Honestly, I don't come into any auto place with great expectations of respect, but this was low. I made an appointment for 8 AM, one of the first slots, and I got there about 8:05. None of the bay doors were open, none of the mechanics were there, no one was ready. So I ended up waiting about 15 minutes to even pull my car in. I was here just for an oil change, and was told, not asked what oil I would be getting. Unsurprisingly, they were trying to sell me the most expensive of the oils, the entirely synthetic oil, which is not necessary for my car. I tried to refuse, but they were adamant and I needed my oil change. Based off of the rudeness of the cashier's and who I was working with, as well as the unpreparedness, I can't see myself coming back here. This was my third time getting my oil changed, and while the other two experiences were fine, if not a bit irritating, this truly killed any desire I have to schedule again.

The 4 stars are because the service manager took the issue seriously and is dealing with it.I was treated horribly by the service writer because after waiting more than 10 minutes while he laughed and joked with the people in the car ahead of me, then walked away, I started to just leave. He motioned me back and I asked if he was ready to do his job. He then proceeded to tell me, without asking why I was there, "You're going to have a 4 and a half hour wait"This was at 3:30 on a Sunday. They close at 7pm. I was there just for a battery - which their policy says always go to the front of the line, and this was confirmed by the rest of the staff.I backed out, parked, and went inside. He followed me in, accused me of cussing at him (I didn't, but he did cuss at me). The associate at the counter told him to walk away and told the service manager that he had followed me in "running his mouth"The service manager, Chris, went out of his way to repair the damage caused by this unprofessional, rude service writer.I had my new battery installed and ready to go in less than 30 minutes.

Save your time and dignity, and go to Les Schwab across the street. Or Mendez Tires (who changed my tires in 25 minutes)...This place told me to wait 1.5 hours for my tire change, and I waited in the waiting room with perishables in my cart. When I checked back 1.5 hours later, I was told they didn't even get started on my car, and it would be another 1.5 hours. When I asked to speak to their "manager" to get compensation for my time in a form of a discount for the tires, first the manager tried to tell me I only waited an hour. I showed him the call history on my phone from which it was clear my ETA got confirmed 1 hr 48 mins prior to that. Then he LAUGHED in my face and told me I was "already getting those tires cheap" and he wouldn't give me any discount. He also told me he couldn't even give me an ETA at that point. What a shame that Walmart would promote people like that into management positions.Never going back. I'd rather pay the extra bucks elsewhere, where I get treated with respect.Service: Tires

It was OK service, not very fast and they put that I declined many free services so that they didn't have to complete them, like vacuuming the car out and checking the extra fluids. I paid for the most expensive full service oil change and car check that they had. Please don't say I declined services when someone never even asked me. I would have waited a bit longer to get everything done fully.

I bought tires online, and had them delivered to my house. I made an appointment and on the day of the appointment the Technicians started working on my truck 10 minutes early. I was done and out the door in about an hour. All my lug nuts were properly torqued, and the balance job was perfect. I'll buy there again.

Their Tire center used to be good, but over the last year the quality of service has gone from that to just plan terrible.Last spring they stripped a stud, removing lug nuts, figured no big deal get it fixed and they reimburses the cost. That went fine, however when I came in this fall to get the winter tires remounted there were a lot of issues.First of all, they took 6 hours to mount 2 tires on rims (and another 2 that had already been mounted), with only 2 other cars at the service center ahead of me (from past experience I expected it to be done in an hour).Second, they apparently couldn't figure out how to mount a rim that is designed for more than one bolt pattern (5-100, 5-114.3, or 4-100, all printed on the inside of the rim).Third, when they finally finished and I got my car, they claimed that 2 of the lugs were worn and wouldn't go on all the way. However, once I got home and had a chance to look at them it became apparent that it was a completely different issue. Instead of putting the standard lug nut and locking lug nut from Honda that had been on my car when I brought it in back on; they replaced 2 of them with Spline Lug Nuts (without asking or being told to). These are non-standard lug nuts that require a special key, which they did not provide or even mention. And of course also appear to be a different size (thus why they wouldn't go on all the way). So as best I can tell the tech either lost or stole the lug nuts that should have been on there, grabbed the wrong size and style of replacement and tried to cover it up by claiming that they were worn. And lastly, they kept or lost one of the hex keys used for the hub caps. All of this in one visit...

Great price for oil and tires, just know that you might be missing some parts after the service on your vehicle. They will tell you the hardware was missing when you brought it to them, but not right away, only when you notice the skid plate hanging on by 1 bolt a month later. Then when you bring your vehicle to them, they will let you know they were missing at the time of service and make you drive to an auto parts store to figure out the bolt size then they'll fix it "free of charge." You definitely get what you pay for.

Ordered the tires for winter for our new 2018 Camaro and had them shipped to the store. Came ahead of time and got right in to have them put on. Employee took great care not to damage the rims. Manager was very polite. We had new tires shipped to their store last year for the truck and had the same great service. BMW tires were in stock last week and got them replaced in a hour. Definitely be back!

I would have to agree with the other 2 star reviews. There are some nice people in that service department, but they don't work on the cars themselves. I had one guy that appeared to not understand the tasks he was given, it was the middle of winter and I had bought antifreeze windshield washer fluid and a windshield wiper blade, the other one had been replaced the week before by them, the fellow replaced the brand new one and refused to fill up the wiper fluid because it was antifreeze. It alarmed me because I now believed I was putting antifreeze in my reservoir. I checked the label and he didn't read the second line, wiper fluid. The oil change went okay, however, I am unsure if they did that correctly? Also, after his ego was hurt for not thinking through his tasks given, he threatened me with bodily harm although I hadn't exchanged words with him and was talking to the manager, not him. (he was of to the side, behind the car) , I just held fast, in a calm and polite way, that they needed to leave the mistakenly replaced wiper attached, and replace the old one with a new wiper. (windshield wipers sometimes fly off of the wiper arm when they've been reattached) everything worked out well in the end and the manager was nice, however, once the employee's ego was hurt and started getting hostile about our conversation, he should have sent him away before he threw things at me and threatened me bodily harm.

Long wait. Mediocre service. I could have gone somewhere better for the same thing they do and they charge $30 where Oil Can Henry's charges $40 and only makes you spend 15 minutes instead of 60

Extremely slow service and when I asked the person at the desk he was extremely rude. Free install but could have done it myself. Not even sure they know what they are doing.

Waited for over ten minutes while I watched three employees standing near a set of tires and none of them once acknowledged me or said they would be right there so I left

It's a cheap place to change oil. The wait may be a little longer than others, but it's at Walmart, so you can get shopping done at the same time!
