It's not fancy but it offers moderately-priced, private, large, shaded, wooded RV spaces along a creek on the outskirts of Dayton, WA (which has its own rustic, antique charm - must see). It has a laundry, lots of free firewood and picnic table at each site; close to many recreational areas and State Parks (that require the Discovery Pass). Thoroughly enjoyed the experience! Check it out!

My sister just moved here and I went to see her a few weeks ago. Cute little spot with a decent yard space for the kids and a fire pit.

Edit to include response to owner: I definitely did stay at your RV park for one night with my husband in our 2016 RPod, especially since I have the records to prove it. If not I would gladly welcome a refund since I have bank records that prove you accepted my check payment. Additionally, why would I know so much about your facility if I was making up a false review? Makes no sense? Are there really people who spend their free time making up fake reviews about RV parks in Dayton WA? Seems like more time should be spent addressing issues at your facility and less time attacking guests who review your park.No bathroom facilities during winter with little information communicating that! We already payed for our one night stay (just an overnight layover while traveling through in our 2016 RPod), when we realized there were NO restrooms at all, not even port-a-potties! They also don t discount even though the facilities are closed. So if you are thinking of staying and have already winterized your trailer don t come here! Or be expected to pay full price regardless and drive to a 24 hour gas station to use the bathroom! Wouldn t stay here again for obvious reasons.

I liked our spot (not muddy as it had rained the night before). Surrounded by trees so calling anyone may be an issue with cell service. It is close to the road so you may hear some of that but not too bad. There is a stream but I didn't get over to see it. There are people who live year round and have gardens. Very helpful friendly people. Managers have just changed hands and I hope they get right on the bathrooms. They need cleaning and possibly in the middle of remodeling or supplies stored there? We had full hookups and wifi so can't complain too much about cost $45 nightly. Enjoy!

Stayed here for a month. Quiet park with long terms and some decent weekend traffic. The new owner is working to rehabilitate the neglected grounds. Good places to walk your dog and not that far from walla walla or Kennewick. I enjoyed my time here and will revisit. Warning..there is only at&t service there. No Verizon when I stayed.

The manager/owner of the place is rude and is an RV slumlord. Bathrooms are filthy and do NOT get cleaned regularly. Camp sites are extremely close together and privacy is almost non existent. The entire place is run down and needs alot of TLC. The ONLY thing that this place has going for it are the prices. They are absolutely affordable...but at any price, no matter how rundown or fancy a place is, it should at least be clean!! Especially in these times of Covid-19.

We are on our second month here and we like this place. Cannot understand why it is not more busy. Yes, we have had ticks, seen snakes, and had a coyote peek out of the brush next to our site. That is the price to pay for living so close to nature. Many campsites are very private with all the vegetation around.

The RV spots are nice and secluded with lots of trees and wild berries. Lots of wildlife pops in to visit, from squirrels and robins, to quail, and occasionally a deer or two. The Touchet river runs behind the park, and is full of trout. Very quiet here. Not a lot of loud people. Everyone seems quite content to just be. Very relaxing.

The camping area is nice and well shaded. It was close to the river for fishing and enjoyable of swimming in the water. Wildlife came through and did a brief visit while prepping breakfast. Quite pleasant. I will most definitely be coming back.

It's kinda run down. The trees are over grown and road is full of pot holes. Hard to drive thru even with awd. Pretty in the late spring and early summer...but the bugs and mosquitoes are horrible there and they dont spray for them at all. Bathrooms were dirty.

I stopped in to check it out. Found a site that is perfect. Private and has roomy grass area by fire pit. Backs to a meadow and short walk to the river. Sound nice? Sorry I rented it thru September. Can't wait to get my trailer there and set up.

It isn't a bad place. It needs work if they are going to adverstise it as a rv park. because it's not a rv park. It's more camping. The down fall is the over grown bushes, trees, and grass. Also there are lots, and i mean lots of ticks. And bugs. So like i said it's camping and to be charged 415 monthly like a rv park it needs to be way nicer and way more set up for those accommodations. River is nice. And overall this is a place to send a weekend not a month to month basis.

Place is in need of some TLC.Most of campers are all year full time residents.Clubhouse is not for the public (it's one of the manager's personal clubhouse).Campgrounds have a laundry and showers faciities that work BUT definitely could definitely use a little facelift. Dryers take $2.00 each load just to dry. This campground is the best one in the immediate area though, which isn't saying much.

Great setting, but not a nice place based on some of those living there. I kept a firearm handy during our overnight stay.

Welcome when I moved in during winter. Told park anywhere. Now told I can only park my older rv in the back. Garbage overflowing. Hypodermic syringe near garbage.Trees crashing down around the park. They are now increasing the rent on me. No one talks to you out here. Very unfriendly people.water frozen when I got here. The clubhouse and washers and dryers are all filthy. Poor management. Terrible pot holes also. Can't wait to get out. I will never return.
