I had 2 vehicles which needed winter tires changed to summer tires. Appointments set up so I could bring in one vehicle at a time with an hour in between to drive home and return with the second vehicle. Work completed while I waited each time. Service was friendly, professional and on time. I have been dealing with A Automotive for several years and will continue to do so as inspections performed while providing service have helped keep these older vehicles well maintained.

They were doing a oil change for me.During the service they found numerous things needing repaired. If they had not found these issues it might have been disastrous for me or my wife.I want to thank you so much for going above and beyond just the oil change.Sure, it cost me much more then expected. But probably saved our lives.Thanks againGlenn Johnson

Kind courteous experience I'm very happy with the work that was done . ( balljoints passenger side ) I drove my truck after the repair and it was shaking really bad. I took it back and they got it in on the rack within 3 minutes. Took me into the shop and the mechanic showed me and explained everything to me and what was causing the shaking . It was a separated front tire . They actually took the time to take a car off the rack and look at mine saved me from a bad accident. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness. Replaced the tires and my truck drives smoothly.

My experience and my sons experience was very awesome as the Automotive tire pro's are top notch in expertise and professional experience. They are also reasonably priced. They treat everyone great. This a very good business and they are honest about everything.

Vety well done, even with the complications my order had caused. Little slow, but not unexpected due to the season. Would recomend for tires and tire service.

This is my second experience with A Automotive in Colville, Wa. and just like my first time, they were wonderful and the price was fair.I love the text reminders for my appointments and the updates. I love that I can get texts to tell me when they are done as well. Makes it all so much easier for me and my family to use their services.My first experience, I just randomly chose them from my google search, with proximity to where I broke down.The second time, I decided to stay with them due to so many people refering me to them. I will stick with them in the future.

I've been a customer for over 10 years. Great service, fast, honest, reliable. Waiting area is clean, comfortable, quiet and fully stocked. Financing deals are great. I can't imagine why you would go anywhere else!

My boss has been taking his vehicles (personal & business) for quite a while now so I decided to give A Automotive a shot. I m glad I did. Aron and Nick are top notch and have gone above and beyond to work with me on both my truck and SUV.They are high mileage work/daily drivers so they get a lot of use and have needed some pretty major work done. I now go to A Automotive for everything from wiper blades and oil changes to tires and major engine repair.I don t have a bad thing to say about them. There are cheaper places, but you get cheap parts and cheap service. They towed my car for me to the shop when my clutch went out on my Subaru legacy and they didn't charge me for towing, his quote on the clutch repair was exactly what I paid and they were very quick they weren't even supposed to start my car until the 9th of Oct and they were done with it on the 5th of Oct. I dealt with Aaron and he was very nice and helpful. Thank you!

We still have warranty left on our Hyundai, but I am foregoing that and having these guys take care of my car - that s how good they are!Very honest and extremely competent! This place is amazing! We were near the end of our 10 day driving vacation and fixing to head home when we had truck issues. We sure didn t want to spend extra days for repair work, but expected it. A-1 Automotive got us right in. It was a defective wheel bearing and they were able to fix it before the end of the day. We were able to head home the next morning. The whole staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and I would highly recommend them.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I hade my car sports car delivered to their shop. It was there for 2 weeks.When I went to pick up my car they preformed services on my car that wasn't cleared threw me. Like fuel treatment, coolant stabilizer additive and engine oil additive. The engine oil and filter were brand new, along with brand new coolant in the system Pryor to having the car dropped off.The car was having MAF problems along with fuel issue.They replaced the MAF sensor and connected one of the boots on my cold air intake and reinstalled a new connector for the MAF. They told me that my car was fixed and that I could pick the car up.When I went to pick my car up it was dirty on the outside form being parked under a tree. New scratches on my car. When I got home my check engine light came on. Stating p2178= fuel system rich at cruise or acceleration. They told me that the car was fixed and it wasn't.

A automotive always does a great job on my vehicles. They always explain what is happening with my vehicle and if there is any issues that comes up they help me understand the best options to do. They are friendly and I trust only them to touch my vehicles. I love the service I get at A Auto Tire Pros. Auto Repair Shop. The service department employees are curtious, knowledgeable, and act very professional. I used to driving all the way to Spokane to buy my tires. I thought I could get a better price on them in Spokane. But as it turns out I found that if I get them at A Auto Tire Pros, the price is very comparable, and I don't have to drive all the way to Spokane to get them. Plus the wait time to get them installed, rotated, or the usual seasonal tire change is must shorter. The same goes for my oil chznge. So in the long run I save money and feel more confident in the service I get by buying here locally and supporting a business here in my home town. They did a great job of providing an estimate of the scheduled maintenance that was recommended and allowing me to choose what I wanted done. They found an air filter that was plugged and replaced it, addressing an issue I had been dealing with for months. They finished my vehicle at the time they had indicated and got me back on the road quickly.Service: Auto maintenance

Our Rv with hydraulic brakes was towed to this location, the only place in the area that did hydraulic work. The kindly let us leave our RV on there lot until the scheduled work date. They were extremely considerate of our full time status. Looked at us early. Fixed a couple of items and determined the primary problem. I ll go to them anytime I need repair help in this area.

Have always had good work and customer service. They will talk you through what they may have found and suggest what may need done. Emergency tire replacement due to blow out when departing for travel across the state. Service was absolutely excellent. We could not repair the tire. Requiring new tires all around. The service was thoughtful, honest and speedy. Our new tires are solid, improving our drive and mileage too. We could not be more pleased with the service we received!
