Check the Yelp reviews and beware of the fake google reviews.I was guaranteed by Erik that this would take 3-4 days and be done before a wedding but it took almost 3 weeks. Very unprofessional customer service and poor job, had to go elsewhere to get my Mercedes fixed after.Pictured below on the date of pick up:Dent removal job (Erik assured me that they do this service and it would be easy, small dent)Overspray was on my windows and I was told to just wipe it off.Dip got in between the door handles and made them stuck open/closed.They did not cover my lights when they sprayed over which damaged them.Had not gotten any response after a year since reaching out to this company for repairs. I went elsewhere and got everything fixed, I honestly wouldn t let this company near my car again. I don t mind spending money, but hate wasting it.There were MANY other key issues that I won t mention, but I wish I could've supported this small business as I change the color of my cars regularly.Horrible first plastic dip experience, stick to wraps and professional companies.

I had the pleasure of having my Hummer professionally dipped, and I am thoroughly pleased with the outcome. The change in appearance was remarkable, and I must acknowledge the team for their exceptional craftsmanship. From beginning to end, they conducted themselves with utmost professionalism and expertise, delivering a result that surpassed my expectations. I express my sincerest gratitude to the team for rejuvenating my Hummer's image. I highly recommend their services.

Everyone was great. I called them about getting in asap on a Monday and ey got me in that following Thursday. The did it on the same day because they knew how far I lived from their location. He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of including adding extra touch ups that he didn t have to do. I am extremely happy with the results and will be back in the spring to add a new wrap on my rims!!

If coming for 4 wheels, just do it yourself. They ll use minimal coats and will try to get over on you. Less than 1 month, can already see original wheel.

Very poor quality workmanship. I brought my 2015 Escalade in to get a satin dip and a chrome delete. When I first got my car back all of my trims and grill were covered in orange peel. Over spray everywhere. Inconsistent coats on the body and a bunch of debris in the paint itself as if their paint booth isn t removing the particles out. The top of my hood and roof are tacky from particles stuck in the paint. I spoke with Eric with how dissatisfied I was with their work. He promised he would make things right. He offered additional free work and promise to fix everything. I was feeling uneasy about it but decided to give them a second try only to be let down again. Same shotty work. Spray runs, peeling edges, over spray, missing emblems they never put back on. Not only that but he promised to have my rims painted as a freebie for the mess up. They didn t even spray my rims properly and missed spots. I was told to pay a majority of the invoice and come get my truck even though I wasn t satisfied with their incomplete work or they would have to start charging me storage fees daily. Eric was very disrespectful while texting and talking on the phone while I was trying to work with him on resolving these issues. Basically told me to fix it myself no refund and hung up on me. Never again! don t use these guys!!!

Really hesitant to leave a bad review. I really wanted to like the job done, but it was done very sloppy. Lights were tinted and left with a grainy texture. Paid extra for Rim repair and they only painted over the scratches. Dip only looked good inside a garage or at night. During the day you could notice all the imperfections, and sloppy job. I decided to peel the dip and get another job done and I realized they didn t even wash the car before the dip was applied. I really hope this company turns it around as it is a cheaper alternative to wrapping your car. But extremely expensive for the quality they give. Very disappointed.

First, in 2023 i got my jeep wrapped by them, they left runny spots, over sprey, and they told me they could install my front and rear bumpers no problem. They couldnt install it properly and still charged me full price even though they cpuldnt complete it. Secon, i took it back for the "touch up" and that was a waste of time. I asked if they could paint my bed rack and they did but a few days later it started to fade and they didnt even bother to tighten the bed rack back down to the truck.I scheduled for a service for my 06 rsx this year 2024 and I had to cancel due to personal reasons I asked for refund back of $400 and they stated they don't do refunds back, I then said I'll come pick up my paint and they ignored me. Mind you I didn't sign no contract or anything for the appointment. I don't recommend them at all terrible customer service. They never gave me an estimate or invoce so now they wont give me back my money or the paint the supposedly bought with, so isnt that stealing?Next step is small claims court.

I dropped off my suv for a chrome delete. I dropped it off Monday, they said it would be done Wednesday, it was done Friday at 6pm. You could tell it was still wet when I picked it up. The dip was applied unevenly, the color was off, the edges were terrible and after a month it started to peel. They said they would re-dip, but never returned calls. Look at the photos, terrible

Fantastic customer service, updates and follow up from Erik. He gave me a call as soon as I left a message, gave me quote over the phone for the services I was curious about and then I sent him pics of the paint damage on my vehicle before my appointment so he knew what needed to be done.I highly recommend Dip Experts for any paint damage you may need repaired!

