Jim and his wife provided amazing customer service when my car broke down in Cougar, WA an hour away from home. I thought I was in for an all day event waiting for a tow truck to arrive and getting it be where it could be fixed. Instead, Jim arrived within a short amount of time with a smile on his face. He quickly assessed that it needed to be towed and he could take it back to his shop to see what was wrong. There is little to no cell service in the area, so Jim found me in a local restaurant within an hour and delivered the quote to me. He said he would see if he could find the part needed to fix it and if so it would be ready the next day. We were camping close by so this was the best case scenario. Later that afternoon he communicated that he found the part and it would be ready the next day at the latest. Around dinner time, his wife showed up at our campsite (again no cell service) and said my car was ready to go. Amazing! She drove me back to the shop to pick up the car. Jim had told me I may need a few other things done while he had the car disassembled. But he found that those things were still in good shape and didn't need replaced. I appreciated his honesty, fair pricing, knowledge, great communication and top-notch customer service. If you have towing needs in this area, you will not be disappointed calling Towing Elite! It's great to find a business that truly enjoys what they do and wants to provide the best for their customers. I give them my highest recommendation!

Jim and his awesome wife were lifesavers, we would have been totally losed without their belp. Extremely kind, efficient and qualified. We would not hesitate to use them again, 5 stars isn't enough for all they did for us!!! God Bless you Jim and your beautiful family.

I got my 4Runner stuck in the snow in a very difficult spot to pull it out from on Christmas Eve. I called Towing Elite to see if they could help me out and let me tell you Jim and Alissa are the friendliest people ever and saved my entire day by coming out there. There is nothing they can t do, and despite the weather and circumstances they got my truck out without a problem. They were a blessing to me that day and I highly recommend giving them a call if you are in need of their services. You will not regret it. Thank you so much Jim and Alissa! My car overheated and I took my car to Jim after talking to Cougar country store. Jim was very professional and conducted thorough diagnosis to understand what is wrong. Even though it was after hours, Jim conducted at least 3 tests to conclude that the water pump was broken. He then ordered the parts that were only available in a nearby town 30m away. Jim then took us to a nearby lone pine resort to help us figure out accommodations for the night.Jim said that the car will be ready by 4pm, since the part would not arrive in the store until noon. In order to save time, he opened the car in the morning so he can get to the water pump before he picked it up and picked up the part installed it and had the car ready by 2pm!Excellent service, very professional and punctual!If you re reading this, thank you very much Jim!

Jim, owner of Towing Elite and his family showed up to save our Sunday Funday on Lake Merwin! Our boat trailer lost a bearing on the way to the lake. After a recommendation from AAA and a local boater Jim showed up within 20 min. He suggested we launch the boat have a great day. He took care of the rest!I can t recommend this business enough! I was broke down along side of the road and Jim saw I was in bad shape, one of my trailer tires was toast. He was able to make the repairs in no time and really knows his stuff he checked the barrings and brakes as well. He really came through for us. Thanks Jim!
