CLE ELUM NAPA HAS THE BEST STAFF, they are always friendly and looking out for you when it comes to your projects or repairs! They also have an inhouse hydraulic line machine. Helps us with our hydraulic issues daily!

There are still good people in the world! The owner Joe and his staff are great people, who truly care about helping others. Went above and beyond to get myself, family and our dog back on the road. Can t thank them enough!! Thank you guys!

These guys are rock stars. Blew a wheel bearing on highway and they helped me get the thing put back together in a jiffy!! Was in a tight spot and they were able to get me on the road again when I had no tools! Seth and Federico were great!

Check engine light came on during my drive back home and Blake was incredibly helpful, helped me change the spark plug and correctly diagnosed my issue and found me the right product to aid me to get back home! Everyone else there was very helpful as well!

Had car issues while 2.5 hrs from home won t start, won t go into gear.We bought a jumper, & Robby checked the code, tightened the battery connection and made sure we were good to goSo grateful for old school good customer service and kindnessThank you

My big rig broke down right across the street from them. They were the kindest bunch of guys I've ever met! They were continually helping with lasts, advice and helpful books.One of there customers even came out and helped me get back on the road.God bless them!1

My son's car was overheating and we had someone from the store came out and diagnosed what was wrong and got us the right thing with proper instructions and got us back on the road. Was a fantastic example of how helpful NAPA can be. So grateful.

I was driving from Ellensburg to Seattle, stopped to get gas and noticed I had a bad coolant leak. Stopped by Napa and Derek greeted me and diagnosed the problem that I had suspected, and went way above and beyond to help me out. The hose was long enough that he suggested cutting off the end where it was split and reattaching it. It was in a bit of a tight space and was easier said than done, took a bit of time but he was more than happy to help and saved me a lot of money having to go to a shop, or trying to do it myself. This kind of service is hard to come by these days, it was refreshing to have someone so willing to help out when he didn't have to. He literally saved my day. Thanks again!

Angels. On a Sunday, I was driving from Portland to a client meeting and my transmission started acting up on the freeway. I limped the car up to NAPA and Seth immediately helped me. He gave me the contact information for a couple of shops in town, one of which answered ON A SUNDAY. I can't say enough about how kind, professional and knowledgeable these guys are. Thank you so much, NAPA (and especially Seth)!

Only place to get auto parts in Cle Elum that we go to. Prices are reasonable for a NAPA and the service is excellent. Might be a bit hard to find if you have not been to the store in the past but once you have found it you will find its location to be very convenient.

The guys here were SO helpful when we pulled up yesterday with car issues. Helped us read the codes and had some good tips to get us back on the road.We thought we filled up with bad gasoline (not sure that s actually what happened now) but with their help we were at least able to take the back roads home to a shop

Employees are great on helping you get the part ! The only issue I had was it didn't open till 8am other than that my experience was a positive one !

We had an unexpected event happen with our vehicle while heading to Eastern Washington durning the snowy weather conditions. This landed us in Cle Elum for the night in the NAPA parking lot. Derek went above and beyond his job title to help us get back on the road. He is friendly, helpful and we have nothing but GREAT things to say about his service provided to us. We could never thank him enough for helping us get back on the road for our Christmas shenanigans.We highly recommend working with Derek for any car needs you may have.

These guys were great! They made sure I got the right antifreeze and were gracious with me when I returned the first option they sold me and bought the other one they had mentioned. Then they even let me use the employee bathroom before I got back on the road!

This family owned business is top notch! They go above and beyond to ensure that their customers are treated with the utmost respect. They run their business as it should be ran, with integrity, care and positive personal relationships. Joe and Jolynn are the most amazing people I know!! They are so helpful very kind and generous! My husband brother in law and myself along with many many other friends and family...have been going to NAPA for many many years!!!! Joe and Jolynn have been amazing owners! They are always very helpful and go out of there way to help in anyway! We have always highly recommended NAPA to anyone and everyone! Joe and Jolynn do an amazing Job at running there NAPA store! And they are great honest loving and caring people!

Absolutely great customer service and friendly staff, effiecient and knowledgeable. Took less than 10 minutes to get everything I needed to get the truck back on the road after breaking down on the pass.

We had a problem with our car on our camping trip. The guys at NAPA were so helpful. Not just ordering a part as thought we needed, they came out and helped putting the part in. Everyone at the shop was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Thank you for helping us.

The manager, Joe Wallick always comes out and greets me with a smile and makes the experience extremely stress free and enjoyable. Knowledgeable staff and clean store. Appreciate the hometown feel everytime I go in. Keep up the great work! Highly recommended!

All who work at this Napa are amazing! You have a problem they'll find the solution. Other part stores will click away at the computer and ask "is it a 4 liter or 3.4?" when it doesn't matter! I just want a new bolt like this one in my hand. No problem for these fine folks. Can't give enough praise to Joe, he has taken care of me on several occasions and has even saved my butt with parts after hours. What other parts store (or any store) would do that? Top notch customer service from great people who know a thing or two about cars.

We looked up the Christmas Eve hours of this store before driving from Ellensburg. Arrived in plenty of time & already looked up the part number. Was refused service because they decided to close early, even tho the open sign was on & the door unlocked. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will never shop there again. Businesses cry the blues about supporting small businesses, but this is why people shop on the internet instead!
