They had what we needed in stock and at a decent price. I've never experienced a long wait time or bad customer service. Employees are friendly.

Workers always standing around talking to each other. You have to wait till the workers are doe with there personal conversation before they will ask you if you need help. Horrible customer service. I was only person in the store and it took 10 - 15 minutes to be asked if I needed help. At that point I gave the guy a shot behind the counter. But couldn't for the life of me buy the part I was just to upset inside. I didn't show it to the employee, I just said thanks.and walked out and went to autozone. And I like oriellys. But that day they lost my business.

This store is the go to place if you have automobile parts questions. They offer a very lucrative rewards program as well. If you are military active or retired they give a 10 % discount. They seem to care aboit every one who walks in the store. Today i got $55.00 free merchandise from the rewards program. Check em out. You will be a new customer.

All the parts I don't buy from Toyota for my Sequoia my family buys from O'Reilly's. All of our Toyota parts stay genuine. But we buy all parts for five other cars here. The staff is very helpful and friendly! The products that they carry have always worked without problems. Anything I have ever needed help with the staff has done their very best to help me solve. Great place!

From what I can tell the staff is helpful. The employee that helped my wife was a bit cocky. He questioned her choice in vehicle but seemed like a nice guy. All they need to do is work on basic customer service and it will be a great place to shop.

Comparable prices, most of the time they're stocked or available the very next day.. it would be nice to see them smile more often, like the good old days.. especially when they see my ugly face.. lollllll

Honestly this store used to be good. Worst experience I have ever had. Rude staff! Was waiting for help to check an alternator they said they couldn't get to it yet and said I had to wait for more staff to come before I could get any help due to them being busy . Mean while while i was waiting they helped 2 people test a battery and another person was helped with a test on their car mind you all three people were after me . Very rude and never again will I give them my money for any part! They don't even deserve 1 star . Don't know what happened to this store used to be so friendly and helpful.

Saved my butt when my "t" broke on my van. I was up Sheep Creek and overheated. Had to drive over 2 hours. Thanks guys

Huge thank you to Ethan and Dustin from the Colville, Washington O Reilly s store. They helping me find the right bulbs for my head lights. Ethan even went outside and put them in for me so I wouldn t be driving in the dark with no lights.Thank you so much from Redmond, Oregon

Fast friendly and helpful. Employees have good knowledge of the parts they sell. Always helping in many ways. Like looking at your vehicle to make sure you get the right part. Only suggest those things you need extra if really needed, not just to sell you another part.

Received parts overnight, good, had requested a tool , they sold it before my arrival. Caused a 24 hour delay and an extra 60 miles of driving. Be sure that they really put your name on whatever you buy. Dealt with multiple people only 2 that I would call qualified parts personal.

Called multiple times about ordering a brake rotor because one of mine is cracked and i needed my car for work the next day. Josh Schaller took the call, we ordered the part and he said it would be in next day. turns out he didn't even put the info into the computer to order. not very impressed

It's an auto parts store, they are all pretty much the same but I rate O'Reillys poorly because they took away free shipping to the store. It's like they are trying to drive business to Autozone or Advanced auto, also that is one of the biggest incentives to buy in store rather than online also. That's fine I'll use another parts store from now on.

Decided to stop by to get a quick product on my way to work. I was the only customer, and there were two employees that I saw. I stood there unacknowledged for about 5 minutes then set the product on the counter, said Thank you, and walked out. Ever heard of customer service?!

This place is the best! The employees are always super helpful and polite, especially the manager and he is a vehicle expert.

Not willing to help me find the winning lottery numbers but asked me if I had found everything ok ...well no I didn't find any with there assistants .. but they had the winning part numbers and the wont have any flux capasaders in stock and have been on back order since 1985 so I'll check back in the future ,was told to check out west on a dock .

Has a friendly staff. 2 out of the 10 times I had to wait in line for over 5 minutes but understandable regarding customer needs. Clean and well organized.

I'd rather go here than the other 4 auto parts store in town. The people who work here can understand what mechanical malfunctions I have going on with the "thingamobob" and "doohicky" language barrier. Much easier to deal with.

I always go to O'Reillys for parts for my car. But today one of the guys went above and beyond to help me today. I don't know his name but he helped me fix my shifter in my car so I can drive in all gears not just a few. I went in to pick up a part that they ordered for me. It was the wrong part, but this guy looked at my car and fixed it for me with parts in the store for me and saved me a lot of money. God Bless this Man. And thank you O'REILLYS for always going above and beyond for me. I love you guys!

I used to go to Napa but not anymore....O'Reillys is the only way to go trust me. They rented me a ball joint press and it ends up bein free as long as you return it on time!

O'Reilly's is where I go for anything car related. They always understand what I need and great customer service. If they dont have what I need they will have it the next morning.

The staff knows there stuff. My impression is that the staff is well equipped to help make auto decisions and make the best decision possible for your needs.
