I was needing a tow truck and went through my insurance, after waiting 6+ hours I made my insurance cancel the request and pick a different company. They then provided me a truck from Cascades Towing. Jason called right away letting me know he got the request and how far out he was! Jason kept me up to date when he was 10 minutes out, picked up my truck and met me at the shop within 45 minutes. He was a rockstar! He was extremely kind and patient considering I had my two kids with me. I d love to say I will use them again but hopefully I don t have to! I ll recommend to anyone I know who needs a fast, kind, and efficient tow!

Terry is so easy to work with. He rescued my broken down van and brought it home safe in a very timely mannor, after my insurance couldn't get anyone to go get it for 24 hours. This guy knows Washington like the back of his hand, knew exactly where my van was after a short explanation. Also very knowledgeable about what info insurance will need to get properly refunded. Cascades Towing is the only company I'll use. Thanks Terry, youre the man.

They were quick, compassionate, friendly, and accommodating. Terry showed up quickly, was careful with our vehicle, and it arrived back at the dealership with no damage at all. Highly recommend these guys.

After waiting three hours for another towing company to show up, which they never did come. Cascade Towing was called and Jason arrived shortly after the call. He was professional and very helpful putting in my new battery. I was on my way within a very short period of time. Locked myself out of my truck and thought for sure I d be waiting all day for a locksmith to come upriver! Nope! Cascade towing was here in less then a 40min! Very nice man it was simple and done in seconds! 4 stars!

Driver was rude and completely unprofessional. Cursing and saying profanity because he was upset. Lied about arrival time, was way later then what he said he would be. Driver was older guy, bearded and completely unprofessional looking. Would give a zero star if I could. Everyone should look elsewhere for tows.

THIS MAN (Terry L HOBBS) the owner IS UNPROFESSIONAL! He was witholding my car from the autobody that he was told to deliver to. He was disrespectful and cussed and called me names, and the insurance, and autobody . He said I had no right to call him about my car! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE MAN!Would NEVER use this towing company again.Service: Car towing

Terry made a miserable situation a little brighter. Though a little rough around the edges to start, he quickly proved to be a big ole softy. He offered very important and useful suggestions for my subsequent interactions with the auto shop and my insurance carrier. He is no nonsense and to the point, but his subtle compassion goes a long way. If you're stuck on a North Cascades forest road, Terry will be there. Because there's literally no one else!

Terry is the man! We got stranded in a rental car in North Cascades NP and Terry came to our rescue. He was super kind and even helped us load/unload our luggage. Whoever picked up the phone was wildly rude, condescending, and almost seemed angry we tried to give him business. The employees who came to pick up the car were much kinder but I cannot recommend based on this experience.

Picked up my partner and our car from the North Cascades and towed them all the way home (a long way). Customer service could have been friendlier; he was a little short on the phone and didn't ask for or provide a lot of information. The driver gave my husband a hard time about dragging him out to the mountains so late--as if we were thrilled about it either. The worst part of the experience, by far, was that the driver used racial slurs--and tried to engage my husband in a conversation about racial slurs--while they were stuck in the truck together. Completely not OK. Ultimately, they got the job done and we were grateful to be home. But it wouldn't be our first choice for towing in the future.

Great towing company Casey has allot of experience. You get stuck in the off road, deep in the bush, and you get stuck, in a hole, in the mud Casey can save your day..

My heroes!! I was stuck on the mountain with no service and TWO flats but Terry and Cascades Towing came to the rescue! He was extremely helpful and helped me feel safe and like it would all work out (which it did!) when I was a maniac! I hope I don t need to get towed off a mountain in the middle of nowhere seemingly again, but if I do, I know who to call!

