Very helpful staff. When I needed snow chains, the service guy made a great recommendation and didn't sell me anything more than what I needed. They install wipers and batteries too, at no charge. A great resource for the automotively-challenged. Scott, the manager is a very helpful and friendly guy. Recommended.

Fantastic service here!I've been coming to this location a lot recently. I'm the fleet mechanic at a nearby landscape company, so I need a lot of parts.The employees are always friendly and knowledgeable.I had an amazing experience there today. The manager called me to let me know they accidentally double charged me for an item I bought yesterday. They refunded me the money over the phone. I hadn't noticed it at the time.This is the first time any business has notified me of something like this.I'm going to keep giving them my business!

Hunter from O Riellys was so incredibly helpful - he went above and beyond, out of his way to help my husband and I when we were having trouble with our car battery. He spend a long time listening to our concerns and offering his help. We are so thankful for his advice, hands-on/can-do attitude, and willingness to help when we were in a pinch!

I stopped by today because my windshield wipers that I bought from another store two weeks ago had broken off. Becky and Travis made sure I was all set with brand new blades and attached them for me. Their customer service was excellent. They were a super bright light! I can t say enough about them. Thank you!

I was in Covington recently for an appointment and stopped by with headlight replacement bulbs purchased at a Seattle O'Reilly's that they could not figure out how to install. The guy in Covington I spoke to, whose name I didn't get, had no problem helping me out and 10 min later I had working headlights. When I offered a tip for his extra effort, he politely turned me down. I really appreciate the service and the help.

I visit here a few times a year, the staff is super friendly and helpful. I ended up buying a battery for my pickup and about a month later my wife's car needed one, so I spent more time there than I usually do. They have a great selection and if they don't have what you are needing they can check their other stores inventory and tell you who has it or have it brought to their store in the next couple days if you want.

Helpful staff. Was able to help me double check the bulbs I needed for my tail lights. They will go out and look at your vehicle with you to help answer any questions you have.

Called O'Reilly in Covington, searching for a master control switch for a 2012 jeep liberty. I received excellent service over the phone. So, I drove to the store and had the part ordered, while I was there I needed wind wiper Blades for my 2018 Cadillac XTS again received excellent service. I purchased the Blades and they put them on for me. I highly recommend Covington O'Reilly for there excellent customer service and knowledge. ( 5 stars from me)

The Manager, Beki and her staff all just go above and beyond the call of duty! She's helped me on more than one occasion and will even stay late to make sure I'm taken care of. Certainly my "go to" store and totally appreciated! Thank you!!

Keith. Is. The. Man.Came in a few minutes before closing with a problem that turned out to be WAY more complicated than expected. Keith not only got me the right parts but he stayed late and helped me install them. Saved me from being stranded and really went the extra mile.Guys like Keith are the reason I'm an O'Reilly loyalist! Will never go anywhere else if I have the option.

Other than the rude customers that decided to go shopping while they were being checked out,which left the workers looking at each other. The one,took the honors to let me go. Which was awesome. After I left the middle eastern man in front of me still wasn't back. Thanks Man!!

I have an O'Reilly's thats closer to me than this store.... As a commercial account, I prefer this store because it's always managed well, and they generally have good help. I've seen some turnover, but the long haulers are the guys/gals that keep me around and in the store daily...Either way, great store.

Came in at noon to order a radiator hose. Was told that they would have it in at 3pm and would call me. They never called. I called and someone told me to try back at 3:30p. I called at 3:30p and was told "we have everything in but your part. Maybe it'll be in Monday?" No way! I need that part that day. I asked to speak with Rebecca who I placed the order in with. She said she would call me at about 5:30p. Still no call back. I called and was told to come in at 8pm. I arrived and still no hose. I waited in the parking lot for 15-20 minutes. 8:20pm my hose came in. I was refunded for all my purchases due to the time and hassle. Clearly communication is lacking between employees (both management and general labor employees). Lying to a customer saying "wont be in till monday", is bad practice. I likely will not shop here unless I absolutely have to.

