Stopped here to have a tire inflation checked. I was greeted quickly and told where to park my motor home to be serviced. Anthony was there in less than 3 minutes and accomplished my request in a timely manner. He was knowledgeable and was pleasant to talk with. I was on my way in 15 minutes. I was very satisfied with this company.

Made an appointment for an alignment. They had my car in the shop within 5 min. I was done and headed home within 30 min of my appointment time. Very impressive!!

Today my family got stranded with a flat tire. It's a stressful enough event, but I'm glad we had the tow take us here. There was complimentary coffee and popcorn which after being stranded a few hours was an absolute godsend. There was a TV for while you waited and a vending machine, which my kid took advantage of gladly. We'll be coming here for all of our tire needs for the foreseeable future. Very grateful for the staff, the cleanliness, and accomodations for people like us who were having a really hard day.

Excellent Customer Service!! I loaded my pickup onto my hauling trailer to take it to the shop and noticed one of the tires on my trailer was nearly flat. I was able to air it at the gas station... GOT TO LES SCHWAB and not only were they able to get me in without an appointment, but they repaired my tire, (after finding 2 screws in the tire), in a very reasonable time frame. The greater part of my rough day was LES SCHWAB DID NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE REPAIR!! Thanks Deer Park Les Schwab for making my day much better!!! I appreciate you

This Les Schab is nothing like the ones in Spokane.These guys in deer park go all out for their customers and have gotten me out of a jam twice!Andy is also phenomenal and proficient, some how got me in to fix my front end so I could finish mytrip/ service call in the snow! I made it back safely!Thanks Andy!

Excellent service people! I showed up an hour before they closed on a Friday. I thought I just needed to get some more air pressure in my tire, due to a cold morning and my low tire pressure light coming on. Unexpectedly, I had a screw puncturing my Jeep's driver's side rear tire. The staff was kind enough to fit me in to get my tire patched in that last hour before they closed. I am forever grateful. I will always buy my tires from Les Schwab. I live in the 99217 zip code, but I regularly make the trek to Deer Park location. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. I am always grateful for their services, therefore I will always be a regular customer. Thanks again to the wonderful staff and their assistance tonight.

Passing through the area and was unfortunately in a bad place with our heavy haul boat trailer tires. Caught the crew here just before close and they stayed open with a stack of guys after hours to sort us out with 8 new tires and in 45 min to boot. Saved the day to say the least and got us home

They damaged my husband's nice rim and tire on his truck. Something happened and big scratches were put in them BOTH. They did call and mentioned the rim never mentioning the tire. My husband noticed the tire while looking at the rim. He went right back inside and Jessica came out and noticed the damage to the tire as well and she had even taken pictures. We were told they'd replace both rim and tire for free. Well when we came in the guys knew nothing about the free tire even though she had even ordered a new one. He then tried to charge me for the tire. But he's like but I don't think you want to buy it all the tire damage is cosmetic. I said we were suppose to get that free as you guys damaged it he had no idea what I was talking about. So we DIDN'T receive our free tire that you guys damaged! They just put the damage in the inside so you can't see scratches. Which is not right!

Great service, I've come in every time without an appointment, but they always seem to squeeze people in. Even if they have to stay open late!

Called in the morning and told them I was coming in for a tire repair, I showed up they had friendly & courteous customer service, fixed my tire faster then they said they d be able to, and I told them I had found a nail in my other tire while waiting . So after they fixed the first tire he then took my other tire and fixed it right away, I then went to the front desk and paid a very fair price. Along with finding the next set of rims and tires I wanted to buy which they gave me an estimate on fitted to my exact vehicle free of charge . Great experience .

I have been here several times. The best story is where we bought a set of studded tires and wheels. When we returned they had already put them in the car with the plastic bags around them. We got home and took them out, there were NO WHEELS, just tires. WTH, come on now. Had to go back, and then go back again to pick them up.

Took a loose tire in for a leak repair. 4 1/2 hours later they finally got to it. Choose a different dealership as their service has declined over the past year or so

Had 4 new tires put on my truck today at the Deer Park shop. I can't say enough about the outstanding service I received especially from Jessica. She was courteous, friendly, efficient , organized, and looked like she was helping multiple customers effortlessly. Extremely wonderful customer service skills. I think she could even pull a rabbit from a hat ! She deserves high praise and if possible she should be cloned. Thank you so much!

