I lost a fuel pump out of an LS Swapped CJ7 five hours from home. I dread going to auto parts stores knowing that most of the time they are going to look at me with a blank stare as I try to explain to them parts and pieces that did not come off the factory floor and will not show on their computer screens. Generally speaking I have much better luck with NAPA when it comes to getting the correct parts for this application.I got to the store right as it opened and was out the door with the correct parts within 10 minutes. The counter guy knew exactly what I needed and had me matched up perfect!Friendly service and knowledgeable staff.

Not a single employee was wearing a mask or respecting the 6 foot rule near customers. They proceeded to grin at me as if I was dumb for wearing a mask. I will not be going back even after the pandemic is over, due to the disrespectful attitude that was displayed.

Not very nice people. Hard to talk to. Suck at helping you out. O Reilly s has outstanding customer service which Napa cannot match. Napa has great products but if my product I need is also at O Reilles I ll go there.

Terrible experience they have a girl there 600 pounds and just as miserable as she could possibly be she was really rude terse terse had a mean look on her face Snoddy answers to my questions irritated for whatever reason H*** will freeze over before I ever spend another time at that store that's for sure

A standard napa auto parts store. Nothing really unique that makes this store standout among any others. The employees have always been friendly and helpful when requested.

Part I ordered was not in stock, special order and it would take up to a month to get it. Nope... ordered it myself online and got the part in 3 days!!!

O'Reilly's is great if you want to pay $8+ for a low quality socket.AutoZone is great if you want weird political discussions and zero assistance.NAPA is where you go if you need to fix the car with quality parts and tools.

I called and the guy said he had never heard of a uniball ball joint or offset spacers. When autozone knows more than napa thats a problem
