I wish I could give more stars. These guys are amazing. They were a good price for a tow which included a 3500 dually truck and a 40ft trailer. Couldn't get anyone else to come help but these guys were there and in a timely manner. I'm very appreciative of them, can't ask for better people. Thank you all so much for the kindness!!!!!

Even if no one looks forward to car problems, I can say my towing experience with Willetts was very good.Time to wait was only 10 minutes. Our driver was courteous and smiled genuinely. He knew his trade and took extra care not to damage my Audi S8 which sits close to the ground. Fearing the car would not clear the flatbed angle, he called his dad who minutes later brought some 2x4 pieces that helped raise the front of car as it rolled up flatbed.Driver was clean and kept his truck A/C running for us. A few days later I realized the little bumper cover piece was missing from where the Audi tow hook was screwed in.I called them and they paid to ship my small part to my house. A great roadside experience - thanks Willett and driver.

I blew a tire going over the pass on a Sunday and my wife was freaking out since the big chain store is closed that day. Luckily we found Willettes. They answered the phone right away, checked their inventory and once I got my car down to the shop had me back on my way within 30 minutes and for a fraction of the price I was expecting.If you ever end up in a similar situation, and I hope you don t, make this your first call!

After taking a major spike in one of our tires in the mountains north of Cle Elem we limped to Willettes on the spare for a repair. When my insurance company abandoned me at a less reputable garage late at night, I walked by Willettes the next morning. Not only did they greet me openly, but offered to help where my insurances roadside assistance were lacking. What would have been a panic-inducing situation became a pleasant experience. They scheduled a tow from Cle Elum back to Seattle the next morning. Their driver Travis was helpful and fun and we had a great trip back to Seattle with plenty of conversation! They were able to turn a stressful situation into an unplanned and welcome vacation. Now what to do with the dead engine Thanks, Travis! You rock!!Chris

My car was towed and impounded due to unexpected events. My 2nd car broke down on my way to get the 1st one out of car jail. It took the roadside assistance tow co in Maple Valley over 5 hrs to come pick up the broken vehicle. I was able to get a ride to Cle Elm where my poor Toyota was in jail all day. But I didn't arrive until after 5pm. I did stay in touch with the wonderful front desk woman throughout the afternoon. As a result she did not charge me the after hours fee of $127 for picking it up at 5:30 and not by 5pm. Very awesome crew here and I thank you guys so much!

We went for an off-road drive near Cle Elum, and our Jeep got stuck in the deep melting snow late afternoon. The day was getting dark so we called 911 for rescue. Matt took on the job and spent hours locating where we were in the mountains, pulling our car out of the snow, and leading us to get back onto the regular roads. By the time we got to a safe place, it was already at late night. Despite that the whole process took about 5.5 hours, Matt only charged us for 3-hour service. I am so thankful for Matt's kindness and professionalism. If it were not him, we will be totally screwed that day.Service: Car towing

Driving back to Wisconsin and had a hole in my tire after running over something. They were able to patch the tire within 20 mins. Also removed something from in between my tire and rim. Extremely friendly and efficient. Saved us! Thanks!!!!

The day after Christmas on I90E, I got a patch of ice and slush, spun out and ended up stuck in the snow. I tried calling my insurance and needed to go online to fill out a report to get a tow truck. I said screw it and called Willetes, and literally less than 15 minutes from the time I spun out to the time the Type truck driver pulled me out. I didn't need a tow, just to help get me out as the car was still drivable. He made sure everything worked and made sure to follow me a bit after as he was going on to another call. I was after the next call, but because he was going right past me, he stopped and got me out real quick.Though I was in a accident, Willetes got me back on the road and on to my Sister's house for my niece's 3rd birthday. I initially thought I would miss it, but I was only 19 minutes off in time to get to my sister's house from my original 2 1/2 hour trip.I couldn't have asked for anything better than how quickly and professionally in the way I was treated. Hope I never need to use them again for an accident myself, but would recommend anyone to use them if they are in that situation.

These guys helped out a bunch, had a tire and got us on our way, late on a Thursday evening. If I ever have any problems coming through Cle Elum again they are the first place I will call.

I bought a whole set of brand new tires back in May, and when I had a flat yesterday they refused to honor the warranty and charged me $40 to patch a hole. Every other tire company I have used has honored warranty and would patch it for free u less the hole was in the side wall. Guess I ll take my 2 business cars and 2 family cars to a tire dealership where they actually take care of the customer and aren t just looking for a quick buck.Service: Tire change

Stopping in here to get an oil change while passing through. They were very nice and recommended that I go up the road to the auto parts store to buy my filter and oil because it would be cheaper. Then when they were doing the oil change the oil filter housing broke. So one of the mechanics Ernie went to the auto parts store and bought a new one. He was very polite and friendly. When it was time to pay I was expecting it to be a lot more with having to replace the filter housings. But they were so kind and didn t charge me for it. Good service and quality is hard to come by these days. Keep up the great work!

