Above and beyond customer service in the Deer Park location. Jayce saved the day for me. I was broken down and stranded with my son. I purchased the part over the phone and Jayce brought it to me on his lunch break. He wouldn't accept any gas money and I would like to say thank you for the outstanding service. I will always recommend you. When you need some help or service few go above and beyond like Jayce. You have no idea how that helped me. Thank you again!!!

Staff always knows what they're doing. They warrantied a battery they installed and gave me the new parts for free.

Super Fast Service!! Like magic!! We were headed out to Waitts Lake from Spokane to bring our RV home for the winter at 7am on a Saturday. We got a check engine light on our truck about 15 min into our trip. We quickly altered course for help, because we had to stop at this very Auto Zone in the past for a hard to find boat part and knew they were going to be our saving grace again! ETA on Google maps was going to put us at their door about 5 minutes before opening. Turning off the car we settled into our wait. After about 2 min it started to get cold so turning the truck on again, AUTO ZONE had worked their MAGIC!!! No more check engine light!! Thank you guys for the AMAZING service!!

Normally I like auto zone but the deer park location is horrible. Lori, I think she is the store manager, is rude as can be. She is never nice. Just cold and doesn't seem to know much about cars. How she ever got a job at a auto part store or customer service at all is beyond me. Go to NAPA for the best advice and friendly service.

Always have had the best service from these people! Very helpful and courteous. Been going here for a number of years. Even though I do my own work they still put in a new battery for me and took the old one out which is quite nice!

Zero stars actually. DO NOT BUY A BATTERY FROM THESE GUYS. I unfortunately bought two expensive ones recently and one absolutely will not hold a charge after only a month. When I went in to get a replacement on warranty, the guy's first response to me was "well what type of charger are you using" in a skeptical voice. I knew immediately where this was going. I am not sure why the workers at this place would work so hard to avoid warranty replacements, maybe Auto Zone gives them instructions to do-so, or an incentive. Anyways they proceeded to tell me they would test it, but I also had to leave it there to be charged on their charger before they would consider replacing it. I have never heard of this practice before, and I have had many batteries replaced under warranty at other places over the years and they have never said they needed to test it out on their charger first. A good battery tester will tell you if a battery is good without needing to charge it. This is a SCAM, dont fall for it. Go elsewhere. I will never be stepping foot in an Auto-Zone again and will make sure to tell anyone and everyone to never buy their batteries from them.I reached out as they suggested and never got a response. I still make sure to tell everyone to avoid this place all together, go across the street!

It has car parts and accessories. It had parts the others guys didn't but sometimes the other guys have them and these guys don't. It's best to drive around all day checking them all out and comparing prices if they have the parts you need and if not have them call around to everywhere else to see who has them and when they will arrive, repeat this process for every different auto parts store until you eventually give up and drop your car off at a shop where you'll spend 4 times as much and at least 20 times longer which leads you back here searching for parts and doing it yourself.

Super friendly people here, they have a rewards program, they can order the parts if they don't have it in stock, usually same day from spokane, I bought an air filter here recently and had no issues returning it a couple weeks later being as though it was unused.

We went there because my daughter was having problems getting her Tahoe started. The man came out and tested it for her and explained everything. He told her she needed a new battery. There was no pressure from him at all. He was super helpful. It's because of him that we will go there again. This was in Deer Park.

Gave us the wrong oil filter and stranded us at home, vehicle is unusable and we are stranded. I would not bother shopping here again. They don't know what they are doing.

I have gone to Autozone several times since I bought my new Ford. There are a few employees that are very helpful and knowledgeable and I thank them for their great service. But for the others like the gentleman with the red scarf that clearly lacks service skills. Not only did this employee try to tell me what was wrong with my truck without even listening to me but tried to put items in my cart to fix something that was not even broken. I have dealt with this employee a few times and he has always been rude and when handing me the receipt I always say "thank you " but not once has he said anything like "Have a nice day." Which makes the customer feel unappreciated. I have decided to try another auto parts store in town.

Went in today to pickup an exhaust clamp. Reasonably priced. Looked and 4 out of 5 employees were not wearing a mask. 1 was attempting to wear something over his face but barely. One was talking with a couple and they weren't wearing masks but they were allowed to be in the store.This business obviously doesn't care about it's customers. I put the clamp back on the shelf and left. Decided I'd order from Amazon and not risk going in to this business ever again. They don't care about the state mandate or the safety of others, they can live without my money.Also, I price checked their TPMS for my pickup. $55 from AZ but online with Amazon, $30.You make your choice. I making mine.

My engine light had just come on as i was driving from Kentucky to Seattle. I pulled in to the Auto Zone and the staff went right out to diagnose the issue. They were very helpful in getting me back on the road!

They left their store and came out in freezing rain and jumped my car. Others would not bother. I am disabled senior female. Glad I called thm. They checked stuff under the hood. As it turned out, I needed a battery. I will go to them FIRST!

Online purchase required for competitive pricing, but if you sign up for rewards program in store you are unable to create online profile using phone number given in store, so you can't get proper pricing. Also be very careful about part selection, they gave me a cartridge oil filter for my Mustang resulting in extra 39 mile round trip (in another car) before I could finish oil change.

My go to parts store, almost always successful in getting what i need. Quick to order in, and very friendly staff. Always willing to help how they can. May have problems getting older car parts (over ten years) usually because of slowed production of those companys. Stop making vehicles! Haha, Overall a great place to go. Little spendy but the coveinience and support is everything. Thank you all

Don t know the name of the young man, but very helpful!! Came out and looked at our taillights and helped us find the part with ease. Lent us a screwdriver and socket wrench so we could replace it in the parking lot and not get a ticket for driving with a broken taillight. Highly recommend this business for your auto needs. Knowledgeable, professional, and helpful.

Cold and raining not to mention 5 min. Before closing, I stopped by Auto Zone in Deer Park Wa. I asked if they could check for what codes were turning on my "service engine" light. Friendly and accomidating worker did it no problem, no complaints. There were a lot of possible reasons for the code so he gave me a few suggestions THAT WORKED!! I am very grateful for his helpful attitude and excellent service. I'll buy all my Auto needs there from now on!

Friendly, helpful service is something I like to see in establishments such as this and the Deer Park store has just that. Unlike many other auto parts stores, I never feel pressured to get something I'm not sure I need. They give you the options and you choose what it is you walk out with. I will continue to shop here.

The manager Ron is an exceptional manager. He really went out of his way to help me out. (By almost 50 miles out of his way) Great small town service that is always appreciated.

Whenever I'm looking for auto parts I usually go to AutoZone first. This is the location that is the closest to my house. I purchased brakes on this occasion and their prices were better than their competitors in the area. I have not run into too many issues of having to wait for parts. They almost always have what I need in stock. The employees at this location are helpful and professional. I would recommend this location to anyone needing Auto Parts in the Deer Park area.
