks: Great restaurants are near.

Rooms were crazy spacious. It was super quiet at night and its connected to condos/apt across the parking lot.They also have free hot breakfast. Waffles, pancakes, meat, potatoes, fruit, oat meal, breakfast cereal, yogurt, eggs, beverages.

We were very happy with our stay here! Staff was extremely helpful, from calling to reserve, helping during our stay, and friendly all throughout. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops within easy walking distance. Rooms were large and very clean - a regular double queen room also included a nice sitting area with two comfy chairs. Bathroom was a bit smaller, with sinks outside the bathroom, but I like that set up. We were there for a karate tournament with a lot of other teens from multiple groups, and the staff planned ahead and ensured there was plenty of breakfast on-hand for that many hungry teens eating at the same time. It's the attention to details that make a stay wonderful! I would gladly stay here again.