Husband slid into a ditch and they charged $411 to pull him out for 15 min. and told him he would Impound his car if he didn't pay. He had talked to a state patrol who checked on him and told him $200 max and called for him. Vern, the guy who came was obviously sick and coughing all over. Getting told a price and them upmarking the price after pulling the car out is unprofessional.Service: Car towing

Had my Battery indicator light come on at 7am on a Friday morning just as i was exiting I90. I pulled into Willettes to find Bryan just rolling out product to open for the busy friday before the holiday weekend. Told him my battery light was on as well as a battery not charging indicator. Alternator was definitely going out. Long story short he found the part in Ellensburg had an employee start the day early and go pick it up, bring it back to the shop where he installed it and had me and my dog back on the road by 10am! Friendly folks at the shop while I waited and boy were they busy! The tire machine never stopped and the propane line was 7 deep at one point. I really appreciated their fast friendly service and mostly of Bryan being willing to help and not leave me stranded even on what I'm sure was one of their busiest days. Everyone at the shop was smiling and happy to be there (except maybe that one guy who couldn't believe Bryan took in an alternator job on that day). In the end, the charge was very fair= cost of the part plus an hour of mechanic time. I'm super grateful and would send my own Mother to these guys! Especially Bryan. :)

Bought tires off Tire Rack website. Stopped by in the morning to ask if they could mount them and put new high pressure valve stems on my rims. Done in a few hours. Seem like a great crew. I will definitely use them again.

I can not say enough great things about my experience with Willettes. I had to utilize road side assist this past weekend because my Subaru got stuck on a private lane in the snow. They were professional, very prompt, and so kind. They truly went above and behind with their services and I couldn t be more thankful. Roman and Travis were great and it s so nice to know there are kind, hard working people to help you in a stressful event. Highly recommend!

Willettes is the best. Seems like once a year I get a nail in a tire, and I love knowing that I have a reliable place to go that will repair it fast. Went in again today for a screw in my tire and they had the tire patched, tested, and back on my car in no time at all. Service is always friendly, Cle Elum is lucky to have a great tire and towing service here in town.

We got a flat on the Summit at Snoqualmie right off the I90 E exit to the rest stop. Horrible pot hole that had taken 4 cars out that day per the shop and we seen one when it happened to us.Called this place, they were super nice on the phone, we made the 45 min drive on the spare to this shop, they got us right in and out and back on the road. Got stuck in a snow bank on I90 West, shortly before Snoqualmie Pass. Half the snow around my car was knee deep and sloped into a ditch, the other half started at ankle deep and became knee deep due to plow trucks that kept passing. I spent 6 hours struggling with my insurance for a tow truck. Called these guys and had a tow driver in the single hour it would take to drive to us. He helped us dig our way out and safely return to the road. He also gave us some gas and helped us to the inn we were trying to get to on the pass. Amazing driver and amazing service.

Absolutley fantastic service!! I want to thank Aron for coming to my rescue after I hit a deer. He was there extremely fast right after the incident and delivered myself, my friend and my car safely home. Willet has consistently provided excellent service to our family. I collect cars and sometimes they are not running. I call Willet if I am unable to move them myself. Also, we utilize Willets tire services for our "fleet" of cars....ha! We have a lot of cars and Willet has always been our go to in this area for all our tires needs. We have purchased tires from Willet, and we have brought our own special tires sourced elsewhere, they accommodate either situation with professionalism and courtesy. Prices are very fair. We got our car stuck in the snow in the woods near Cle Elum. It was pretty far up a dirt road. The tow truck had a very hard time getting up the road but the driver persevered and never gave up. It ended up taking close to 6 hours to get us out of there but our driver was incredibly professional and patient, having to winch himself out of the snow five times in the course of rescuing us. I have never had a an experience with any business in my life that was more dedicated to finishing what they started or delivering what they promised. Would give 20 stars if I could. If you need help in the Cle Elum area there is nobody else to call.

Bryce saved our bacon. After sliding on ice in my F-250 with a 24' enclosed trailer and sliding off the road into the median I rolled two of my trailer tires off the beads just west of Vantage. It was extremely cold, snowy and windy and Bryce was able to lift my fully loaded heavy trailer with an air jack, get both tires off, cleaned up and re-seated. He was kind and professional and was working in less than ideal conditions!

Our class B motorhome broke down on top of Table Mountain last weekend. Before leaving, Willettes analyzed our vehicle online to send the best rig for the job. The operator, Wayne, was very competent and professional. He first tried repairs to get our vehicle to run but the starter was broken. He took great care in setting the tow for our RV to best sustain the difficult washed out dirt roads coming off the mountain. RV made it to Ellensburg without damage or any non-wheel component touching the roadbed. Amount charged was very fair considering the complexity of the task. Willettes highly recommended for towing.
