Pretty standard as far as chain business. Clinton is no exception.... Well maybe a little. Because they never called to tell meA. That my tire wasn't under warranty and ask me if I wanted to pay for the new one. So I was without a car for a whole day and a a halfB. The 2nd day to tell me my car was done and I could come get it. I had to just go down myself right before close to see..... So it was actually 2 whole days. For a flat tire. In a tiny town. That doesn't have a phone?

These folks are amazing. I needed a flat tire fixed and they fixed it for free. I know that's one of the things they are known for, but it's still amazing in this day and age that anything is offered for free.I came back the next week and they put new tires on our other car. The price was fair and the service was quick. I don't think it took them even a full hour. One benefit of living on Whidbey is that they never seem to be overloaded -- busy yes, but overloaded, no.

Not impressed any more with Les Schwab stores and customer service. I bought the open range all terrain 10 ply tires for my Colorado pickup. Over time they have lost some pressure and now are a variety of pressures. I called to see for my vehicle what their tires are suppose to be. The person answering the phone didn't know so she asked one of the tire experts. They didn't know and toke the easy way out said whatever the door plague says. The door plague doesn't know I have a canopy, it doesn't know I replaced the original cheap 6 ply tires with better 10 ply, nor what I care in the bed of the truck and it's weight. It's a bad joke that Les Schwab markets the we care and customer first. I'll drop by Discount tire and get their suggestion. I won't fall for Schwab anymore. Plus, now that I travel the country I find Schwab is a small time tire shop in only a couple states and Discount tire has been in most of the states I travel through.. too bad for I have been a customer for 40+ years.At least Michelin tires and other I'm sure have a chart that tell you what pressure you use for their tires and your weight of the vehicle.

Realized we had a nail in our tire today at 4 pm. When we called to ask if we could drop it off for a patch, they were super accommodating. Patched it and got it done just in time before they closed, and (almost unbelievably!) it was free. We may not be back on the island to give them our business, but I wanted to be sure to leave a great review because that is some top notch service!

Stopped by yesterday after realizing we had a nail in our tire and were headed for flat. The team was really nice and professional - they removed the nail, patched the tire, and checked the air pressure in 15 minutes. To top it all off, the service was free! We tried to leave a tip but they wouldn't accept. We will definitely come back again. Great service!

We had just moved to the area several months ago and took our car in because one tire was leaking air. This place was very highly recommended by our local friends. They checked the tire, and found that the rim was corroded and cleaned it for free. Definitely helped the issue. We had an awesome experience and didn t expect it to be free of charge! We will definitely be return customers and plan to buy future tires here as well as possibly wheels. Thank you!

My husband made an oil change appointment online. I show up, two small kids in tow, for the front desk lady to tell me they don't do oil change appointments online and that I "apparently didn't get her message". I walked out thinking I must have missed the call. Checked my vmails and there was nothing from them cancelling my appointment. I was going to let it go had she been friendly or kind, but she wasn't. She was RUDE. And told me they aren't scheduling appointments for oil changes right now. This was first and last experience at this location. I'll continue going to oak harbor and pioneer auto!

They were quite busy and loaded with vehicles they were servicing. I came in with a low tire. Later finding out it was the valve stem instead of a flat as I suspected. Although they were extremely busy they were able to help me with a minimal wait time. And get me back on my way in no time. Their customer service was spot on considering how backed up they were on this particular day.

Peace of Mind! I was heading off Whidbey Island today and noticed my tire pressure light had gone on. I really didn't want to get into Seattle traffic without getting my tires checked out. Luckily, I found Les Schwab just a few minutes before getting to the ferry in Clinton -- the wonderful attendant checked my tire pressure for free and explained that the light would go off by the time I got to the ferry. He was right! THANKS FOR THE QUICK SERVICE!

The employees at the Clinton Les Schwab are consistently cheerful, accommodating, and easy going. They give thoughtful time estimates for their work and phone me when they discover an issue and when the job is complete. Once the manager even stayed late to help me retrieve my keys locked inside my car.

Took car in for a shaking problem in the front end in February. They replaced both front discs, calipers, pads, and all four tires. Less than two months later, the brakes fail completely due to a broken brake line. They say, too bad, we don't look at anything we didn't replace. In my mind, they should have done a check of the brake lines as part of the inspection and identified that they were cracked and should be replaced. Luckily my daughter was able to safely stop the car. Now she has to get it towed to a repair facility (not Les Schwab) to get the line replaced.

No customer service skills. Tried to get them to mount new wheels and tires on my charger and the wouldn't do it because their book says it doesn't work. (They clearly worked and I went to a different Les Schwab and they had no problem helping me out)

Very friendly staff. Really clean floors the bedrooms are sparkling clean. They have great selection of tires a d rims to choose from and they mount and balance the tires you purchase. Great place.

Stupendous service and help for me. My tire chains were the wrong size. Tyler, Brandy, Ricardo helped me solve a huge problem I didn't know I had - and Tyler taught me how to put on my new chains. Thank you

Have had many oil changes done at this store and have had no problems until today.My truck takes 8.5 quarts and the mechanic put in 6. He assumed it was the same as previous yrs. luckily I looked at my paper work and caught the mistake. They corrected the problem. When I asked the manager "Will" if they have a manual to instruct them on oil capacities he tossed it on the counter and said "yes we do". My response was then why am I 2.5 qts short?No apologies and no response.We will not be back Will. Thanks

We recently had a fabulous experience here and I had to write about it. We are Whidbey locals and have used Les Schwab in Clinton for years, purchasing our tires there. Last year we purchased a new car, so obviously the tires were not purchased here. Recently our new Subaru had a low tire and we brought it in...they checked it, and did a full service check up and when we went to pay, they said there was no fee, and those were for tires that we had not even purchased from them. It's service like that which will keep us coming back...

This location has been my store since 2016 and never disappointed. This time I had to bring my daughter with and they got my car in an hour early and provided great customer service and Brandy is great to work with every time!

I just bought my daughter a car in Mukilteo and while driving down the hill to catch the 5pm ferry back to the Island the steering wheel started shaking and I heard a thud, thud, thud under my feet. My anxiety went through the roof! While I was on the ferry I called and talked to Troy and he said to bring it in and he'd take a look at it. I pulled in at 5:40 and Will and Troy gave her car a full look over. They assured me that we could make it back to Oak Harbor fine but it needs new tires ASAP. They said the shaking would stop right away. They knew how bad my anxiety was at this point and said they would go ahead and put all new tires on for me even though the store had already closed and they had to be freezing and exhausted. By the time they were done and we drove off, the car ran smooth and no shaking! My daughter is thrilled and I will be forever grateful to Troy and Will!!!

I called the day before Thanksgiving 5 minutes before they closed because I saw my tire was almost flat on the way to pick up Grandma. They let me come in and they stayed late to fix it for me. Absolutely great customer service!

Simply the Best! All of the Les Schwab are good, but the Clinton one is simply the best. Second to None!
