I hired Mike and Kristen to move a shed for me from Wilbur down to lake Roosevelt. My property is down at the bottom of a steep canyon and then up a very steep incline to the top of the property. See the pictures. The Can Do attitude of them is outstanding! Excellent price and even better service. Do not hesitate to give them a try. Keep up the great work at Matchett Towing!!!!

These guys totally saved me. I was stuck in the middle of nowhere with a bad alternator in the middle of the night and my insurance was telling me nobody was available. They gave me a more than reasonable price and got me hooked up and home pretty quickly considering where I was. This isnt the first time they e saved me either. I wouldnt call any other company out in this area

I recently found myself in a sticky situation, quite literally, when my vehicles got stuck in the wet, muddy land I live on. Being off grid, access to town for essentials is essential, so I was desperate for a solution. Naively, I thought my 4-wheel-drive Subaru Forester would be the answer to all my problems. However, I learned the hard way that Subarus are not invincible and I found myself in need of assistance.That's where Mike at Matchett Towing came to my rescue. Mike and Kristen showed up in their big towing rig and pulled me out of the mud. I cannot thank them enough for their timely and professional service. They arrived early in the morning, were great communicators, and showed a level of professionalism that was truly impressive.Since that day, I have been able to get into town and buy food for myself and my animals, thanks to the amazing service provided by Matchett Towing. If you find yourself in a similar predicament, I highly recommend giving Mike a call. You won't be disappointed! You will be back on the road. I don't write too many online reviews. But I felt compelled to tell the world about this great team of people running this service.

Absolutely amazing people, they were quick to tow me when I got stranded in negative weather with my two young toddlers, very friendly and treat you like family! Not alot of people would have done a favor like they did for me, I definitely recommend, will never go through anyone else!

This guy is the real deal!!My car broke down in the middle of the highway. He came by in 10 minutes and got my car and family into a safe location away from highway traffic before he proceeded to the next step. Made me feel safe. Highly recommended!! And knowledgeable.

Amazing service! My car broke down today, called them up, crying and explained where I was He said Don t cry, it will all be alright, we ll be there in 20 mins His main concern was is if I was parked somewhere safely.. They showed up, loaded up and we were on the road back to my home. They were willing to drop the car off anywhere I needed. Price for the service was definitely fair and they were ok with me making a couple payments instead of the whole bill in full which I greatly appreciate!! Once we got my car back home he was more than happy to check my car real quick to see if it might ve just been a loose battery cable and not the actual alternator, it was the alternator, but just the simple fact that he offered his time to check it out was also super awesome! And when all else failed, he gave my other car a jump so I can use it until I can get this one fixed.. They definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was ok and I am extremely appreciative for their services to me today!! Thank You!! I definitely recommend!

The Matchett team helped me out big time Sunday night when my work truck broke down. Quick, responsive and friendly, they worked together efficiently to get my vehicle home. Even though it was late they made a second trip to get my work trailer home safely as well. They even chased off someone trying to steal tools from the trailer!! After having a bad experience with a large local tow company last year, it was great to meet a local business dedicated to really helping people! 5 outta 5 stars!

They had the best deal for towing on a short notice picked it up from the side of the road and stored it and brought out the next day to Spokane. Went above and beyond. I was actually a bit of a difficult client but he was extremely professional. Thank you for your service.

We broke down during a snow storm 40 minutes from Matchett's Towing. They responded immediately, got to us as quickly as possible, then delivered our vehicle to a reliable auto repair shop that they recommended. They even brought another vehicle to carry us to town. All of our interactions with Matchett's were top notch. I couldn't ask for better service.
