Napa in Darrington is fantastic. The father and son that work there are amazing they go out of there way to help you. I just spent 20 minutes in there while the owner searched the store for an o ring for me he didn't have it but it's that type of effort that makes it outstanding

Steve and ryan are AMAZING. They always go above and beyond to help. They're great at helping out and even give advice and never talk down to you like you're dumb even if you actually are lol. I'm more than happy to spend an extra couple bucks on parts because they make it an enjoyable trip everytime. Glad to have them in town!Thank you guys!

For a small town this shop is jam packed with everything you need for your vehicle! I was amazed at the variety of parts, accessories and lubricants available.The prices are exceptional also, and far lower thanI thought they would be.

The owner Steve is a great guy and if he doesn't have what you need he can always get it and if you don't know what exactly your looking for he doesn't mind helping you to make sure you get the right part

Steve from Napa has always gone beyond his duty to answer every question to the best of his ability and he always makes sure your getting the right parts for your job. He s always happy to see you and enjoys helping others. To me he s one of the last of his kind, a good ol boy with dignity and pride.. I would rather go through Steve for my parts then any other person or place because your not only getting the right parts but you get the knowledge and experience from a man that genuinely cares about your satisfaction!! I love this store! Steve, and his crew are always very helpful in any situation you may be in. A great place to hangout as you obtain your parts. There are many great locals to conversate with for twisted jokes, stories, or advice on your first time endeavers. Thanks Darrington Napa!!!

Cool little parts store. The owner is really good at what he does and can get ya just about anything ya need and if he's got the time help diagnose your vehicle troubles or help ya with most maintenance issues and direct ya to the right parts ya need. Good return policies as well. It's a couple extra bucks on a few things compared to diem river but with the friendly and helpful service it's worth shopping local.

Great experience every time. Always have what we're looking for, incredibly helpful. Most recently let me borrow obd2 scanner to read some codes and looked the codes up for me afterwards. The store looks messy but the owner knows where everything like the back of his hand so it isn't an issue. Would recommend to anyone looking for auto parts locally. You might pay more for some things but you're supporting a local business, which is important.

Thanks so much to the gentleman that runs this store. He helped me with a broken U-Joint after hours and drove out parts and tools to complete the job on his own time. Thanks again. The people I encountered in Darrington were all so friendly.
