I had a broken car door handle, and the only way I could get out of my car was to roll the window down and open from the outside. (Well, I could climb over the passenger side seat, but since my front seats are bucket seats, that s not really an option I want to experience at this point of my life). Deer Park Auto Body was recommended by a friend, so I stopped by and got a very reasonable quote. I went in this morning, anticipating several hours of waiting, and it was done within half an hour or so! Very kind people, excellent service, and it s so nice to be able to exit my vehicle normally! Will definitely be going here from now on.

Had my truck fixed by deerpark body shop at least 4 times they do amazing work but one thing thats odd is my brakes were going out bought new brakes had them install the brakes after a little bit they started making noise called them to report it only to tell me the caliper and rotor were shot so my question is why have me buy breaks then put them on knowing the rotor and caliper were toast?

I took my car to Deer Park Auto Body after an accident and was dealing with a not so nice insurance company. I decided to retain the vehicle and have it repaired even though it was barely above the the value of the vehicle. Jackie worked with me to have my vehicle fixed at a reasonable cost and a reasonable amount of time. They did not charge me any storage fees and even though we were dealing with a lot of confusion from the insurance company. in the end I was very happy with the way my vehicle turned out. Jackie was more than helpful when it came to helping me deal with the insurance and was honest and upfront about repairs and what was going on with the insurance. I will always come back to Deer Park Auto Body when I need repairs as they are the most honest and reputable place I have ever come across! They made dealing with a tough situation a heck of a lot easier and the fact that they were able to fix this vehicle is a miracle! Thank you Deer Park Auto body!

These guys and gals go out of their way to help with whatever they can. I took my broken disability van to them. The slider door would not open far enough for the ramp to come out. We told them what my (very minimal amout) was and they worked with my budget to get me back on the road. THANK YOU SO MUCH DEER PARK AUTO BODY! You guys are the greatest.

This Auto Body Repair shop is one of the best. We have been around Spokane a long time and have used other body shops. Deer Park Auto Body is by far the best we have used. Excellent service from the estimate, to keeping me posted on the progress of the work being done. The finish work was flawless , I was totally impressed. Came to Jim on a short notice to have him weld on traction bars. Not only did he squeeze me in but he did an excellent job, especially when everyone including Deer Park Auto Body was slammed with work during a pandemic. Great work and great people with fair prices.Service: WeldingService: Welding

Remember that an estimate is not the price you will pay when the job is done. The price was 20% higher than their "estimate". Would not recommend.Service: PaintingService: Painting

I have never had the need for a body shop in the 20 years I have lived in Stevens county.... unfortunately hitting a deer changed that.I always take my business to a local place if possible.I was treated excellent!They took care of everything, even contacted my insurance to get the ball rolling.i didn't have to do much.Also their prices are decent.Would highly recommend

What a pleasure it was to work with Jim & Jackie. Showed them my tailgate and 10 minutes later I was out the door with quote in hand. They worked with my insurance company flawlessly and kept in touch with me. After the new tailgate showed up I dropped my truck off in the morning and it was ready by the afternoon! I will certainly use them again but hope I never need to!!