Came in today while in town. Was due for a tire rotation on a truck I bought. Getting warranty service set up on this truck (has Les Schwab tires) was quick and simple. Had a quick easy request and it was done without questions. Getting close to needing from brakes replaced and was offered a no hassle quote. Was given about an hour wait before my truck could get in, but services were finished just over an hour, so my needs were finished faster than expected. All my questions were answered and felt like a valued customer. This is going to be my new home Les Schwab for about a year and am happy to be a customer for this location.

Got there at 745 , 15 minutes before they opened and there was already a line! Got thru to the counter in about 15 minutes and was greeted by the representative with a smile despite all the people in line he took the time to explain our options in a friendly manner! Another nice customer service thing they did was open early as we were all standing in the snow and cold, thanks for the nice gesture!

Friendly and professional employees explained my options and showed me how to install the tire chains I bought here. It was a great experience and if I end up not needing to use the chains this winter, I can bring them to any Les Schwab store and return them in April. Definitely stop here for friendly and informative service.

Showed up at 12 noon, told them what tires I wanted and that I would wait to have them put on. Four hours later when it was my time to get them installed I was informed that they did not have them in stock.Waisted four hours of my time because they can t keep track of inventory.After ten years of doing business with them I won t be back.

Went in for some tires today. Was ready to purchase some they had online that said in stock. While talking to the ladies at the counter they confirmed they had some in stock but not the exact set i was in for(strike1), no problem what else do you got for my vehicle? So I agreed to go with what they actually had in as we needed tires for our family vehicle for kids sports transportation as winter is right around the corner. The ladies at the counter informed me they had a busy schedule today but would still be able to get tires put on and I could wait for a couple hours in store or leave and they would text or call when they could get the car in. So once again I settled for what they wanted(this is strike 2 in my opinion), which was for me to leave and they would call at their convenience or in a couple of hours as they put it. They confirmed my phone number in the system which was correct. This is all at 9 am I put off plans for the whole day as I kept waiting and waiting for their call/text. Well it s now after 6pm and not even a call to say they couldn t work me in today or anything at all(strike 3). It s like I was never there when I was there at 9 am there were 2 customers inside and maybe 3 bays with vehicles in them not sure what happened to customer service and I m sorry for the inconvenience in your oh so busy day guess I will look for a tire shop that wants my business.

Les Schwab has helped everytime ive need from stuck out in the country with a blow out or just needing air or a new tire prices kinda high what do you expect though 5 star service treats you right everytime

Grew up dedicated to Les Schwab in Spokane..... customer service went downhill. I tried different companies for years with no luck.Deer Park Schwab is now the only place I will go. This crew is amazing and I always walk away happy. Don't waste your time going anywhere else!

People say Les Schwab is more expensive. Buy tires at Walmart and see what happens when you get a flat in the middle of nowhere. I'm happy to pay more knowing my warranty is badass

I came in with a low tire expecting to have a leak fixed...ended up getting emergency brake repairs.. Matt insisted on making time to do it!! YOU GUYS ROCK! Stellar service..thanks so much Matt and team!!

This place sucks so tired of bringing My vehicle here over and over again for them to keep messing up . Money I'm spending ain't worth time they given. Rude customer service . Just very annoyed not coming back and send message to corporate. Got friend in corporate . Good luck to manager who is in charge he definitely will get talking to .

Great place! Even though they have new owners (national chain), the guys in there still make it feel local and are awesome to work with. I took my horse trailer in for bearings and brakes, Nathan was awesome! They got me in the next day and got the job done quickly. Nathan was very helpful and friendly. I will be back in the future

This place does its absolute best to make the customer happy and have repaired my flats quickly and at no cost even when my tire wasn't thiers!! Employees are awesome they are respectful and patient of both dogs and kids!! Can't sat enough about them!! Just had another flat on the same side and this time was told I had to pay 105 as they didn't have the same tire they sold me and of which my warranty covered. Same as 4 weeks ago . But last time it was free . Apparently that 4 week old tire they sold me has only 70 % tread ??!! Hmm... don't feel right to me ! Gotta change me review from 4 weeks ago 4 sure!!
