I pulled My 2000 super duty 4r100 and brought it in for a rebuild stage 2 after installing it back in the truck it wasn't working correctly. This transmission relies heavily on electronic input They worked with me Intent on finding the solution.I replaced sensors which greatly improved But I still had intermediate issues. I turned my truck over to them So they could troubleshoot it. They discovered the main wire harness to the transmission was causing the issues They called me to pick up the truck and never charged me for the time they put into it. Greatly appreciated and my truck is doing great.

We were passing through, getting some gas when our car starting making an awful screeching sound. Transmissions Plus was recommended to us by a local. Even though they were very busy and didn't have any openings, they agreed to do a test drive with us and then somehow found a way to squeeze us in. They figured out the problem and had it fixed in under 20 minutes. And after all that, they weren't going to charge us! These guys are absolutely awesome. I only wish I lived closer so I could make this my regular shop!

Originally gave the rating for the wrong company.They were so helpful here looked over my car when we thought the transmission was going out. Found out it's not my transmission. He had beyond fair pricing and actually was honest with me. Any other shop would have replaced the transmission and not solved my vehicle issues. Definitely will be going back when my fuel pump is replaced and having them fix my 4WD!

Our rental car was having braking problems, even after we refilled the brake fluid, so we stopped by. The service people were very quick to take care of the issue and did not overcharge us. We were very pleased with the professional and courteous service. Hopefully, we will not have a similar issue when traveling through the area, but if we do, we know where to go!

I had some vibrations coming from under my truck on the way over elk hunting so I swung in. Apparently a different shop forgot to install one of the clips on my new universal joint. They were very helpful and took me right in. They immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it without a charge. I highly recommend this shop to anyone. You don't get service like that anymore.

My daughter was in area when her Mercedes went into limp mode. Even though shop was full and busy, service tech took time to run diagnostic, clear codes, prepare report and send her on way home without accepting payment.So, how can you give anything other than 5 stars?Thanks for the assistance.

I was driving from Oregon to Washington when my Check engine light came on. I stopped at Reliable Auto, and Mike referred me to Transmissions Plus. I pulled in without an appointment, their Tech Justin was very nice, he plugged in his computer to see what codes my car had, it was a miss-fire, he looked under my hood to see if there was anything obvious (there was not) He explained the extent of his abilities were not to fix engines, so that was all he could do for me. Even though he could not fix my car, he tried, he looked to see if it was something he could help with. I felt that was worth mentioning here on Google. Thank you for your kindness Justin!

The stock transmission in my '04 Explorer was doomed from the start.After several repairs, it was clear that this is one of those units that just can't be fixed.Joe's reputation is important, and he wants his customers to be happy. He refunded me the cost of the repairs, and I walked away whole.

I have never written a review for anything before. I am so relieved and so impressed by this shop! I have a Ford Expedition and it has been having an issue that everyone who looked at it was left scratching their heads or just throwing parts at it, leaving me with a parts bill and a broken truck and no answers. Bellevue ford told me I needed to buy a new transmission! For $4200. Then after taking my truck from the Ford dealer my friend told me about this family owned transmission shop in Cle Elum, and he had a really good experience with them in the past. So I thought what do I have to loose at this point.Well I dropped it off a day ago. I just picked up my expedition today and it s fixed!!! After over a month of spending money on nothing helping my trucks issue. They took the time to hear me out, listen to everything that I have been through with the vehicle and with their, very apparent years of knowledge fixed my expedition without even pulling the tranny. And ford told me I need a new one. This thing works awesome after taking home, over the pass.. I want to thank Justin and joe Flemming at transmissions plus for finally fixing my truck for a near fraction of Fords repair .

These guys were awseome helped me out sooner than they said they were able to they had some time put my jeep up and diagnosed and fixed the problem 5 days before it was scheduled to be worked on. Thnx guys i really appreciate it

Showed up just before closing time with a broken exhaust the guys fixed it quick and didn't even charge me for the 10 minute weld job ! Super nice guys if I ever need anything in the future I will definitely come back !!

Had my transmission repaired here, it failed 6 months later. $2500 down the drain, feeling very ripped off...Take your business elsewhere.
