Andrew makes it easy to get the tractor you need. I have been wanting to get one from him for a few years now and even though it took a while for me to pull the trigger he was always there to answer my questions. His shop and crew are always clean and courteous. I am loving my mew 48 hp tractor with rear box blade that I got from him. Great quality products.

Andrew and JJ Riggs are the best !! He is 2 hours from me but super willing to help after a VERY bad experience with a local dealer while trying to buy parts. I recently bought a used Branson 4520C in Oregon which needed some work. I found out real quick a lot of dealers do not want to help if you did not buy the machine from them. VERY frustrating. Andrew was able to get me the radiator and fuel sending unit for my tractor at huge savings compared to other quotes I had gotten- plus have it shipped straight to my house saving me 4 hours of driving. So when I needed a new box scraper I made the drive to JJ Riggs and bought an awesome new IronCraft 6' wide model at a great price. Andrew also went above and beyond helping me get a new axle seal to replace my leaking one. Top notch customer service and friendly staff make JJ Riggs a great place to do business and 100% worth the drive !!

We purchased our tractor from JJ Riggs. From the very beginning their team was there to answer questions and help support us. Andrew even would make videos to help us know how to use our tractor when we were struggling with different aspects of the it so many miles away. I will recommend JJ Riggs over and over.

Had a series of unfortunate events with our first purchase and Andrew (et al.) advocated for us throughout the whole endeavor. He lost a lot of money himself through the process but he never let us down. Incredible team to work with and we will continue to use them for all our tractor needs. The team of competent, kind, and helpful employees is remarkable! Honorable men every step of the way. Andrew, Doug, and Zack went above and beyond my expectations with the help they gave me.I don t typically leave reviews, but after spending yesterday using my Yanmar tractor I knew it was time.I hope this helps you decide to use this company. I cannot recommend them enough.

Honesty and Integrity is not part of their business! Put a deposit on a used plow. Got a call while heading to go get it and was told that it was offered to someone else at the same time that was heading there but the other person didn t make a deposit. Was told that if the other person decided not to buy it they would then honor my deposit and sell it to me. Was also told they had other plows they could sell me that may be less money if the other person did buy the plow. The other person bought the plow and then they offered to sell me another plow for double the money. Or they said I could buy a new one. He did kindly refund my deposit and said sorry about it! If you can t stand behind your statements then what good is your reputation?

We recently purchased a new Branson with a bucket and a backhoe attachment. It works great! The staff was very helpful and it was so fast obtaining financing. We will be doing business again in the near future.

This place has always been good to work with, and very reasonable prices. I just got off the phone with him and he was talking me through a diagnostic rather than making me bring my tractor in. One of many reasons I will drive 2 hours to do business with him over some of the other places!
