I walked in the only person in the store and was completely ignored by 3 men behind the counter laughing and talking.. not one of them acknowledged my presence... it took a woman employeeto help me.. .thank you as you got your coat and ladder and changed my wipers even tho I asked you not to.. you know who you are..I was aghast at their disrespectful attitude one of them actually walked past me as I stood at the counter and did not even look at me. Thanks to the WOMAN that ended up helping me. Will not spend my money there ever again. Teach your male employees respectcustomer service. Unacceptable

Took forever to even be acknowledged while waiting in line. Then when someone became available they told me they were going to lunch. Waited even longer, then the manager chose to address a different individual who had just walked in. Had to interrupt asked if they could at least check to see if they had the battery I was looking for, she rudely responded, looked it up, and of course the answer was no. I will never be back.

They would not exchange this gas bottle form A and L compressed gas. Even tho A and L said they were supposed to so it cost me a 2 hour would trip drive for no reason other than they did don't like dealing with this service.

Good counter staff But, most of the shelf items I needed either had a empty spot or required a transfer from the Spokane store. Like I needed dually extension air line only one in store. 1 doesn't help. Same type of issues with many items there. Also not he first time.

Bob from light house imports is here!!!! Cool been in deer park for a week working on the sewer aeration pond. Used napa a few times! Great service here! And BOB

Well I went to Napa, for some all dry clean up oil on the shop floor. They were the only ones that had it out of 3 auto parts stores. It seems like Napa always has the best selection of what a guy needs.

The gentleman at the Napa store in Deer Park could not have been nicer or more helpful. He also had a great sense of humor! Everyone that worked there was like that. If I ever need car parts and happen to be in Deer Park, I won't hesitate to stop there. I highly recommend them!

Almost always have what I need in stock. They give me imediate attention when I come in the door. I get the same attention and service if I am buying something new or making a return. The staff without exception has been helpful and knowledgeable.

I truly love these guys that work here. they are so helpful and so fun. They make getting parts easy and hassle-free they answer all my questions as silly as they are. and they never make me feel unwanted there

Every time I call it placed on hold for 10-15 mins but when I go in the store it s never busy usually someone eating lunch. Go to auto in at least you don t have to wait and be treated like a peasant!

These guys are always so so helpful and never make me feel dumb for all my questions. I appreciate their kindness and professional attitudes and they are my go to car parts store for deer park!

Absolutely rude, unhelpful, inaccurate and arrogant manager AND staff. Waited 25 minutes at the counter and no one came up to help all while there were two employees in the back chatting. Finally left the oil on the counter and left. Will never go to this or any Napa again.

Heather, Chris and the gang are friendly and very experienced. They usually have what I need, but if not, can have it shipped from the main warehouse or another store often by the afternoon or the next day.

Unlike some auto parts places, I get the feeling the employees all know how to hold and use a wrench.And if you get there in the morning they can get most odd parts to the store the same day.

The assistant manager was very rude and unprofessional. Had a bad attitude with no professional skills or customer service skills. She was horrible and I will never shop there again.

This is my go to auto parts store in Deer Park. They do a great job and the staff is knowledgeable about vehicles and that is a huge plus for me.

Well had to buy a new battery for the Mustang before I could take it for a run this spring and Napa was my choice to supply it.
