I had a breakdown while traveling in the area and fortunately ended up having my vehicle towed to Rally Tuned. They were fantastic from start to finish about getting the work done right, communicating clearly and often about the status of the car, and coordinating pickup/payment with me from out of state once it was done. I am super happy with my car and the experience overall!!

Brendan and Gus do an awesome job. Brendan does a great job explaining what needs to be done and they fix everything. Plus they tell you what to expect for your next visit, no surprises.

Ralley only Charges for actual work done. Orders all parts necessary for job and only uses, parts required to complete job.Does not charge for parts not used. Fast and efficient. My repairs were supposed to be $900.00 was only $677.00. Plus left me notes on all additional repairs needed in future, and complete diagnostics. Plus, Printout. Thanks! Jim

Excellent auto repair! Had a broken turbo and these guys fixed it in one day! Didn t have me sign anything, and were very up front about pricing and even showed me my broken part! Definitely recommend!

Always great service. Brendan even called to let me know I could get the service done at the Subaru shop probably at no cost due to a recall for this issue.Brendan s transparentness that the issue could get fixed elsewhere shows he is looking out for his clients plus he has always done us right. We had Brendan do the service and all is good.

Customer service and workmanship top notch!!Had valve covers resealed and plugs and serpentine belt changed also the drive train fluids changed.I recommend them for your service needs !!

Very thorough and helpful! I appreciated getting an estimate well in advance, reminders w confirmation and final service that matched what they estimated.I really felt like they were looking out for my interests with several warranty issues as well!

Brendon,Please check your records. One year ago you replaced rear brake pads on my 2015 Highlander and the labor was $195. This year to do the same job the labor was $300. Why the significant cost in labor?

Outstanding service. We are from out of town but had a major brake problem on the highway and got towed to Ralley. It was getting late on a Friday, but they stayed past closing to help get things fixed promptly at an extremely fair price while taking time to show and explain the issues. We were so impressed by the work and the service. I ve frankly never experienced anything like it at an auto repair shop.

Brendan and crew were great and able to help me get the info I needed super fast. He was very knowledgeable on the fact that my blown engine was actually a recall and was able to point me in the right direction after getting stranded in Snoqualmie with kids and a quick diagnosis. Whenever I have to find a new mechanic I find it stressful not knowing if I will be ripped off, overcharged, or a sloppy job will be performed by the mechanic. FORTUNATELY I have the right mechanics to work on my vehicles. I gave been going to Rally Tuned for several years. Recently I was having issues with my power steering in my 2006 Toyota Tacoma. The problem was fixed immediately and I can now feel confident driving in the winter weather. As long as I am living in the area they will be my go to mechanics. I will be recommending RallyTuned to friends and those asking for recommendations. Brenden spends the time to disgust the issues at hand and how they will resolve the issues.Upon completion of the work he will go over what was taken care and offer recommendations for future services. I love living in this town with the honest, reliable people that do business here. Rally is definitely one of those businesses. Holy cannoli, I cannot say enough positive things about this shop! My travels returning home from Montana were waylaid due to a cylinder one misfire. I pulled into RallyTuned at 11ish on a Tuesday morning, was met with impeccable customer service, solid diagnostics, and a super speedy turnaround time considering parts needed to be delivered for the repair. I pulled out of town 22hours later and made it home safely and without incident. Thank you RallyTuned!

The team at RalleyTuned did a great job explaining what services were needed on my 2002 Toyota Tacoma. As one would imagine there were many repairs that could be made on such an old vehicle. Have you used these guys twice now. The first time was to recharge the air conditioning on my 2004 Lexus.The last time today was to replace the water pump on my 2014 Lexus. In this time for timing belt, water pump, temp sensor, etc. Bill came in under estimate. Did not charge to replace failing water pump they replaced, even thought it was out of warranty. Good folk!

I was running errands in town (Cle Elum) and noticed that my 2019 Outback started to make a metallic grinding noise. I drove the car to Ralley Tuned and within 10 minutes a mechanic drove my car around the block, pulled the car inside, put it on a lift and not long after, he produced a pea sized chunk of asphalt that got wedged in the brake assembly that was causing the problem. They charged a fair price for the repair and I was on my way. Amazing service and I will be bringing the car back for future service.Service: General repairs & maintenance
