We have had the unfortunate luck of having 2 vehicles in body shops this year. We had such amazing service from Caliber Collision that we wished we had taken our first car there. We received regular updates by text, which was super convenient for us. They were professional, efficient and quick. They were able to return our vehicle back to us sooner than they originally estimated. We are very happy with Caliber Collision!

Great work great staff. Have been elsewhere before, never again! Super fast very friendly. Was kept up to date on status changes regularly. Work was completed ahead of schedule. Extremely happy with all that they did. Thank you

My experience with Caliber Collision was great. They did a wonderful job making my car beautiful again. The staff was friendly and efficient. They had my car ready to go a lot sooner than expected. I am very satisfied with their attention to detail and customer service - 10/10 great work!

I took my Hyundai Palisade to Caliber Collision in Covington to have repair work done and they were extremely friendly, did an exceptional job and handled all the insurance paperwork. Highly recommended if you need any body work done on your car. My vehicle is like new again!

Caliber Collision is a top notch shop that is very prompt to your vehicle needs, the only down side I experienced was the help when I walked in the customer service doors, this lady is not the best at customer service and appeared clueless

Caliber collision definitely got my car back to the rhythm of life and earlier then expected.Im highly satisfied with the amazing work they did to make my car look,feel and smells like when I first drove it off the lot at the dealership.Thank you so much to Michael for keeping me updated with the process from start to finish and for Rich taking the time to insure me that im in good hands and definitely followed through with it. You guys are amazing and would definitely recommend everyone to this shop

Best experience I have ever had with a body shop in the South King County area. I will certainly tell my friends and relatives about the quality of their work and the excellent customer service. Jen and the staff and crew at the Covington, WA location deserve a raise!

I happy with the overall service repair of my car. I was always informed the status of the repair during the process. When it was done, I was delighted to see my vehicle looks good like brand new. It was washed and cleaned too! Thank you

I got my car fixed here and they missed a repair which caused water leakage. Worst part is that they re not taking responsibility for their miss and our blaming it on a separate accident I had over two years ago. I never had any problems until they fixed my car. So much for a lifetime warranty these guys our frauds.

I would give a ZERO ....The staff is so rude I walk in the main door , no one at the desk 3 workers there 1 person came to help me .If you are taking my business and funds for a collision that I have been in you should understand the frustration that customers are already in shambles a true shame it's a huge location with sorry workers , and they were all Male had to point that out .... Take your chance if you like would not recommend this location

Great experience dealing with them. I'm currently waiting for the Insurance process to play itself out, but dealing with Caliber has been great. Great Customer Service, very easy and upfront to deal with.

When we walked up to pick up our car and we didn't even recognize it. I mean when we dropped it off it was just all messed up from the damage. Their workmanship was amazing. They did an Amazing detailing service on it. It looks darn near brand new.

I already told them my car model and year, but when I got there, they tell me that they can t fix my car because of it s too new for them, that s ridiculous!

Team is fast, friendly, and kept me up to date the whole time. They were able to get my car into the shop soonest in the area, and then they still got it done a week ahead of schedule! Awesome group and I d go back again (though I pray I don t have to )
