I always have a good experience at Colville Toyota and today was no different. Their staff is very helpful and friendly and they go out of their way if they make a mistake to ensure that it is correct. On today s repair, they forgot to quote one item they replaced. They did not charge me for the item as it was due to their mistake. Again, always a wonderful service! Very knowledgeable technician!

We needed a new dealership to service my Tundra. Living in Deer Park, I wasn t happy with the Spokane dealership. Colville Toyota didn t disappoint. Woody was very helpful when I explained the wheel noise. So an oil change, checkup, and readjust the skid plate. (The skid plate was rubbing the sway bar). The work was done in a timely matter. This is my new go to dealership. It s a very relaxed atmosphere, unlike the hectic Spokane dealership who wanted to add unnecessary services.

This was a pleasant car purchasing experience, from the first call to the final signing. Every person we connected with, from Hunter, Kelly, and Hayden were polite, helpful, informative, respectful, and above all, honest. I can't recommend Colville Toyota enough, and I will encourage every person I know who is looking for a Toyota to make the journey to this dealership. It's worth it.

Great overall shopping experience even it was mainly done over the phone. Picking up process was pleasant. I flew from seattle and greeted by the friendly sales person - Kevin at Spokane airport. He then drove me to the dealership and his team and I went through the rest of the purchasing process painlessly. From there I drove back with the new sienna back to Seattle. The owner Kelly and her crews are friendly, pleasant and helpful. I willHighly recommend this dealer to my friends and family. Thanks again Colville Toyota.

Great service without waiting around all day! No unnecessary work! New cabin air filter was included for the 20k interval, but the old one was still in good condition so they popped it back in and just left me the new one on my passenger seat so I won t have to buy it for a future service. Honesty and good customer service makes me much happier than some other dealerships I have dealt with in the past.

I have been looking for a car for awhile. I was home bound due to a surgery I had. But Katy came to the rescue. She brought three cars to my house so I could look at them. She helped to negotiate a price. Brought paper work to the house to sign. It was above and beyond. The car was beautiful they detailed it. It looks beautiful!!!

Took my Highlander in for maintenance. Easy and quick scheduling. Took the car in and they have a comfy place to wait and have a cup of coffee. Everyone was friendly. No wait. Service was done quickly and we were on our way. Reasonable pricing too. No upselling

This past week was my second experience with a scheduled oil change and RAV-4 vehicle check at the Colville Toyota. In both instances, the person scheduling my appointment demonstrated consideration for my schedule with respect to both day and convenient time. I was particularly impressed the first visit with the attention to detail that resulted in replacement of my windshield wipers, a safety feature. Upon my second visit, I was attentive to the review that Rod was presenting to a customer and wondered if I would be offered the same thorough summary upon completion of my vehicle's servicing. Sure enough, with the same cheerful yet direct approach, making me feel as though I was his most important customer, Rod not only reviewed what had been written but also expanded on the printed comments. I felt assurance of the consideration given to my vehicle maintenance and appreciation for the trust level that I could confidently give to the Colville Toyota team.

My husband and I happened to see a vehicle on the lot on a Sunday, we were greeted by a friendly salesman that gave us some information on the vehicle. We came back the next day to test drive it. And ultimately purchased the vehicle. Katy was most helpful and was very accommodating, as were the entire team at Toyota. Great experience. Thank you.

This was by far the absolute best experience I ve had buying ANYTHING! Kelly & Vida helped lock in the perfect truck after the first one I wanted got away. Kelly helped get all the details and their teamwork paid off! I am 100% going to recommend to anyone! they made sure to go extra mile, as soon As I walked in we got down to business. From insurance to the price they helped with everything! friendly and such a pleasure to work with! also the finance department saved me an extra 100$. they will get you the best price, with unbeatable service! I had such a great experience at Colville Toyota! My sales man showed me every vehicle that would fit my needs, he even helped me put car seats in and out of the back seats to make sure my kids could fit comfortably.Everyone always seems egar to help and make things happen! My only regret is not adding the cleaning package they offer...Everything else 10 out 10!

I Bought a 2014 Camry Hybrid LE from Colville Toyota a couple of days ago. I would like to begin by saying this is one of the best, if not best, dealership for one reason. Customer interaction. This dealership was splendid with interacting with us and giving us the best deal. The sheer amount of effort conducted in part by Kelly and the rest of the team was something extremely commendable. We drove out hours to take a look and we were nothing but amazed on how everyone there wanted the best for us. The honesty conveyed by the whole team was eye opening and wish other Toyota dealerships can conduct a fraction of honesty as they did here at Colville Toyota. Needless to say, the town of Colville Washington should be very proud to have this dealership in its town. I implore you to check out what these guys have on offer because what you ll see are people not only want the best for you but will skip the usual sales chit chat and head straight to working with you on an excellent deal that will leave you more than happy. Not to mention their cars are in fantastic shape & come with a powertrain warranty. Come and check this dealership out even if it s a distance away from you, you ll be more than happy you did. Been looking for a dealership that would sell me at MSRP and they had what I wanted. No fuss. I worked with Vida who was great. Finance manager was even nice to work with. I was in and out with my reality dream car in less time than any buying experience I've ever had.

Excellent customer service! I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and guess what? They did exactly that. They also inspected my fluids and topped them off. It was quick and easy, and I was in and out within the hour. Two thumbs up!

This past weekend we purchased a RAV4 at Colville Toyota. It was a surprisingly easy and enjoyable process. We live in Seattle but chose to buy from Colville Toyota because they had the car we wanted and were completely professional over the phone and e-mail - no shady promises or half truths like we were experiencing with the local Toyota dealers closer to us. When we arrived in Colville we met the whole sales team and Hunter took us out on a test drive. Haden walked us through other different options for the car and truly made us feel like he was looking out for us. Kelly spoke with us over the phone before we arrived so that finance options were clear before we made the trip. We would absolutely buy from Colville Toyota again. Their customer service is exceptional.

Personally, I hate buying cars. But Colville Toyota made it really painless. Friendly staff, personal attention, and a genuinely helpful attitude made our experience worth the drive up from Spokane, where too many slick sales types had spoiled their dealership s opportunity for our business. We got a great car at a fair price, and best of all we drove away feeling good about the whole thing. Thanks!

We hadn't planned to buy a car until next spring but when we met Hunter and he found us a car we couldn't pass up, we changed our minds. We were impressed at how friendly and knowledgeable all the staff are at Colville Toyota. A great place to purchase a vehicle. We will definitely recommend to our family and friends. This may be the most friendly and conscientious auto service repair shop I have had the pleasure of doing business with. Helpful from beginning to end with transparency and great communication along the way. Upon picking up my truck I received a detailed and full report of the diagnostics and troubleshooting that led to the solution of the problems. And pricing is fair to boot. Highly recommend this shop and their sales team across the street is super to deal with too.

I found a Toyota listed online from Colville Toyota that I was interested in. From the first sales rep I contacted, I was amazed at the incredible customer care I received. They were so respectful and attentive to all of my needs. It was a bit of a distance driving up to Colville but absolutely worth it! - I would do it again! They did everything possible to accommodate me and the car was perfect - just as described. I don't think you could find a better dealer out there. I am overjoyed with my experience, find myself in a very sound car, and will recommend Colville Toyota to all my friends and relatives. I love Toyotas - but now I can say also: I love Colville Toyota!
