Great place. Safe and secure storage units! Staff is very friendly and kind. Close to Fort Spokane campground. Great place to store your boat and not have to haul it up the grade every time. Highly recommend!

The team at Shadow Storage has been incredible to work with. Hands down some of the friendliest and most professional employees I've dealt with in the area.I heard about these guys through the grape vine and I wish I found them sooner. After hearing about their great customer service I had to go inquire for myself and I was thoroughly impressed. Why would anyone go anywhere else??I'm definitely using these guys for all my boat storage needs - they earned a customer for life today. Highly recommend checking these guys out!!

Shadow Storage is great! I appreciate how convenient and easy it is to drop my boat off at the end of the season. They do all the cleaning, wrapping, and winterizing for a very reasonable rate. They also got the boat ready to go out on the water last spring on schedule and on budget. Everything about this business is top notch. Highly recommended!

First year using them for winterizing, shrink wrapping, and winter storage for my boat. So far so good. They always answer the phones, are helpful, and good people to work with. Would/will recommend.

Located at the top of the hill above fort Spokane on the south side of the Spokane river on state highway 25. They offer both indoor and outdoor storage. They will shrink wrap your item and the fees for storage are reasonable. The yard is big with lots of room to maneuver your boat or trailer.

The crew at Shadow Storage do a fantastic job of covering my boat each. I rest assured knowing that when the weather gets bad, they will be down at the marina checking on their handiwork. They have never let me down.

The new management team is top-notch. They are willing to do whatever is takes to make the self-storage experience extremely personable customer-friendly for all customers. The security is also exceptional and I never have to think twice about the security of my belongings being compromised. This storage facility sets the standard for all others nation-wide. I would recommend this facility to any family member or friend!

This company and its team have been nothing short of great to work with and be around. The owner has a solid reputation is a teacher who takes his time to educate and provide superior service. Any questions I have are always answered with respect and I always leave better educated on the storage process than before. The facility looks amazing, clean, with a level of organization that far exceeds other places I have seen. If there was ever a place to store your stuff, this is the place to do it. I have utilized storage facilities all over this great country, but this place tops them all. The customer service is unbeatable. The management team here truly makes you feel like you re more than just another customer. They genuinely care about making sure you re satisfied, and will do all that they can to ensure that your needs are met. Very easy to work with and the staff is nothing short of incredible.

This place is great. If you are an avid boater you should be renting here. It's close to the lake, so you don't have to haul it a long distance, or out of the way when you are done. Just park it and head home. And in the winter you can get it protected to keep it nice.The management care about offering great service and supporting the community.If you have a boat or r.v., or need storage for household items, rent here!

It was easy to work with the management team to get our needs met for storing our boat. They were informative and transparent about the cost for storage which was great. Also their website is user friendly which is helpful when selecting the right company to give your business too.

The customer service provided at this facility is not only of the highest quality, but their services are exactly what you need for your storage needs. The location is also ideal for those looking for convenience with the nearby lake. Overall outstanding, and no complaints.

The new ownership has made the customer experience so much better! I met with the owner personally and was was glad to hear they re adding more units and offering more services for boats. With these changes, I m comfortable paying extra. One of the best facilities in the area!

My only experiences have been with the previous owners, Flatlander Storage. They were super kind and helpful. Great people.The new owner, Shadow Storage Lake Roosevelt, so far have been ok. They sent out an email asking to do a review. They have lots of awesome plans for improvements, which is exciting. I hope to stick with them through out the process.UPDATE: It's been a a few weeks now with the new owners. I recently got a email from them stating in order to make the necessary updates they have been talking about & keep up with the competition they are giving 30 day notice for a price increase. Which is totally understandable and OK. But! They are doubling the prices. As of right now I have the smallest unit available and am paying $55 , which is super cheap. Now as of next month it will be $110. That's a pretty big increase right away. Kinda disappointing.

The customer service at Shadow is amazing! Their manager, Lacy, was very professional. I love their online service forms for when I want to get my boat winterized and shrink wrapped, it makes everything so easy. 10/10 recommend!

This facility is the best there is in Eastern Washington! You cannot beat the location of it - less than 3 minutes from the boat ramp. It was convenient to book my unit - I was able to pick a unit, enter my card, and sign a lease at the gate on the free wifi. They also take security very seriously. They have a fence with barbed wire at the top and a 24 hour access gate.

I love storing my boat here! Their enclosed units are a great value for the location and convenience they provide - I paid almost $75 more in Spokane for the same size unit. If you use your boat on lake Roosevelt, you can t find a better place!

Couldn t ask for a better experience. Was concerned when I found out that ownership was changing but I was pleasantly surprised. Renewing my unit and scheduling shrink wrapping was a breeze. Highly recommend these guys! Go bills.

Great Place, extremely clean and helpful staff! Was very apprehensive about leaving my household goods behind while I moved cross country. When I returned it had looked as if I just stored it yesterday! Will definitely be using this storage in the future when I return home!

Best storage facility I have ever used. Being in the military I have to move constantly and this is the first storage facility I have used were I left having the bar set at a height that will likely be impossible to surpass by any other storage facility. Thank you to Shadow Storage management for your professionalism in this often times messy and unorganized business. Top notch!

All of the reviews you see are about Flatlander Storage. New ownership Shadow Storage took ownership September 2022. Absolutely none of the reviews are about Shadow Storage. No one could possibly give a review about the new ownership as they just took over. Shadow Storage solicited reviews from all of Flatlander Storage cutomers just days after taking ownership.I sent an email to Shadow Storage after the price increase addressing this issue. As of this date they have refused to even answer my email.Within 30 days of taking ownership Shadow Storage has sent out a notice of price increases. Not just cost of living or inflation increases but an increase of aprox 250%. My cost for my outside uncovered unit went up exactly 2.55 times of what I was paying. That is a raise of 255% not 250%.We will no longer be using this facility as soon as we find another reasonably priced place, because of this unprecedented price increase. Check around and I think you'll find a more modern facility for a comparable price. The proposed improvements are things that Shadow Storage wants! They did not even contact any current Flatlander Storge customer's to ask if these improvements were wanted or even needed.The first rule of customer service is give the customer something they want at a reasonable price. Thank you Gary and Teresa for the many year's of great service at a reasonable price we're all sorry to see you go.