I am extremely happy with the satin black I had these guys do on my wheels. I would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of getting some dip work. A couple other cars were getting full dips and I can say they were also looking great.

Excellent work. Great customer service. Very reasonable pricing. We also received text updates with video and photos on the progress of work. I got the blacked out wheels with the red calipers and it gave my Bronco Sport just the edge I was looking for. We plan to use Dip Experts for a few more projects. Highly recommended!

Do not go here. For starters their customer service is in adequate. Next they will do your car, but there will be many mess ups, and they will do nothing to fix it. Nothing like having a $30,000 car, treated like garbage. Bad bad company

First off I never write a bad review but this one I'm just frustrated. It looks like the old paint is still on there and they just sprayed over it. Like come on would you be proud if you done this work? Good customer service but just bad work.

The place and atmosphere is extremely nice! I got my Elantra 2022 N Line dip in Satin Black was hella dope! The boss will guide you how you protect the dip and the product that they recommended for car wash! The time they dip was really fast, around 2-3 days you will get your car done and they will let you know it s ready to pick up! The store have financing payment which is SnapFinance, you may pay many different ways by monthly or you may pay the full price directly! I recommend to dip your car better than wrap because the cost and it also protect your car paint. Fully recommended you to go for it, excellent service and worth! Sometime they will do a promotion which is pretty nice and worth as well! Just follow their Instagram for update and or the website.

Awesome work. The new guys here are great if you had a bad experience in the past stop by and see how they can help you out. I had some work done in May of this year and the guy who did the (terrible) work is no longer there. The new guy, Nick?, re-dipped all my pieces and the work is 10 times better than before. Plus their customer service is A+.

Great place to get your cars dipped or wrapped. They got great customer service and does excellent quality work. Get yourself a warranty and they'll take care of you asl well. Definitely worth it in my opinion. Keep up the great work guys. Thanks again for the nice matte black color on my Mercedes

I am so happy with the service that I received. The lady was very nice and she helped me a lot. She kept me informed throughout the whole process when I was getting my 2017 Cadillac CTS painted. I think they did a great job on my car. I'm very happy with the quality.

They answered all my questions (I asked a lot) never had a problem with me texting them or calling. Very professional, honest and put in good work and will take care of you and your car if you take care of them as well! Great people and good company I ll be a returning customer for sure!

Excellent HyperDip services. Had the front grill trim, rear chrome trim piece, rear diffuser, and exhaust tips all dipped in gloss black finish on a Chromaflair Gray Cadillac ATS. Stunning results. Will book additional services. Eric did an outstanding job while providing expert advice and guidance. DipExperts is top-notch in every way.

Really bad service, they had my car in the shop for about 3 weeks because they kept messing up. When I got it back there was so many imperfections. I also payed extra for the AUTOFLEX so it could be shiny like a car clear coat and they didn t do it. Half a year hasn t passed yet the dip has already peeled off/lifted in multiple areas. Don t waste your money and time with these guys honestly.

I am super satisfied with the customer service and dip on my car! They got me in right away and gave me a beautiful custom color on my Mercedes GLA 250 and I get so many compliments everywhere I go! It feels like a brand new car. I love dip experts and will definitely be back to try new colors they did such an awesome job and were super quick! They definitely deserve 5 stars. Very friendly and good spirited people that take what they do serious and genuinely want to see the customers happy! Gave me a great deal as well they are the best <3 check them out

I wanted to some custom work done to my car so I decided to give these guys a shot. I couldn t have been more pleased with the final result. The whole experience was great as they were very accommodating to the fact that I drove an hour to their location and fit me in to get my car done the same day. Eric the guy who worked on my vehicle did an amazing job. I could tell by his work ethic and attention to detail that he takes pride in his work. In the end, my car looks great and it was at very fair price. I m really glad I found these guys to be honest, and I ll most definitely be back.

There are many amazing people working here, I've took my car here multiple times and both times the customer service was absolutely outstanding, and so so so so friendly, Eric Rodriguez custom dipped my audi multiple times being very time efficient and professional, if your ready to get your car 500 times more sexy he is definitely your guy
