It's a scary proposition being in a remote location and feeling unprepared. My first contact with Albert was very warm, he was easy to talk to and understood my request and questions. He came out to my remote location in Electric City and had my extend-A-stay hooked up in no time, explained everything to me and asked me to call him right away with questions. 10 out of 10 for customer service, his fees are very reasonable. HIGHLY recommend. THANK YOU ALBERT!

-7 and our furnace stopped working. Contacted Elite RV and Albert was able to give me expert advice over the phone. Rare these days to find a professional willing to do that. I will exclusively use ELITE RV for any service or repairs in future. Thank you very much ELITE RV.

Very respectful, found the issue promptly and resolved my electrical issue, I am very pleased with his work ethic and would and will highly recommend this company to other people. He didn't charge me a dime for the work he did, he has blessed me and my family in a huge way because we are in the middle of winter.

Everything was groovy until the smell of rubber on the road. Then came the smoke, where s the fire extinguisher! Thankfully it was only steam.We spent a good amount of time on the side of I-90 in the little bit of shade under the Dotson Overpass. While there I found the problem a thrashed alternator belt. Luckily we got a jump thanks to Alex at George Washington Towing and limped into the The Gorge Amphitheatre.As you can imagine we did completely drain the battery and she was officially toast. But we had a spare belt!! And our new friends at Elite RV Mobile Service & Repair were able to install the belt and brought us a new battery. It wasn t cheap, but after three great days seeing Dave Matthews Band rock out it was so worth it!Our pilgrimage to the desert was a success but we couldn t be happier to have made it back home.

This guy knows his stuff. I had some slide motors die and he did all the footwork with my service company. We only had two days in town and he got it done

We are from Ocean Shores, WA and stayed at Steamboat Rock State Park. The night we arrived (a Friday), we found that our refrigerator light wasn't on and the interior wasn't cooling. We had medication that needed refrigeration, and went to the park rangers first thing in the morning (Saturday). We were told that Albert from Elite RV Mobile Service and Repair had been very helpful to campers in the past and provided us with his phone number. We called him immediately, hoping he was available on the weekend. He answered the phone, and when we told him about the medication/refrigeration issue he didn't hesitate to schedule us in - THE SAME DAY! He was up-front and shared that he would be charging time and a half and that parts and service fees would be an addition. We were so thankful, especially since the next day (Sunday) was Mother's Day! Albert and his wife Amanda showed up later that same day and went straight to work. They were both very pleasant, personable, and caring about our situation. Albert was able to locate the problem, replace the parts, and told us if we continued to have problems to call him and he would come back out. We are pleased to say we had no further problems and are so grateful for the professional assistance and kindness they expressed to us. We would highly recommend them, without hesitation!! I had a question regarding amperage conversion for my travel trailer and all nearby rv services were closed. I called Albert at Elite RV Mobile Service and he was so helpful and informative! He took the time and energy to explain everything I needed to know then repeated it to my husband while he was preparing to go on vacation. So patient, kind and knowledgeable. Thank you Albert!

We were calling emergency services, left messages and Albert was the only one who answered the phone on a Sunday morning, Mother s Day! He told us he could be out at 2pm. He and his wife came out and fixed our air conditioner and our broken pipes and the list goes on! They are knowledgeable, hardworking, detailed, honest and nice people!!! We will definitely recommend them and will be using them in the futureService: Air conditioning

When we arrived in Ephrata our tongue jack broke. We called Elite RV and they were out here fixing it within 30 minutes. They were able to detach my Truck from the Travel Trailer so we could do our vacation activities. They ordered a tongue jack and were out replacing it the next business day. In the mean time my water pump broke. They had a new water pump with them and they fixed it too. I am very happy with their professionalism, speedy response, and kindness. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I recommend using them for any RV repair needs.Service: Electrical

I use my RV each weekend and I was having trouble with my hot water heater! I called and Elite RV came right out ,diagnosed the problem and had me fixed up and back on the road as soon as the parts came in. They were very good about keeping me informed on where the parts were at and when they would be back. A few weeks later I had a leak in my shower with water all over my floor. They came right out again and had be fixed up the same day! I love that they come to me and I don t have to haul my trailer to town and leave it. I would highly recommend Elite RV if you are having any issues!

Great service. Went out of their way to help us. Wasn't sure they'd be able to get us on the road when a tire blew and tore up the underside of our RV and damaged our other tire too, but they did. Ran and got us a second tire and got them both installed quickly once they arrived on scene. They had to cut away damaged wires and sheet metal to do itService: Tires

Thank you so much Elite RV mobile repair for your professional and efficient service!!! While traveling thru the area our water pump went out on our RV. They were quick to return our call, came right out, assessed and fixed our water tank drain valve and our water pump. I definitely would recommend them!