Had an amazing experience with this company several years ago, got locked out of my truck while at a camping festival. My tools and food/water were all stuck inside, and they showed up very promptly.It was a bit of a struggle to pop the door but they did so with no damage. Customer service was very personable and friendly. Would reccomend!Service: Car lockouts

The owner, Terry, had horrible customer service! First off, he gave his worker the wrong address, leaving us stranded for 2 1/2 hours when we were in the next town over. Second, when we called him to get an update on where the tow truck was located and how much longer it would be he said we couldn t ask him those questions and needed to just be patient. He claimed there was nothing else he could do. When the tow truck finally got to us, he had taken the card reader out of it so our driver had to make a stop and wait for someone to bring it to him. Not very professional for a business owner . Our driver Eric was very friendly however, and we understood that the delay was not in fact his fault.

Great professional and honest service. The owner/operator was amazing with my young kids and wife. He also showed up on time as promised. No drama, no issues with billing. In fact he cut me a break due to my situation, greatly appreciated! Don't hesitate to reach out to Cascade Towing.

Car broke down and was stuck on the other side of North Cascades Pass about 26 miles outside of Winthrop. Gave these guys a call and they drove from Concrete to tow my car back to Burlington. The guy was extremely professional and got there quick! These guys are quick, reliable and know what they're doing.

The property we are buying came with an old Ranger and the previous owner gave me the title so we could get rid of it. I contacted a local guy who lives nearby who likes to brag about his hoarding and scrapping vehicles. After weeks of dealing with his lack of communication, not showing up, then getting totally ghosted with no word or response, I'm frustrated. So, John is at work and runs into Terry from Cascade Towing, who is in the process of towing a vehicle for someone else. Trying to keep this short, an hour later, the Ranger is NOT in my driveway. Needless to say, it took Terry less than an hour to accomplish what the other guy couldn't accomplish in 2 week. Thank you to Terry at Cascades Towing!! He knows what he's doing and gets it done.

The guy came a half hour to 20 minutes early. He had to take my husband up the mountain with him because the car was stuck in a place without cell service. He was polite and professional and we would 100% use his services again.Service: Car towingService: Car towing

With a wheel off and trying to correct a minor brake issue I managed to roll the car off my jack..Called Cascade Towing, they showed up exactly when promised and jacked up my car, had the tools to repair my brake, fixed the brake, and got me on my way for a very, very reasonable price.I d highly recommend them if you need help in the east valley give this outfit a call.

Shockingly rude and unprofessional. We were recommended to him because he lived about 5 minutes from where a vehicle of ours had gone off the road. It took him about 10-15 minutes to winch him out and then handed us a bill for $408. I called later to dispute the bill and he started raising his voice at me and said "That's the price, if your guy didn't want it he could have denied the services." Well not sure how that is possible when we get the bill AFTER it's already winched out. He also claimed it took 1 1/2 hours from start to finish, but his "office" is 9 minutes away.

Terry, from Cascades Towing, recently helped me with a difficult tire change along the Mountain Loop Highway. His service was very professional and friendly. He made some great suggestions for how I could do a difficult tire change like this myself. Cascades Towing will go into areas that many other tow companies won t. I have the feeling that if anyone can get you out of a difficult jam in the North Cascades, it will be Terry. Use them with utmost confidence!

Excellent! Couldn't have got better. Great service, friendly, safe! Only one we could get to tow our 34 foot Motor home safely from Burlington to Smokey Point. Others didn't have big enough tricks to tow us.I highly recommend Cascades Towing!

Teri(spelling) was an awesome driver. Easy to talk to for a 4 hour ride. I will try and use Cascades Towing whenever I am unfortunate enough to break down. Give these guys a call, best customer service in a towing company.

If you are stuck, and I mean REALLY stuck, these are the folks to call. I had to have a recovery tow from the side of a mountain. Cascades towing was the only ones who would bring a truck out to the literal middle of nowhere, cut their way through the trees that blocked our path, pull my car out of a serious jam, and make sure I was safe and able to get home. He even brought me my bag of stuff that I forgot in his rig over a week later! I would recommend Cascades Towing day or night for a recovery or a tow. OUTSTANDING folks and I will never be able to thank them enough!

I made the call, the price quote was reasonable so I arranged to have our truck towed home (from the side of a road in the next town.) From the time of the call to the truck sitting in our driveway was less than an hour. I'm impressed with the quick response and service for a very reasonable price.
