This Auto Parts Store is Very Organized and Clean. Polite Employees; Perfect Location; Prices are Fair and they give Military Veterans a Discount.

From my experience alone I am set for AutoZone to be my number one for auto parts needs! I understand every store may be different by management and customer service however my experience here sealed my loyalty on the business itself, what they do and what they offer.A week ago, my family and I was traveling a few hours and my husband said we should get a battery at AutoZone for our 97' Chevy Suburban, it wasn't holding volts or charge or something and that if we stopped before we got to our destination it won't start again. We have a charger and cables but that would be a temporary fix. This AutoZone in Coville was 2 and half hours from where we were in rural Washington however on our way to our destination. I called and checked first, was informed they have the battery we needed, the varies batteries, differences and prices and that they install it for us free of charge!Google doesn't lead me there, perhaps the incorrect information or error was a previous location but still easy to find. It's located on U.S. 395 next to the Wal-Mart supercenter parking lot.AutoZone has a membership with points if you want to sign up, they have a free tool borrow program, they check and test your alternator, starter and battery for free. We received a military discount. There's a 2 year warranty on the battery and you're good even if you lost or don't have your receipt because it's in their system.Miles who helped us with the battery, he didn't try to sell me the higher priced battery however just educate on the differences, brand, quality etc. He installed the battery and checked the alternator. And wow how refreshing, impressive and appreciate that he knows so much about the products they sell, cars, cars function and maintenance. That's not usually the case with other auto parts stores I have visited. He answered all my questions and concerns and gave honest opinions. It was a learning experience that was wonderful, easy, quick, affordable, convenient and much appreciated! The customer service and those there were simply so helpful, honest, professional, friendly and knowledgeable!

I called ahead and needed a battery for my rtv. When I got there the battery was not what I needed. But the young man who served me went to great lengths to find exactly what i needed. He was friendly and knowledgeable. And they offer a military discount.

The young guy at the store with the mustang went above and beyond to get me up and running . Can t thank him enough . Got the part I needed and went above and beyond . If I could give them more stars I would . Thanks and would definitely recommend these guys !!!!!

Knowledgeable,helpful,honest. A guy I knew a while back last his wallet there with a great deal of cash in it..Manger found it,in the parking lot, contacted him turned it back over to him nothing missing, good place to do all of your auto parts needs

Went in today. Young dark haired guy (No name tag) was rude and arrogant. We were two women in there looking for a part and he treated us like we knew nothing.Other guy (in his 30 s) and female took over to help us. By now I was so upset with the other guys attitude, we just left and got the part at O Reilly s.Will never go back.

Absolutely one of the best experiences at a parts store recently. The employees were extremely helpful, and found everything we needed in moments! Super friendly. Great new store, (6mo), crammed with awesome displays! I love this place!

Purchased a set of calipers for my truck. 1 of 2 was junk. Upon returning/replacing it, I got snippy remarks from the help. It's a 45 min trip one way to get parts and I didn't get so much as an apology for the issue. Poor customer service...

Stopped by for some widow deicer .theres a big sign on door about wearing masks but the employees today didn't have any on. Guess they cant read. And do not take this virus serious maybe they should all go to the morgue and see all the dead . Or better yet wear their mask like the rest of us have to....

This auto zone rocks! I am from out of town and had to come here to pick up my truck from impound. Evergreen towing towed my truck from suncrest to colville. They disconnected my driveline and upon doing so ruined my u joint completely and lost the outer slip yoke seal off my transfer case. I had very little money and no tools the employees at this store gave me their employee discount so I could afford my parts. Unfortunately I still wasn't able to get my truck out of colville. The next day I borrowed a family members car to get to colville. Of coarse that vehicle started giving us problems as we entered colville. It was a knock sensor and low on oil and the glow relay stuck on. Harley and Rob hooked me up with some oil to take the knock away and reset the check engine light. Kia runs great now. Thank you rob and harley... YOURE THE BEST HELP IVE EVER HAD.

The employees were amazing. The quality of the products were disappointing. Rental tool availability was non existent too!? Basic stuff!

Colville Wa. Spent over an hour there to bring in 5 batteries and buy 1 battery!! No one seemed to know what they were doing. Ended up leaving without getting our senior discount because they couldn't figure it out and we had already been there way too long! And found out later that we were given the wrong receipt!

This place is a good place to find what you need. They have never steered me wrong. They have a good staff and they are pretty smart when it comes to helping the customer find what they need. I highly recommend this auto parts store to any one looking for parts to fix your vehicle..

The part that I called about was not in stock, but it would have to be special ordered and it would take up to a month to get it. Nope... ordered it myself online, got it in 3 days!!!

Check engine light came on. AZ clerk could not find plug in location for diagnostics. Daughter found it in 5 secs.Oil sells for $7-9 per qt., kinda HIGH.
