I ve been working with John at the Windshield Doctor for years now and it s always a great experience. Most recently got my windshield replaced on my 2017 BMW and they were able order the OEM glass (Pilkington), and recalibrate all my sensors and cameras. Highly recommended them!

I did not have a good experience with this company. Went here for a windshield replacement through insurance for my car. The insurance company contacted them, they promptly called me and set up an appointment. I dropped my car off and picked it up the same day. However the window was not the same. It was not tinted like the damaged one. So I call the next day and they said it was tinted? They say We don t remember anything but we ll try to find the old window we removed. BUT we do offer tint but has to be authorized by insurance you need to get it authorized. I then call insurance they say, we would happily cover it but they didn t put it on the invoice. We already paid them out. You would have to pay out of pocket but we will reimburse you. At this point I m super frustrated but okay trying to remain calm I contact shop again. They THEN TEXT ME, oh well actually we don t do the tint and our tint guy is out until November. Here is his number, you ll need to call and deal with him we don t have anything to do with it and it s $325 more. So I call to try to actually speak to someone at the window shop and she tells me yeah when someone s comes in with tint we assume you re just going to handle it yourself elsewhere that s not on us. I m super disappointed. As someone who has never replaced a window and bought the car WITH tint (never had tint put on anything). How would I know this? Something that should have been so simple has turned into such a Fiasco. I tried to stay local and the local window shop could only offer me a sorry. Didn t try to mend or fix or do anything to help. Just know if you go here, you better know all the ins and out of window replacement because they expect you to know, and if you don t, it s your fault not theirs.Service: Auto windshield repair

I made an appointment for rock chip fills and they were able to run it through my insurance with no cost to me. The job was done quickly. The waiting room was clean and everyone there was friendly and very accommodating!! I would suggest going to windshield doctor to all of my friends and co-workers!

I called them with a cracked windshield and Jon was very kind and professional. They were able to fix it while i was at work within that week. I paid over the phone. My big dog accidentally broke off my rear view mirror. I initially went to a car dealership and they say they couldn t help me, but pointed me to the Windshield Doctor. So glad they did! They were able to order a new mirror for me on ebay for way cheaper than a dealership would have charged and installed it for me with no labor fees. They were quick, courteous, professional, and so helpful!

Had a bolt fly up and destroy my windshield. Called them up and explained what happened. Said they could have the window next day. Dropped it off had it done ASAP. John even stayed late so that I could pick my car up. Amazing service, good price. Would highly recommend if you need anything done there window related to get it done there!

Highly recommend! Great service, amazing work, timely and reasonably priced! I took my pick-up in after a meteor hit the windshield they fit me in same day and the damage was repaired so well it looks like a bug splattered on my windshield! Saved me tons not having to replace the windshield! Thanks guys!!!

I highly recommend the windshield doctor and their team of professionals. They installed a new windshield in my 13 JETTA in two hours and at a cost of about half of what my insurance company wanted me to pay. They also had the windshield the day after I called them when all others wanted me to wait for weeks. Thank you all for the great job! Service: Auto windshield replacement

The guys at Windshield Doctor are THE BEST! I have had a windshield and rear window replaced by them. Each time they have been quick to respond, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to order both replacements quickly and get me in within the week. I recommend them to all my family and friends!

Guys are super friendly and knowledgeable. I filed a claim through my insurance for my front windshield and Geico sent out Safelight. Safelight said they couldn't do it so I called the gents at Windsheild Doctor and they took a look at my SUV and said no problem. A week later I dropped it off and it was done in 3 hours. Totally recommend these guys.

Awesome place! They have doggos! Driving to Idaho from Portland and got whacked with a rock. Tiny chip but knew it would grow. Found the Windsheild Doctor on Google while in Walla Walla. They said walking for chips were welcomed. They fixed it in approximately 20 minutes. Super nice people and did I mention the have dogs! Great place!

Pretty quick windshield replacement reasonable price. They are new and possibly still working out some bugs but it went pretty smoothly with the paperwork. Waiting room could use a little love

John was so helpful and patient. I got the drivers windshield replaced an got my car back with my windshield new, the car vacuumed and all in an hour and a half. Great place to go at a good price!

The employee we dealt with was knowledgeable and told us the truth about our windshield problem instead of trying to get us to pay to fix something that didn't need it.
