Stated the night here in their jacuzzi suite was charged a 165$ incidental fee for spilling a drink and wiping it up with the towels provided by this facility. Their was mold it the room my guest and I could not sleep here because it was too difficult to breath, when informed the staff of this they told me that their was nothing they could do that they did not have another room to put me into, so we left and did not even sleep in the room. Very poor customer service was provided by the staff and then upon checking out was informed that I would be charged 165$ because of the stained towel... this place is just looking for a quick cash grab and not worth the stay. Their are many other places in town that offer similar services, perhaps at a higher rate, however you get what you pay for.Safety: Black mold is dangerous for your health. This place had black mold outside of the room walking up the stairs from the door, and inside of the room also was covered in black mold.

This is a no frills hotel that provides the bare minimum bed and breakfast service. Honestly, this place is not half as bad as the other reviews mention. It s probable that they made amends in the last few months as well.I would definitely recommend this place for a 1-2 night stay, maybe not for a longer period. The place was clean, rooms had no stains on the bed or sheets and the bathrooms were clean - pretty much what we were looking for when stranded in Cle Enum from road closures.

Worst hotel experience ever! Bugs in the jacuzzi tub!! Mold in the bathroom. Blood on the floor. Missing smoke detectors. Dirty sheets. Train goes by right outside the window multiple times in the night. Very uncooperative owners! Aakash told us he would refund the difference when we asked to be moved to a standard room because we did not want to get bugs. The next day he told us he had to clean multiple rooms because of us so we had to pay the full charge. Do yourself a favor and don't stay here. Let my bad experience save you from yours.

The hallways and our room were very warn. Our bath room tile, caulking and grout needed better cleaning. The corners and ledges had dirt build up.Our privacy drape wasn't hung properly and fell down. The bedding may have been clean, but was not well made up.Rooms: See above comment.

I decided to hold off a day on leaving a review of this hotel. I thought maybe I was asking too much of a cheap 2 Star experience. The next day, I stayed at the Quality Inn Liberty Lake a few hours away. The difference confirmed my impression that even for a cheap 2 Star, this place is sub-par.They've done their best to put a fresh touch on what is probably a 45 year old property but it's just lipstick on a pig. Here's what really got my goat though. There was a fire alarm in the building while I was there (no fire - they set it off with the laundry). The staff all stood around in the lobby confused. Nobody took control of the scene. Nobody made any attempt to clear guests out or to confirm/deny the presence of a fire. Nobody directed anybody to a safe muster point. They did nothing.

Room was fine and reasonably priced. Do not recommend room 224 if you are a light sleeper. Any noise or talking from reception in the morning echoes up through to the bedroom. I mentioned this briefly to the front desk when checking out, just in case they weren t aware, as staff talking at reception had woken me up at 6.30. Their response was surly and confrontational, definitely not exceptional customer service, which left bad taste in my mouth for what was otherwise a fine hotel.

Horrible place. Do not stay here. Very sketchy and the manager is very dishonest. I got double charged when I saw my statement. I called them and the manager said there was a plumbing issue so he charged me. There was no water running when we left, the room was clean, neat and tidy and he s trying to pass off his bill on us for his issues. He said he didn t care what I said and that he is still charging me and he will take me to court if he needs too. Will be posting many reviews as well as the BBB and contacting our attorney for his dishonesty.

(I HAVE TRIED TO RESPOND TO THEIR REPLY HOWEVER IT WILL NOT LET ME, so I would like to explain their reply. No it was not under my name it was under my dad's because he was the one paying for our room. Also, it was not as clean as you say and our shower was literally cracked and sprayed water everywhere, including the things I listed before editing this.) Poor customer service, when we arrived to check in there was one employee who was just sitting on his phone on his phone of the coaches in the lobby. Right off the bat I was not looking forward to finding out what else they was to find. The smell of the room was disgusting, there were stains on my sheets and towels, refrigerator was loud and the amount of noise you can here in your room is basically every conversation, knock, and interaction across the "hotel." Please, find somewhere else to stay, whether or be with family or at a hotel over an hour away because trust me, it's much better and probably way cheaper, or at least worth more of the money you spent, that staying here.Rooms: Horrible, thin walls, stained sheets, loud ac and refrigerator which contribute to the surrounding conversations making it nearly impossible to sleep. The smell of the room hit us immediately after opening the door and I nearly started gagging.Food & drinks: I was warned by other reviews to not eat the continental breakfast here, so instead my dad and I went to little places near while we were here visiting family. Great Mexican place down the road and a lot of other little places that were nice and close so we weren't stuck in this hotel for any more time than we needed to be.

The reservation person with whom I spoke had such a thick accent he could not understand me or the spelling of our name or the spelling of my email address, as a result, we never received a confirmation so we made other arrangements. I called to confirm that the confirmation NEVER Arrived and he said he would still charge me!! We will never stay at a Quality Inn again and we will discourage our friends and family from doing so!!!

The rooms were not carpeted, the shower curtain was dirty, toilet seat was wobbly, clumps came out of the shower head, but cleared up quickly. The shampoo smelled bad, but I had my own, and the refrigerator was so loud I thought an alarm was going of somewhere in the hotel, haha! But the service was really good the bed was super comfortable, the pillows were tiny and hard, but I brought my own, the heater worked great, so did everything else. It was a good experience, but that fridge kept me up until I unplugged it. Then I had trouble going back to sleep.