This was happened a year and a half ago, It all came back when I read one of the bad review from this store. I buy parts from this store, that time they don't have the stock so they order it online. So I paid it and they will call me back once the part arrive and ready for pick up. The day the parts arrive, one associate called me to pickup the part. The only thing I cant forget, when I pick up the parts. The associate can't find the parts, so the manager take over and still can't find it. The worst thing is, the manager seem mad and raising voice at me and insisting it doesn't arrive. I cant forget the manager piercing look. In his perspective, I look like I am lying and asking for the million times if really recieve a call. After 30 minutes he did find the parts. He did apologize but still has the piercing look. Im not sure if he has a bad day or he doesn't like asian that has an unusual english accent. He shouldn't give his customer an attitude, it will only show how incompetent he is. PATIENCE IS A VIRTUE.

I've been extremely impressed with the service I've received at O'Reilly in Covington. Always helpful even when I'm not exactly sure what I need.They've been great with returns. I had a time when I was in the middle of a break job and found the pads I'd bought were messed up. I took another car over to return the pads. They took another set off the shelf, made sure they weren't messed up too, and just handed them over. No waiting for them to do a return or exchange, just on my way without a delay.Just this past week, I pulled into the parking lot as they were looking the front door closing the store. They opened back up and still helped me out.Thanks!

I went in to buy wind shield wipers for my Toyota. The young girl that works there was very helpful and even installed them for me. My husband goes there often and always gets great service. They have military discounts too. Highly recommend !!

Rebecca is one of the most helpful and knowledgeable people I have met in this industry. She personally came out to validate I was buying the appropriate headlight and even made sure they worked before I left. She has ensured that I continue using this location for all other purchases. Thank you :)

Normally I have great service at this store, but today everything I needed was either out of stock or not available. Sad thing is, is that what I needed was basic items for a Powerstroke Diesel which is the most popular motor Ford has ever used. How can they not stock the basics for just a simple oil and fuel filter service? Unacceptable by any means.

Usually very nice helpfully people until I came in today and met there manager byrun bower. He took an hour to find my part that was in the store. Gave me attitude the whole time I was there and then went into the back for 30min and did not say anything to me. And when I asked for sonone els help he came out and treated to kick me out of his store. Would not recomd there service strongly just on his behavior

Had a 0 star experience here.Gavin has 0 customer service skills..I also special ordered parts to this store, recieved an email saying they were in.When I showed up I was told that they have to re order the parts and it will be another 2 days.Why send confirmation messages making me drive to your location if you really don't have my parts?ZERO STARS GO TO AUTOZONE!!

Today after a long back-and-forth drive to multiple O Reilly locations and distribution center we managed to get stuck with the wrong rotors due to an employee error at the distribution center.After being reassured that the correct rotors were going to be delivered to the Covington location in half an hour we provided them an hour to get there and for us to be able to get the right parts. Upon coming into the store we were assisted by the manager Byron Bower Who was very unprofessional not only as a leader but as an individual. He has the worst customer service experience I have ever came across in adjust the automotive industry but all around. I will no longer be coming into the Covington location to purchase any parts. I personally felt as a person of color discriminated against and I provided with any assistance and instead getting a hand placed in front of me and told that It was not his stores problem or his problem and we need to get out. After contacting the district manager Will he has reassured me that he would look into this matter and take care of it. It seems this is not the first time Byron has went out of his way to create negative customer experience. I really do hope something is done about this as all the other employees looked at him as well as other customers as to the type of example of leadership he shows when Ownership or Integrity is called upon.

Trevor, the assistant manager, is the most knowledgeable person at this store. He is also patient and honest. Have had many interactions with him and the rest of the team. Always pleasant experience

These guys are a great pair they didn't make me feel stupid about being a woman working on a car and they had very good remarks and advice to give and they were patient and very helpful and communicative.

I wish I could rate this 0 stars based on my experience. I walked in to use the computer reader and the older gentlemen behind the counter said he was going to help me after the next customer that came in after me but instead kept on helping other customers(about 3-4) that kept on coming in. I waited outside for about 5-10min and then I see another customer come inside and he gets assistance by a female worker to use the computer reader not even 30 seconds after he gets there. I was still waiting outside by my car at that point and got irritated and left.
