Wow. Warriors is doing a stellar job! Their service station is a great addition to their rocking Quick stop up the hill. I had my oil changed and they do an excellent job of making you feel taken care of. Now I can get work on my Subaru and pay a decent price for gas in one location.

Had a nail in our tire and this was the only place in Cle Elum able to do tire repair. We pulled in and were immediately helped. They took off our spare, patched our tire, and put it back on all within 15 minutes for only $50. Just like a pit crew! Seriously fast, helpful, and got us back on our way. Thank you so much guys!

Had a great experience at this shop. I was coming back from eastern WA and got a nail on one of my tires. Looked everywhere for help on a Sunday evening, was lucky enough to find their station. Told them the issue, they fixed my tire quickly and at a very reasonable price. Everyone there was very friendly and happy to help. A very pleasant experience during a stressful situation for me. They told me they do roadside assistance as well, hopefully won t need it but good to know they re there!

Nice place and the owner was very friendly and helpful. I usually run Shell gas in my vehicles and this is actually not a Shell gas station any longer. Google search needs to do an update on this. No big deal though their gas seemed fine and everyone was very helpful!

What an amazing shop and what an amazing crew two families from Western Washington on their way home from liberty Washington to Olympia Washington needed a spare tire because of a blowout ended up finding out needed four new tires on a trailer. Second family had a tread loss and ended up needing for new tires on a Dually with a camper on top. Staff stopped everything they were doing to wait on us, and when other customers came a two mancrew remained on our rigs. They were friendly, educational, speedy, and pleasant said that is what they are there to do. They deserve a raise, or at least a bonus thank you crew for everything you did for us we will forever. Be thankful and grateful.

Lost 2 tires on my boat trailer on a round trip from eastern Washington. The second tire blew at Easton on the way home and I had the trailer towed to this Shell station at the advice of the tow operator.Super friendly people and someone even answered the phone Sunday night at 10 pm and asked if I needed them to come in.Long story short i had them wait till normal business hours and the next morning my boat trailer had a new rim and tire and was ready to go. I appreciated that the person I talked to Sunday night wanted to make sure my spare was also fixed before I left. All done at a reasonable price too. I d for sure recommend this business.

Needed an emergency replacement tire on Tuesday. Called early and got the tire replaced in short order. Staff wassuper busy but fit me in so I could get to work. VERY nice!

We picked up a nail while towing our travel trailer over Bluet Pass. Willettes was open and we were greeted by Brandon. He was so friendly and had our tire fixed within the hour. We were able to get over Snoqualmie Pass and home safely. Thank you so much for the help!!

We had a malfunctioning snow sock puncture our tire. The staff was very helpful at the Shell Station and we were able to get the tire repaired.

I want to give a huge Shout-out to the owner & employees at this Shell station. As I was driving through the area from out-of-state, I started to have some issues with my front brakes. Theses guys checked out my tires & brakes and found that due to the road construction, too much dust had accumulated in the brake pad area. They took an hour to help me out (removed each tire, used an air compressor to blow-up the dust & remount the tires correctly), said to call if I had any more issues and weren't going to charge me for the labor. We settled on a nominal fee, about 1/16th of their hourly wage. I appreciate their help. You guys are awesome!

Had loose lug nuts on work truck, Employees were quick to offer assistance! Very friendly and pleasant to talk to, knew what he was doing,found other nuts that were also loose, he tightened all them and checked to make sure they were all OK! Very good service!

Very nice people and fast service. Unfortunately it costs $36 for a simple tire plug!! I am used to paying about $10, kinda outrageous.

Thank you to the nice young man who checked and filled the air in my tires!I was concerned about driving any further on the freeway. I will definitely go back for new tires or service to Shell in Cle Elum. Thank you for taking the time to help. Especially when another place up the road was too lazy to help, and turned me away. Well, they won't get my business in the future.But Shell Tire Service will !!!Thank you, it meant a lot.

The worst gas station I've been to in decades. Diesel wasn't Shell and when I lifted the nozzle it flung fuel all over. Of course there were no rags restocked so that was a mess. The employees were rude & aggressively anti-mask. One employee arrogantly walked out of the small disgusting little bathroom after clogging the toilet behind him and not washing his hands.Avoid this dump like the plague. Ah, and know that their fuel costs are much higher than the area average.

Thank you WAYNE! We are a family of 10, headed out on a road trip for vacation. The trailer carrying our bicycles blew a tire on I-90. We had to leave our trailer and bicycles on the side of the interstate, and head into Cle Elum in search of a tire. It was late on Friday evening. Everything was closed. Wayne stayed late. Searched for a tire and a rim to fit, and leant us his tools so we could repair the trailer. Thank you to his family, as well. He was supposed to be home for a family barbecue, and instead stayed to help us. We're not local. So we can't offer him our future business as customers, but we can sure encourage others to support this business! Thank you!

Picked up a hunk of tire chain in a tire coming over the pass. Next closest option all the way in Ellensburg. It only took about 20 minutes for them to dismount the tire, patch and remount. Quick and efficient service.

The two gentlemen working today were awesome. I had some concerns about my tire pressure, on the last leg of a trip from Boise to Seattle. One gentleman checked my air pressure, very nicely not making me feel like an idiot for the questions I had. The other gentlemen chatted with me pleasantly and also didn't make me feel like an idiot. You don't really find too many men who are understanding when a woman has questions about car stuff. If I ever need car work done and I'm in the cle Elum area oh, I will definitely go there

Huge Shout Out to Roman and the Crew At Willettes. Had a trailer bearing go bad and needed a tow back to town about 12 Miles. They were quick and extremely polite and super attentive. The tow expense was reasonable given the conditions. After we got back to their shop, Roman and Bryan immediate started to diagnose the problem with the seized and locked up bearings. They ran down the street to Napa and got the parts needed and promptly installed and checked the repair for safety. All good to go under two hours from tow to final fix. We can t thank Willettes and Roman and Bryan enough for getting us back on track for our vacation with our boat and trailer!!I would give 6 Stars is possible. THANK YOU!!

Picked up a nail in our tire, decided not to go back to Ellensburg Les Schwab for repair and went to Willett Shell. I grabbed the leaking tire out of the vehicle and rolled it to one of the bay's. They were busy with some local repairs, and I waited to see if they would acknowledge me...after 20 minutes...nothing. I am a 6'-1" 225 pound dude, hard to miss. They looked at me, never said anything, so I packed up the tire and left. Customer service...not what it used to be in our society. I do not expect a butt kisser, just acknowledge I am there and will get to me when done with others. Someone else will get my business today.
