It is never easy with these people. They are never nice and everything turns into a problem. This visit tops them. Two rude women and they missed a critical error on my first and second visit so now I have to get a hold of the seller again to have them sign a notarized release of interest because they didn't catch the error the first two times; and wont give me a grace period on the 15 days. Future needs of the DMV will be made to Spokane. It makes me sad. We are a small town that is supposed to be able to support one another. Hopefully the owner can fix these problems for residents of Deer Park that have to use them. What does the owner need to fix? Attention to detail and a course in customer service with a smile.

Went in twice for titling, both times the women were rude, clearly didn t want to help. They told us we had to jump through a bunch of hoops (which we actually didn t), and were irritated when we asked questions or for clarification. Worth the drive to the licensing office on North Division, they were polite, professional, and actually wanted to help us. Also no wait there.

We needed a new tittle for my car and sell the same car. With the staff help we were able to summit forms and they did an amazing job. You can tell a nice work environment they have specially now days. They looked presentable. Nice and clean office. Left very happy with all my errands done at that place. Thank you!!

Some seriously dim Karens work here. Three times I've gone in to transfer a title. Every time a different Karen informs me that something is incorrect despite having filled out the title, to the letter, the way the last Karen instructed me to.

Renewing tags for the car. Simple and easy. It took three minutes tops. No line and the women were as pleasant as they always are. We've never had a bad experience with Deer Park Auto Licensing. In this location or the old location.

The woman that "helped" us was extremely rude. We have a complicated issue with a title and instead of apologizing for being unable to help us, she had an attitude and basically said it wasn't her problem. Absolutely no understanding or empathy. She should get a new job where she doesn't have to work with the public.

I have been in twice recently and ended up with the same person who is rude, condescending and obviously doesn t like her job. Even her next is one of irritation which which comes across.

I simply went in to go get my tabs renewed. I walked in and saw a sign saying mask required so I went over to the basket to see if there were masks in there and there were none. Both the ladies behind the counter told me that I needed a mask and told me to look in the basket. I said there isn t any in there and both of them very rudely said well then we re all out you NEED a mask I said I don t have one on me, there isn t any in the back that I can use? They said no we are all out very rudely. So I walked out to my truck hoping to find a mask and luckily I did. I wore it back inside. As soon as I walked in the door she said oh look you found one in a snarky way. I bluntly told the lady that they didn t have to be so rude. She begins explaining to me that it s their policy and that they can get in trouble. I understand some places require a mask, which I had no problem having one on. But the lack of customer service was unacceptable. If I could give this zero stars I would! Very rude customer service!

HORRIBLE service. Not welcoming at all. Andy was unkind and bitter. So much so, that another customer left and said she would rather drive to Spokane than be disrespected by the staff. Honestly, next time I will too.

Had my car tabs mailed by them. Very unexpectedly we had to leave our place due to a member of our household getting covid. We we're lucky to be able to reverse quarantine at another place. During this time my tabs arrived and my family member tried to forward them to my temporary location. They were returned here. No one called me to tell me that. Then after not receiving them for way too long a period I called them. Lady was rude, insisted I come get them and that she can't keep paying postage to have them mailed. Not understanding of our situation at a time like this. Hung up on me after I insisted she mail them again. Needless to say won't be going through this very rude and unprofessional "business" again. Do NOT recommend. How hard is it to DO YOUR JOB and mail an envelope?! Not very. Find a new profession because dealing with people isn't your forte.

I adore these ladies. It s convenient and close my my home and there is never more than 2 people in front of me. They are quick and knowledgeable. I think some people may mistake their efficiency and lack of extra small talk for rudeness. Most people want to get in and out of the DMV and that s what they accomplish. Always a smile for me and always a 100% job.

Are you kidding me! I can't believe anyone that has actually been here could write a bad review. I have been here with very trying and complicated paperwork on more than a few occasions. They are always calm even when I'm not. They walk me through the steps I need to correct whatever issue I'm having. They are always attentive and in good moods. The lines are nonexistent, and I will drive miles out of my way to go here.

I ve always had a pleasant experience here. Ladies laughed and joke with me (even if my jokes sucked). I ve transferred many titles and always renew my tabs here. Last time I came in I was one day passed the transfer limit, while she couldn t do anything about the extra fine, she was very sweet about it. I recommend. Quit whining about them not smiling and enjoy the convience of a being able to liscense in a rural area, without driving to Spokane. BTW, I ve always had terrible service at the one in North Spokane.

I went to get my vehicle licensed yesterday 7/14/22. I called to the office since I was unable to walk in, a young lady named Lisa answered the phone, I told her I was unable to come in , she came out got the payment, processed it and was right out with my new registration. Thank you Lisa for the great service.

This place really has the worst customer service - I wish I could give zero stars. If you have anything other than a simple title transfer then go elsewhere. Even if that s all you have, the people are unfriendly at best and seem bothered by customers. They regularly overcharge (see other comments) and cannot help answer simple questions. I purchased a dirt bike without a title and they pretended as though they had never seen anything like that before and accused me of an underhanded deal until I mentioned the WA State patrol inspection to obtain a title and then magically they knew what to do.Go to Suncrest or the Y - they re faster and friendlier.

Extremely rude staff. Absolute worst customer service I ve experienced in a long time. Very disappointing for our small little town. Worth the drive into Spokane to get actual help and speak to someone that doesn t act like it s an inconvenience!

I give three stars because in the past I've always preferred to go here, even when I lived in Spokane because Its always a quick experience other like the mile long lines in town.Now that I live out here it's the obvious option. But not sure if it will continue to be the obvious option for me anymore.Here's why..Yes, I've always received good service from them. However 2 weeks ago I bought a car for $3000. I went in to liscence it and they wanted nearly $600! I asked "how can this be possible? It doesn't add up?" The gal seemed to be somewhat new to the job considering she asked for someone to check if the did it right. The woman she asked for help barely looked at the computer and snarkly said "yup. That's the right number. It's not cheap to buy a car" which I felt was extremely uncalled for. I'm glad I just flat out didnt have the money or else I would have paid it. I went back today because I had 2 weeks to do it, and finally had the money. I avoided the gal who helped me last time. And the one who helped me this time was very kind and had a good sense of humor. And in the end my amount owed was nearly $200 less than what the other gal insisted was the right amount 2 weeks ago. It was the number I had calculated online and actually made sense. This woman asked me questions about the car that the other girl didnt. Which surely helped calculate the accurate amount for me to pay.Makes me concerned how many other people are paying HUNDREDS of dollars more than they should be paying because they're not calculating it right.Especially in times like this, they should be making SURE its the right amount and not OVER charging people.

I agree with all the folks with low ratings...rude, unfriendly people that absolutely do not want to help you. I live in Deer Park and will make the commute to Spokane where I am treated with respect and no hassles.

The unprofessionalism at the office is beyond bad. It doesn t seem like a job that would make people miserable but these people awful. Such a bummer for a small business to be this way.

Great folks here! They were helpful and friendly and licensed my out-of-state car in about 10 minutes. Super service!!
