More than pleased with Simons garage Throughout The entire three week ordeal with my vehicle, Command was totaled out by the Insurance company. Everyone there was very patient and very helpful. I m getting too a resolution with insurance company, I would gladly Bring my business here again!

I am extremely happy with the service that Simmons provided and it is the reason that we have continued to return for each service over the years since the car was new. The car is a 2006 Honda model and runs in top shape due to your staff. Everyone is polite, concerned, considerate of our time and efficient. Having worked in the service department of a dealership, I have some idea of what is required not only to keep the machines going but also providing the customers with quality and value. On a week of frigid Arctic air, Simmons kindly gave my Subaru an oil change and winter check up. I spent the following week in BC, with ice and negative windchills. It was great being confident my vehicle was prepped for it. I m already planning my next appointment with them. Friendly and excellent service here!

Matt and team are friendly, give you their very best and always with a smile. I bring my car to Simmons knowing I m getting top notch service . I love Simmons! About 5 years ago they repaired an out-of- state friend's car who was visiting and worked on Saturday to get her back on the road! I had a great experience at Simmons. My brother recommended you to me and I am very happy with my service. Everyone in the shop was so naturally friendly and the price was good for an oil change. I have lived on South Whidbey for almost a decade now. My wife and I tend to drive late model cars that we can pay cash for. As you can imagine, this leads to a few breakdowns and the need of a good, dependable garage. We have been taking our cars to Simmons Auto this entire time. The service we receive is always friendly, dependable, professional, and of great value. I highly recommend Simmons to all of you, as I do to my friends and family.

The mechanics at Simmons did a terrific job fixing my uncle s two older cars. They diagnosed the problems and fixed the cars in a timely manner. Matt, who wrote up the order, was kind and patient, explaining the work to my 93-year-old uncle. Simmons Garage is a really good choice for having your car or truck serviced. They have the knowledge and experience to fix any problems and get your vehicle back on the road. I was very impressed by Matt, the shop owner and manager. His customer focus is very evident and appreciated! I highly recommend this shop!

After crossing the sound on a ferry, our Outback wouldn't start, so a member of the crew brought over a jump starter and got us off the boat. However, the car barely could run down the road. It seemed to be fighting itself and we could barely get up the hill. I pulled into the first driveway and Google for automotive service near me. Imagine my surprise when the map showed one just across the street behind me. I managed to get to their driveway and went inside to describe what was going on. I was concerned that we had a very serious problem but the staff at Simmons thought the whole problem was the battery. Matt (I think that was his name) dropped what he was doing, ran a battery check and declared that the battery indeed needed replacement. I couldn't imagine how the battery could cause such rough driving but another mechanic insured me that the low voltage on the battery had messed up the computer in the car and that a new battery would bring it back as good as new. They swapped the battery with a new one, then another young man took the car for a test drive. When he came back, he said we were good to go. We couldn't be more proud of the service we received at Simmons and only wished that we didn't live two hour away because they would become our go to auto service business. We highly recommend this business to anyone who needs service for their vehicle.Service: Auto battery replacement

I m happy that Simmons is willing to work on my old 92 Volvo 240. It s hard to find mechanics willing to work on my old car so appreciate Simmons for doing so. I couldn't be more pleased with Simmons. Our car broke down after hours and was towed in to Simmons in the evening after hours. Hadn't even had my coffee the next morning before a call came in with diagnosis and repair plan. Simmons was fast, reliable, super professional and very reasonably priced. I wish I could give more stars! Staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and dedicated to our little island of little resources. Simmons is a great asset to our community. Great job. Super professional and friendly. Matt was super helpful. I thought my transmission was gone. Simmons diagnosed the problem as a failing transmission mount.