0 star 0 attitude. Room was so dirty, animal fur was all over the bed sheet, converter, table, everywhere and the smell of animaI. I did complained, because I have fur allergic and he told me that s not his fault. The room was animal friendly. I woke up with itch and red all over my skin. Thanks to you. I do understand if your hotel is animal friendly but it does not mean you let that situation happened. Do EXTRA cleaning

This hotel has gone downhill in the last 12 months. The service is terrible, they now allow dogs which make the rooms have an odor and they double book the rooms. Part of my crew was literally thrown into the street for the night while we were charged more than double for our last night's stay there. These are NOT $300/night rooms and yest that is what they charged 4 of us for our last night because they made a mistake. It is criminal how they treat their guests and the threats to throw their belongings out of the room. I would never even consider staying in a Choice Hotel anywhere after my experience in this hotel. We booked over 10 rooms for an event we were holding and 7 of us had no place to stay our last night there due to the error of their desk clerk that openly admitted it was her fault. Beware! This is not the same hotel it has been in the past.

3rd room is a charm? Not really.Started in room 117, toilet seat very loose, and a 3 inch hole in the wall repaired by stuffing toilet paper in it.Went to desk to see is maintenance could tighten it, manager said no, so I asked to be moved. Manager started to say no, but I had just heard a call where someone was canceling and the manager refused to credit back the room charge. So we were moved to 106 a handicap room with a single queen . Toilet seat loose on this one too, hubby went to check if there was a reduced price for only one bed, no, but we juggled to room 119.Tired of moving I resigned myself to yet a 3rd loose seat. The TV remotes were not programmed, the hot cold were reversed on the sink and the shower while having plenty of hot water and pressure was difficult to turn on and off because it actually moved around..Good things sheets clean and bed comfortable.

This place is the worst hotel I ve ever stayed at. Dirty. I immediately went to Safeway for sanitizing wipes and wiped down all surfaces. Wobbly broken toilet seat, clogged sinks that wouldn t drain, gross unappealing air fresheners sitting on top of lamps, (which I will add, do not help at all anyway, this place stinks) rooms have no sound proofing, so very loud. Our friends also staying had terrible cigarette smell coming from their vents, which appeared to possibly be from owner who lives on site. They couldn t stomach another night there, so drove over an hour to stay with a family member the next night. I would give this place a zero if possible. DO NOT STAY HERE!

This was the worst hotel experience we have ever experienced, most especially due to very poor management. We would give it less stars if we were able to. To begin with, the reservation we had on hold for a long time (due to a family wedding in the area) and that we had confirmed the previous day, was surprisingly canceled the morning we were to arrive. The manager was 'not available' and did not call back to the front office staff (as he said he would) when we were told the hotel was sold out but that we could book a last room at a higher price. We were stuck because we needed to be at the rehearsal dinner that night, but we said we wanted to ask the manager about the price increase since the booking cancelation was not our fault. When the front office staff showed us the alternate room, the TV was on and the beds had been slept in - the room obviously had not been cleaned. When we were shown a third room (although we had been told they were 'sold out') there was some poo dried on the inside bowl of the toilet, the TV was not connected or working, there was no plug for the sink, the curtain was broken and hanging down in one place and the hair dryer was also broken. At this point we needed to go to the rehearsal dinner and we had to use the room because we were in the wedding the next morning and there were no other available hotels in Cle Elum. A new front office staff member was then on duty (who wore head phones for music the whole time). We asked her for a hair dryer that worked and we were told there wasn't one and that, "many of the rooms have hairdryers that don't work." The next morning when we asked to speak again to the manager the front office staff said he was not available still. Finally another wall hair dryer was left in our bathroom (they did not connect it for us) and when we tried to connect the dryer we found it also did not work. Ironically, there is a sign in the bathroom that says to let the front office know if you are missing any amenity. However, there is not a working hairdryer, nor any extras. Luckily we were able to borrow a hair dryer from another person attending the wedding who had brought a personal one.In addition to this horrible customer service experience, there is a train that runs right behind the hotel, so it is incredibly loud when the train comes through (especially hard to sleep at night). The walls are very thin so we could clearly hear anyone's conversation in the hallway. The hallway rugs are stained, so look unclean. Breakfast was mediocre and although on their website it says you can 'grab and go' your breakfast, there was a sign posted in the breakfast room that specifically said you were not allowed to take any breakfast item with you.We wrote a detailed email to the manager contesting the price increase as we could also see that the original booking we had made had been reinstated at the price we had originally booked it for. We also asked for a discount given the room issues. He did honor the original price but did not provide any discount.I would avoid the Quality Inn in Cle Elum. Unless they get a new manager, I believe any other hotel would be better than this one.

Worst customer service ever. Didn t even have a shower curtain on my shower. The room was disgusting. Phone was never answered at the front desk. After finding the manager she was one of the rudest people I ve ever met. She made excuses that she has no housekeeping staff, and yelled at me, saying she was stressed out?!? She should not be working in customer service, let alone a manager. Checked in at the best western down the street, night and day difference for an extra $50 bucks. Never staying at a quality inn again. Ugh