Really happy with his services. Was having an issue with our hot water tank lighting on our fifth wheel. My wife and I are located in Republic, WA and currently snowed in so unable to take trailer to a dealership for repair under warranty(2021 model). I was referred to this business by the dealership out of Omak because we were needing a mobile service. After explaining the situation and everything I had tried myself, they offered to help walk me through some other steps I could try before scheduling an appointment due to how far away we were. We spent almost 2hrs on the phone which is absolutely unheard of when time is money. After running the tests it was narrowed down to a potential bad circuit board.The parts for the circuit board arrived today and that fixed the water heater. We will definitely be using his services in the future if the need arises. I cannot thank him enough for all the help taking the time to figure out our issue! Keep up the good work!

After calling multiple places, Albert was the only one that even called us back. Late on a Sunday evening no less. Apologized for not being able to get back to us sooner and spent over an hour on the phone trying to help us diagnose the problems and solve them ourselves so we didn t have to go to a repair facility and spend needless money. Even offered to come over to the west side and make the repairs when he s here for his anniversary weekend if we don t have it solved by then. Also told us to feel free to call back while making the repairs if we have any questions or concerns about doing it correctly and he d do his best to walk us through it.

My boyfriend and I have had some battery issues with our RV. We live on the west side of Washington.. but have our Rv on the East side. It was a Saturday.. and I called around and got a hold of Albert with Elite Rv mobile.. He was a jewel of information, helping us and talking through our issues. And even called back unsolicited.. because he thought of other potential solutions. Thank you Albert for your expertise. We so much appreciated all you did for us. Highly recommend this company and their services.

Albert and his wife came out to the state park where we were camped with our RV to fix a water leak behind our shower. Very nice couple to work with. He fixed the leak in no time and we had water! Great service.

We pulled into Lake Chelan campground and the stairs were stuck in the open position. Al diagnosed the problem as a defective motor then ordered & replaced the replacement motor which required modifications to fit. All was good.

Great experience and highly recommended. We had a water line that was leaking and they were at our campsite in under an hour to fix the issue. They also showed up the next day to provide an invoice so I can get reimbursed.

Albert and Amanda did a great job with my motorhome. They found a wiring issue, fixed the problem and had me and my family back up and running. These guys came to our house and saved us time and money by me not having to go out of town to a repair shop. Albert is very knowledgeable.We plugged a RV trailer into a 220 that was marked a 110 from the time he jump out of the truck he new where to start and never let up until all circuits where up and running.Pleasure to work with and his wife Amanda working by his side .Great service , great price .Highly recommended

We had a water leak in our trailer at steamboat rock and some part broke off when trying to hook up to the sewer. We called all the repair people that were listed and they were the only ones who responded. He s very knowledgeable had to drive to Wenetchee to get the part the next day showed up late to fix it after a very long day for him and his wife. They saved our vacation we recommended them for sure . They are funny to watch together very entertaining.

Albert spent about an hour diagnosing my A/C, said compressor was bad and was unable to fix it.Charged me over $650: $200 service fee, plus $200 an hour with a 2 hour minimum, plus tax.We met him at a place of his choosing so it wasn't like he drove a long way to see us.This is my answer to the owners response below:We DID NOT pre-discuss the fees, if I had known you were going to charge what you did I would not have agreed to it. I trusted you: which was my mistake.Yes it was a hot day, are you saying you base your rates on the ambient temperature?We were in the area, Coulee City, for three more days, and would have had you complete the work if all it needed was parts. But when you called us on Monday you said that you felt the A/C was not repairable and it needed a whole new unit and there was a wait time of at least a month, so you could not have completed the repair on Monday as you state.Service: Air conditioning

Replaced our furnace. Worked for a week. Had another appt they never showed up when it quit working. Then I find out from police they are huge scammers. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!! Now we are stuck with no heat and due to their work we also have zero lights in bathroom, bedroom and shower! Karma will come for you! There's a lot of people who are dissatisfied with your shawdy work and are looking for you!!

Albert and his partner are courteous and friendly, and Albert appears to be knowledgeable. But, alas, he spent 30 minutes attempting to repair a dometic rv refer. Repair did not work. Charged $460. He later called and said a part was needed. But part was not available.Two neighboring campers at Steamboat Park asked him to do small repairs. Perhaps 30 minutes of work on water leaks. They paid $460-500 @. They were not very happy.So...nice folks, but sketchy repairs for beaucoup money.Service: Electrical

Albert from Elite RV arrived on time and assessed my AC unit that had stopped working. It was 15 years old, the bearings were going out, and it was caked with dirt dust and debris. Albert recommended replacing the unit and I agreed. He ordered a new AC Unit for us and installed it when it arrived 4 days later. He was pleasant and easy to work with. I was very satisfied with the experience.

We needed furnace/heater repair in Moses Lake, Called Elite. The owner was on vacation in California, yet he helped with multiple calls to diagnose problem and referred me in the right direction to get the help i desperately needed. He went above and beyond, interrupting his vacation to put our needs first! He was great! So grateful! He serves central Washington, large area, and I strongly recommend!!
