My son and I were traveling from Kennewick to Lake Pend Oreille for a few days of fishing over the Thanksgiving break. We stopped at a check station and realized we had a shattered windshield on the boat. Glass pieces everywhere and no clue what we were going to do because everyone we called was closing early because it was the Thanksgiving Eve. We contacted Hewescraft and had them get a windshield ready for us to pick up and then contacted Parker glass. The owner ( I can't remember his name) had already let his staff go home for the holiday weekend, but he was willing to wait for us (we were 3 hours away) he then called us back a while later asking if we would like him to pick up the glass for us so we didn't need to make two stops. AMAZING!!! When we arrived at Parkers place, he had the shop vac outside, ready to suck up all the glass pieces. My son cleaned up while he installed the glass, and we were on our way!!! God bless this man and his great business!!! Highly recommend Parker glass for all your needs!!!Thank you from Aaron and Caleb!!!We did catch a bunch of really nice fish

I had a chip on my windshield stopped by & they fixed it on the spot. My truck was being shipped from Alaska & had a cracked windshield. I ordered a new windshield & scheduled the swap out when it arrived. I also made arrangements to get my windows tinted at the same time as my windshield swap out. Both services were amazing, quick, & excellent customer service.Services: Auto windshield repair, Installation, Auto windshield replacement

Very helpful and nice! Did a great job on my new windshield. Got a rock a week later but my insurance didn't cover it. They cleaned up the chip anyway and I was out of there in 10 minutes with no appointment. I will definitely be going to them for any future glass!

Had new windshield installed to my Toyota pickup.Price great, service excellent and all employees professional, knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and gave me special patches to use for future chip mishaps.Definitely an honest and ethical business with wonderful staff.

What an excellent experience, start to finish, flawless. I went to Colville Glass first but with a delay in meeting my needs my husband recommended Parker's Glass. I stopped at Parker' Glass and they immediately met my needs beyond expectation! They got my insurance on the line and my insurance gave them a high rating. Expected time went from maybe 30- 45 minutes maybe before or after lunch to 15-20 minutes now! Walked next door to shop and it was ready before my return 15 minutes later. Kind professional knowledgeable!

Had this shop tint the front windows on both of my vehicles. They did a great job. At $50/window, the price is great as well. Will come here again with any glass related concerns.

Had a tech come to my body shopand helped install a windshield in a 56 Ford custom pick-up...also replaced a door glass on the drivers door...glass was cut and fitted perfectly...would I use Parker glass again...you bet...first class guys...Thank you...

Went to Parkers Glass for an appt at 2. Got there 10 minutes early. They were STILL working on another vehicle. It took until 2:40 before my jeep was pulled in. Then 10 minutes later a lady walks in says she has an appt at 3 for a chip repair. So what does he do, the technician , stops working on my jeep to repair the chip!! I was floored! So needless to say, if your in a hurry, dont go there unless a chip repair! Ridiculous!Service: Auto windshield replacement

I stopped in real quick to have a chip looked at and get an estimate for repair. After looking the very nice gentleman said if you have 15 minutes I'll fix it right now. I asked him how much im looking at because my deductible for insurance was too high so i would be paying out of pocket. He said itll only take him a minute so no cost. Such a kind thing to do. Will definitely return with future business and tell others about it. Thank you so much!

I wish they had a way to express less then 1, cuz that's what they deserve!! I took my car, 05 Volvo, to them to have a small chip repaired, and when I went to pick up my car, the winshiel was broken!! And all the guy said was that he would give me discount and replace my windshield for $280... I could not believe it...they said they were not liable and refused to pay for it...

Had an appointment in the next town and wouldn't you know it, a truck went by us and threw 2 rocks, so we got that fixed while we went to the appointment and I shopped at Wal-Mart It a good place to shop too.
